Hi, I’ve tried 3 times now to update it properly following your guide and I can’t get it to work. I’ve had to use a Jetpack rewind 3 times now on it.

there are so many problems in CSS (Home/backgrounds/mobile menus and search and so on)

I haven’t been updating my theme….because my site formating all goes away. We originally built the site using visual composer as the page builder…is this the issue? Can someone please explain to me how to update without killing all my formatting. This started probably a year ago…..
If I understood correctly. I have my site and I want to keep newspaper – my wife wants a site (other) with nexspaper. so I need 2 licenses. A license opens it to all the updates of the theme or it is necessary to renew the license to benefit from the updates. Thank you
I’ve just updated some plugins and that may have solved the issue but I am running 10.2 but have not received the update for 10.3.

You can use these plugin with our theme, but you’ll need to find the right settings for that will not cause problem, unfortunately we can not say what are the settings, sorry! In most cases the problems appear from js and css minify settings.
Also if you are only deleting the theme file and plugins, thee will not affect the settings and cloud templates, all these are saved in database, but we always recommend to make firs a backup and only after that to make the theme update/reinstall.

thanks a lot but with mobile theme active, we do not have those buttons on the right side at the top that you show in your screenshot.
https://imgur.com/RnwC5M0 (“preview” button is “anteprima”, while “update” is “Aggiorna”). As you can see, there’s no mobile theme button there. Neither on the edit pages, nor on the article pages.
In addition, strangely, sometime I see mobile theme from the desktop!!! Really! On Chrome.
I do not have screenshot now but we saw it more than once. Maybe there’s something that goes in conflict with Newspaper. I think I’ll disable the mobile theme if there’s no a simple solution to these issues.

No is no need to buy continue support to can keep he theme updates, also I see that the php update fix the theme problem.
Please make sure that all theme plugins are update, also this Warning seems to be from WordPress -> https://wordpress.org/support/topic/wp-includes-class-wp-hook-php-line286/ please make sure that you are using the latest version of WordPress.

Hi,
In order to get the api key you’ll need to update the theme to v10.3.1 -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/ (we recommend to make the update via FTP) or there is another method, but the update have more bugs fixed. The method is to deactivate tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Social counter and tagDiv Cloud Library, delete theme and reinstall them again from Newspaper > plugins -> https://i.imgur.com/pGwFbQj.png

At the moment the News ticker element does not have a specific setting to adjust the speed. This could only be modified in the theme javascript file

Try searching in that file for the value “3E3” that means 3 seconds, you could change it to something like “6E3” (6 seconds). It should be the last value found in that file, when you search for it (or change them all).
This could be an option in the theme in future updates, but for then moment that is the only way of doing it.

In the moats cases this problem appear when you make the update via WordPress, using this method you need to change the theme, therefore the widgets will be deactivate in set in inactive widgets -> https://i.imgur.com/H73IQOD.png to prevent this problem, we recommend to make the update via FTP -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/
In your case you can get all the widgests from incative, but you’ll need to set theme back manually, sorry for the inconvenience!

I think you didn’t understand how the smart list works or maybe you didn’t check our documentation for it.
Let’s try one more time, in order to set the ads in smart lists, you need to make a content for smart list and to select this template, as I can see in your screenshot you only choose the smart template.
Write your Smart List Content – the post content must have a certain structure:
Title (use h3 tag)
Image
Description

Also if the ads are still not displaying, please deactivate all non them plugins, and check again, the ads should be display in article top, also make sure that you are using the latest version of Newsmag, v4.9.3 -> https://tagdiv.com/update-newspaper-theme/

Hello, I´ve just added with the tagDiv Composer the PINTEREST element,
but when I try to connect it to one of my Boards, I get this weird message:
“Pinterest data error: pinterest html data cannot be retrieved”
So please, verify if the Pinterest element is working properly on this new update.

This is my site Trend Punjabi Auto ads working completely fine in Desktop Version, Amp Version but not in Mobile theme. Could you tell me how do I google auto AdSense code? Till the time I have added manually code kindly help me out?

However, I am using the City News Pro layout and have no ability to edit the Header ad or anything in the Header using the TD Composer. I also don’t see how to universally change fonts, colors, post layouts, CSS, etc. using the TD Composer. Am I missing something?
