Please ensure that you have right installed the theme via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. First of all, please remove the old version of the theme and then install it according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ If you are using some untested plugins, try to disable all of them, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins. Until now we have not encountered with this case, regarding on Wp Super Cache.

First of all, please disable the Visual Composer from the Plugins Area and then you will have to Delete permanently from there and then, from the Premium Plugins you will have to Install the Visual Composer which come bundled with the theme.

I have investigated your website and I saw that your Balck Version is not fully installed because are missing some CSS rules. My advice is to make a full backup of your data and try to make a new clean install from scratch and install the Black Version on your side and then load your backup there. Would be more causes because of which will not be installed properly the demo. As a quick workaround, you can try to use the following code ->

.td-black .td-main-content-wrap{
background-color: black;
}

but please notice that further, you will have to do some adjustments using CSS for the better look.

Please keep in mind that if you will add some background (color or image), the theme will be switched in boxed mode. If you want to get rid of this effect, you will have to remove the background and the theme will have the normal width.

We will investigate this implementation and perhaps, in a future update it is possible but we cannot say for sure if it will get done in the next update because we have a big list of fixes, improvements, and suggestions to implement. It’s hard to filter them and select which one gets implemented now and which one gets postponed. The developers decide if it gets done or not, though.

Please notice that this type of issue happens due from your customizations which are included in your Child Theme. Keep in mind that in the latest theme update we change a bit of our image system, we have introduced the Retina support for all images, as you can see here -> http://screencast.com/t/y1FPNz9Z and perhaps all of these changes can influence all of your customizations. Please check all of these, adjust them to the actual code and check the results. Please notice that this is the max width of the theme for 2 columns and that’s why the theme will crop at this dimension. If you want to display the add to at large width you will have to get rid of your sidebar.

I have inspected your setup page and I saw that you CSS is not right loaded. As you can see from this screenshot here -> http://screencast.com/t/EzDCrPSh3l you are using the latest version of the theme (7.4) but the CSS is loaded from 7.1.1 version. This happens due your server cache. Please try to clear all of it and if you do not have any access in this regard, please request this at your hosting provider to clear all the cache from the server and then, try again and check the results.

The answer is YES, you can build everything your want from scratch instead of using theme demo with content. You will have to use the demo without content to keep the suitable layout and the content can be made from scratch.
