Since the resolution for these device can differ (you can have two or more desktops, but these can have a different screen resolution, therefore the layout can differ if you are not using a box version), the only recommended size is to set the smallest size for each screens and above I just provide these size, the most use size for ads per devices.
Also for most of adsense ads you do not need to set an ad for each devices, because the adsense ads can adjust there size and these size require is more use for sidebars or other parts from the theme.

Unfortunately there is no option for filtering the articles from mega menu, sorry!
When you are using a mega menu, you set categories that will display all posts from that category and if is a category with subcategories will be display the articles from subcategories too, you can only set a sort after id or name -> https://i.imgur.com/c4CAfIl.png
If you are using a cloud header then the mega menu will be display using the code from this file wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_mega_menu.php

if you are referring that if you can have a different header for posts, then yes, you can use cloud headers, these can be assigned to pages and cloud templates like cloud categories or single post templates, all these can be edited using tagDiv Composer

Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache.
