You seem to have made almost all of the important debugging steps except the most important one which I suspect is the culprit. A plugin conflict. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. This issue can be created by the photon feature of jetpack or another plugin that needs access to images.

Both visual composer and revolution slider cannot be “activated” using a key as they are free versions and free versions do not have activation keys. Please ignore any at all activation messages from revolution slider and visual composer. You already have full access to the plugin features and you can use it without activation legaly and safely. It’s just a missing condition from the plugin authors for the free versions and we cannot make any changes to the plugins as it will break the license agreement we have with the plugin authors.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you have some errors in your console and also, you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core files and cause a lot of unknown issues. Please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results.

You can use any of the available Visual composer elements, big grids – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/big-grid-1/ and blocks – https://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/block-1/ to create the page layout you want. Please check these links to see what each big grid and block looks like. You can experiment with different elements in different settings – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/ But if you want to modify these Visual composer elements there is no easy way. It requires modifications to the theme files and could mean a lot of hard work.

Remove all your untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Also, if the problem is still there, please provide your website URL so I will be able to provide a more accurate response.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme which comes bundled with the theme packet and also, makes sure that you are using the latest version of required plugins. If you are using some untested plugins, please try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and check the results. The Newspaper mobile theme is fully tested and expected to work properly if you choose to activate it – https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ As for the mega menu it is not supposed to work on mobile, it is a feature just for desktop and only drop-down menu style is available. It is the same for the responsive version of the theme, if you choose not to use the mobile theme plugin. 3. Please follow this guide to set your 7 days sort order for your posts – https://forum.tagdiv.com/7-days-post-sorting/ And make sure you have post views enabled in theme panel, because this sort order is based on page views.

Please provide a link to your site so we can inspect it and see the problem you have with the menu. As a test you could disable all your plugins except Visual composer and the mobile theme plugin (make sure you have the latest version of these plugins), clear your cache and check to see if the problem is resolved, because this issue could be caused by a plugin.

You seem to be using plugins to show your images and the lighbox also seems to be pulling images from another element below. It seems to be the video which is not supposed to. Please try to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. when using untested plugins, lots of things could not work as they are expected to. Sorry but premium themes are not compatible with all plugins.
