I have checked your website which you gave me above and I saw that it is used an image in full width as the front page and then have included a few blocks with infinite load pagination. I meant restoring the header code to the default code of header style 7 if you have modifications in place, not changing the header style. if no modifications were made, please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Also if you use a child theme, please try to activate the main theme and see if the problem is still there.

Hi,
Smart lists are very sensitive to html tags that are not closed properly. Pleas use only standard html inside a smart list and make sure you close all tags in text mode. It’s a good idea to re-create it from scratch when this situation arises as it takes too long to find the one tag that is not closed properly. Simply copy the text over in a new post and add your images. Then set your titles and check the smart-list again.
If you still have problems with smartlists, try to also disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files in order to rule out a plugin conflict.

Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear all caches and purge cdn files. Then test again. This issue was caused in the past either by plugins or an incorrect setting on the server. if the problem persists please try to re-install the theme by following this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/

Indeed, the Visual Composer loads the Font Awesome library but it seems to be so unstable this feature and those fonts seem to be applied only to the pages where the Visual Compose is used and that’s why we recommend the Font Awesome for Menus plugin.

The video demo has a cutom css set to the row in visual composer. You can use the row’s design options for this from the row settings: http://screencast.com/t/HJfg5kqVEPEA You can also add a cutom class to the row and target it with css to apply a top padding like on our demo.
You can change the block titles colors from the theme colors section: http://screencast.com/t/L15Qo19sNl
As for the SAY WHAT demo, the padding is removed with custom css.
Please note that every demo has it’s own custom style to it and most of the times these are added with custom code. They cannot be done with the theme settings by default. Every demo is custom made and unique in it’s own way.

If you use the mobile theme please keep in mind that the mobile theme does not use visual composer. You have to create mobile versions of the pages in the second editor. You can read more on this here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Unfortunately, our theme does not have such an option to set your photo gallery on masonry mode, like as Masonry Media Grid from Visual Composer element, sorry! So, if you want to have the similar effect, please notice that you can use our galleries, like as Tagdiv Slide Gallery. First of all, please ensure that you have fully updated your theme using the FTP method because this is the surest method in this regard and then you will have to increase the system status parameters according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/. So, if you cannot increase these parameters, please consult your hosting provider and ask them to do this thing. Try to disable all the active plugins and leave just Visual Compser to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins.

It is important to do this because your untested plugins which you are using in the theme could interfere with the theme and might cause a lot of unknown issues.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme (Newspaper 7.1.1) which come bundled with required plugins ->Visual Composer 4.11.2 and Social Counter 4.1. Also, please try the theme without any untested plugins which might interfere with the theme and cause a lot of unknown issues.
If your problem is till there after this advice, please make a new clean install from scratch and install the theme only with required plugins and see how it goes.

Hello,
Deprecated items were already replaced with new ones in visual composer but they kept the same name. Please remove your CTA element and simply create a new one. That will replace the deprecated element and use the current version of it.
