Hello @hiepmtr !
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
Thank you!
Dear Bettina,
How long time you need for update?
Hello @platamun47!
It seems to be a problem there. I will add it to our investigation list. The fixes will be added in the next updates.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello,
Indeed, we discovered some problems and soon there will be an update for the Newsmag theme as well, this week we are preparing an update for the Newspaper and most likely from next week the update for the Newsmag will be prepared.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hi Tagdiv.
I’m on the latest version of the theme “5.3” and running “Version 3.9 | built on 28.02.2023 13:00” of Tagdiv composer. It came with the theme. There’s no updates in the theme-panel. But my site-scan tells me:
“WordPress tagDiv Composer plugin < 4.0 – Reflected Cross-site Scripting vulnerability”.
Is it a false positive – I had this some months ago also, but updated the Tagdiv composer at that point.
We have recently updated the newspaper theme and now the acf plugin isnt working properly. It works on the homepage but not on the posts. We are using it to change the author name by using a text field. The website is eurweb.com. Can someone please help.
Hello,
In most cases, this problem occurs because you have the latest version of WordPress with an older version of the theme.
Please use the last version of WordPress 6.2 with the last theme version Newspaper 12.3.1 (if you have a theme version older, then tagDiv Composer does not work) and check to see if the problem persists.
If you need to make an update, before please make a full backup to all files and the database, in case something goes wrong. => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Here you can find information about the changes that have occurred in each update over time https://tagdiv.com/newspaper/
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
Also, make sure that all the settings are like in our requirements, please follow the guide carefully: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
and please increase all requirements that are lower, and follow all steps.
Also, if the problem persists please check if you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache (also from your browser) and try again.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello @bogmart !
The decision to test and integrate that plugin with our theme has not been fixed. We will let you know in every update about the changes and new features. which has been added.
Thank you!

Hi,
Next week we will make an update, and then you will be able to easily create your new modules with tagdiv Composer, without making any changes to the files.
You need to add your taxonomy here -> https://i.imgur.com/Or6mgMU.png in the file td-doctors-pro-demo after you need to duplicate the code and set your taxonomy and the elements that you want to add.
Thank you!
great looking forward to the update. Thanks
After the update I started getting AMP error and my site went down. Reality and Lab are very different. I want to use AMP without Mobile Theme. Please help me.

We know why the mysql error is coming.
It is because the query is too big in size.
And our packet_size setting is lower.
But our problem is something else.
We need to know why this update setting is running in background?
And why the size is so big?
OK … through a ton of testing, I figured out the solution on my own.
The tagDiv Mobile Theme does NOT support when the AMP plugin paired URL structure is set to use a path suffix of /amp/
https://snipboard.io/hFtCXc.jpg
I used this because Hudson Valley Magazine uses that paired URL structure on its site that we’re replacing.
However, when I switched the AMP plugin paired URL structure to use a query parameter … either the standard ?amp=1 or the legacy ?amp … then the mobile theme finally worked properly.
https://staging.hvmag.com/things-to-do/this-week/?amp=1
I’m guessing that your mobile them plugin doesn’t recognize the /amp/ suffix paired URL structure and instead looks for the ?amp parameter in order to properly display the mobile theme on AMP pages.
This is something you need to update in your AMP / mobile theme documentation. And I am very surprised that no one there caught this given that I actually put our AMP paired URL settings in both my original video and as a link in my 2nd post in this thread.

Hello @hadharm!
I’m sorry. I was thinking that was not a variable product. This is an issue, and I reported it to our developers. The changes will be added in future updates.
Thank you for your understanding!
Hello,
Ive tried with WP All Import and no success. Please could you tell which plugin can I use for exporting/importing the Cloud Templates and get all working?
We are so late with this theme update and we are using your templates in other websites without issues because we never changed the theme, now we change it in https://diariodeemprendedores.com and worked in stage mode, but it’s useless if we can’t import the settings in the live site
Thank you in advance
Hello @russellk !
The AMP only works better with the Mobile Theme plugin.
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

Hello @hasan-2 !
My colleague already mentioned above: https://prnt.sc/McpOr6CkBr1o
Also, you can uninstall the mobile theme plugin and use other types of mobile version:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
Thank you!
I figured it out. A plugin had a setting that was striping closing p tags and it was always doing it, but the ads worked before and when the theme was updated, they didn’t work. It was because of the stripped </p> tags. Crazy!
Thanks!
Hi,
You mean on the links to the author pages. And I assume you want this for the whole website, and for all author links.
That would require making modifications in the theme files, which will be lost after a theme update. Instead of making modifications, I suggest using a code in the theme panel, that will add nofollow to all the links to author pages at once.
For example a code like this – https://prnt.sc/alZfIL4fHcrp
Will add nofollow on the author links – https://prnt.sc/7FRcBANZPwF-
The code is here – https://pastebin.com/yite2a5z
Another way would be to disable the author links, they can be disabled for the modules and for the post pages, in the theme panel. But if you still want to display them, then please try the first solution.
Thank you!
Below query is running in background and giving error regularly.
Why the size of query is so big?
Cannot post the full query value because form is not submitting after.
