Hello @mediax!

The cloud templates do not have PHP files because they are stored in the database as custom post types.

Thank you!

Hello!

Yes, this is true because this is working like that. You use the article auto-load function there, which is loading the next or previous post. When you scroll and a new post is loading, the link will change. That function can be disabled from here: https://prnt.sc/23EUcDSbHCSY

Thank you!

Hello @techuhelp!

Edit every template with the TagDiv Composer, access the Website Manager https://prnt.sc/Ckcnlc6FCcNg and choose no header: https://prnt.sc/4AKYyymGxGfR
Delete the element called Header live search from your pages and implement another search tool into your website.

Thank you!

Hello @waqas!

Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Do not use any other non-tested plugins.

Hello @CyberGhost!

Do you use the Mobile theme layout?
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:

1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.

2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages

3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.

A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin.

Thank you!

Hello @onemilemedia !

You need to install the Opt-in builder plugin. Then, run the Setup Wizard: https://www.screencast.com/t/IbqeZYjf
Now, you can use the plugin with their functionalities well explained in the documentation.

Unfortunately, we do not have any settings in order to achieve this with our theme.

Thank you for understanding!

Hello @herbalworld!

If a page is made with the tagdiv composer (which we recommend), then this is what a homepage looks like: https://prnt.sc/qKHIhRptV6tx and you can copy-paste this code into another new page. The entire design should be kept the same.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-templates/

Hello @herbalworld!

If you have a cloud homepage, then you can copy-paste the code from the page(while you edit it with the Gutenberg) and paste it in a new page.

Thank you!

Hello!

Please let me know exactly what you need to achieve. From what I can see, you use the tagdiv composer, so you can edit the pages and check the settings.

Thank you!

Hello @OneMileMedia !

You can make a free plan. You should run the Setup Wizard, so you can use the Opt-in builder. Check this guide to see how you can build and use a locker on the content: https://forum.tagdiv.com/lockers/
Please note that the Opt-in builder plugin is different than Newsletter plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-newsletter-plugin/

Thank you!

Hello @nexttvc!

Please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; deactivate the cache plugin that you use, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.
Set your php version 7.4. Make sure that all the requirements are done as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Thank you!

Hello!

Which template is that one? Because the single template from the School PRO demo is looking like this: https://prnt.sc/s4I4BTQVBLyZ
Please delete the cache and see the results! If the alignment is good in the composer editor, it should be good in the front end as well. Make sure you do not have any extra CSS.

Thank you!

Hello @nicksi!

Check to see if there is a caching issue. I’m glad that’s working now.

Thank you!

Hello @pixus !

When you save the changes in the tagdiv composer, it won’t save?
We have a guide with some tips on why our Composer is not working properly; please check it here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/.
Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Sometimes, the issue can be from a plugin conflict or a cache issue. That’s why we recommend first deactivating ALL plugins except tagDiv ones; if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache (also from your browser), and see the results.

Let me know the results!

Thank you!

Hello @eCronik!

No. The AMP works better only with the Mobile Theme plugin. From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit to AMP. Please read all about AMP here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/

Thank you!
