Hey Bogdan,
I followed the steps outlined in the guide. I did not see any change in the number of Facebook fans. I cleared the caches, and also purged the Varnish cache on the server. Still no change. I saw that some other posters had seen a change a few hours later, so I decided to wait and see what would happen.
The next morning the number was showing correctly. It just takes time it seems.
Thank you!

Hello harmario,
To minify the CSS, use the following tool – http://cssminifier.com/ Also, please notice that the W3 Total Cache plugin is not tested with our theme and we do not recommend this because it might cause a lot of unknown issues.
Thanks for the message!
Hello moffzar,
I have checked your source page, and I notice that you are using some untested plugins which can interact with the theme core file and which can break the js or theme. To be safe, please try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the Chinese category page and check if the Load More button work or not.
Hope this helps and let us know how it goes!
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
I see you also use cloudflare so it could be a miss-configuration of the cache and cdn. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and for cloudflare: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/
Thank you!
Hello consafo,
Your PHP version it seems to be good. For more references about theme requirements, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-requirements-for-newsmag/ Ensure that you are suing the latest version of the theme and also, make sure that you are using only the plugin version which comes bundled with the theme. To be safe, try to disable the Visual Composer version, delete it and install it again from Premium Plugin Area, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ooOH3wezI Clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello,
1. For increasing the page speed please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
2. Please only use wp super cache and these settings: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ and please disable any server side cache.
3. We did not test that tool and cannot provide any insight into this type of test. We suggest using google page speed and structure data. There are lots of tests online that provide very different results. We created our theme based on google;s resources as they are the most trust-worthy.
Thank you!
Hi,
I have inspected some of your posts but I do not see any problems regarding the post content – https://www.screencast.com/t/uwvWZgoPTgX – https://www.screencast.com/t/DZS0YYkQpP – https://www.screencast.com/t/ool19s7h If you still have issues, maybe it is an intermittent issue and could be caused by a recently installed plugin. You can try to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear your cache and check again. However you should consider updating to the latest version of the theme and it’s plugins, even if it proves to be difficult as I see you have a lot of customization that you will have to check for compatibility, because some modifications may not work with the latest update.
Thanks
Hello joeville9ja,
First of all, please ensure that you are using the latest version of the theme and also, make sure that if you are using some untested plugins, all of these do not influence and interfere with your theme core files and cause this issue. To be safe, try to disable all of the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to be active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. After this, ensure that your system status parameters are according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/system-status-parameters-guide/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello,
Well since we are not seeing this error on our end and no other user reported such an issue, I think it’s safe to say the error is not in the theme but rather on your end.
This could be a plugin conflict so please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Thank you all. I deactivated FastCGI and activated Wp Sper Cache. Now is how the server will respond to this change of cache and hope not to appear the mobile without desktop and the desktop without mobile.

Hi!
I´m trying some plugins to minify CSS and improve the load page time but with W3 Total or any plugin, the website looks like if I view thw website like Google, I mean, like if I type cache:miwebsite.com.
Any help?
Thanks
Hi,
You can try the regenerate thumbnails plugin like in this tutorial, and see if it fixes your issue – https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ As for the image gradient you can change the style on the big grids in their settings – https://www.screencast.com/t/JOVQJKSEc If you still have issues regarding the thumbs, try deactivating all your plugins except Visual composer, clear your cache and see if the problem is still there and if not, activate them one at a time to identify the one that could be causing this. Also please provide a link to your website so we can take a look if none of these suggestions work.
Thanks
It depends on how your wordpress is set up. If you use www. or a non www site. You should add your url exactly as it is in wordpress.
As for the cache, you clear it from the cache plugin and you clear cdn from your cdn server if you use it. If you do not know what a cdn is, then you are probably not using one
Thank you!
Hello,
This could not be a plugin conflict but rather a js optimizatuion/minification The images on your site do not load and the js elements such as the search do not work: https://www.screencast.com/t/WqYlipKJi5v It is clear that a js error is affecting your site.
Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
The translation should work if you load it from the load translation button. Not manual translation though. Please use the guide above and then clear all caching. If the translations do not work on the mobile theme then please disable all plugins except visual composer and the mobile theme, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Please also check any custom code you might have added to the theme panel or the theme files. If you use a child theme, please switch to the main theme to make sure it does not affect the proper functionality of the theme.
Thank you!
Hello,
The color in the footer originates either from a custom css you added to the theme panel or a plugin that rewrites the theme css. Please remove any custom css from the theme panel and disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it.
It also affects the related articles on posts.
Thank you!
Hello amurtes,
Please keep in mind that all of these above issues/errors do not happen on a fresh install, sorry! Please try to make a new fresh install from scratch on a new sub-domain, clear all your cache and install only the plugins that come bundled wit the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. Make a new install with FTP method and check the results. You can test our demo to see that these errors do not occur -> https://demo.tagdiv.com/newsmag/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hello Syams,
Try to clear all your caches, purge CDN files and check the results.
Thanks.
You probably did not clear your cache afterwards. It seems fine now. Please check again.
Thank you!
Hello,
On mobile, for a good quality for your images, you should enable the retina support for your thumb used by you. I noticed that you are using the post template default which uses the 640*0 sizes. Try to enable this option from Theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/fwBQvYrm5K and then, using the Regenerate Thumbnails you should regenerate this image from Media Library like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/zlNhLa8wJyn Clear all your caches and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hello salocharly,
If you are not using the https:// SSL mode, you should turn off the login feature from the theme panel, like this -> https://www.screencast.com/t/uPeoHp4xB3 Clear all your caches, purge CDN files if you are using the CDN system and check the results.
Thanks for the message!
Hi,
It seems there is a thumbnail problem on most of your blocks. If you are using a child theme try switching to the main theme to rule that out, if you have any custom code added in theme panel or the theme files please check that also. Then try regenerating your thumbnails using this tutorial here – https://forum.tagdiv.com/thumbnails-fix-strange-looking-images-on-blocks/ After regenerating clear your cache (very important) and purge cdn files if you use it.
Thanks
Hello LaurennePierrick,
I have noticed that you are using the Newspaper theme and it is not the latest version of it. Try to update it via FTP way, disable all untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. If the problem is still there, please try to make a new clean install from scratch via FTP way and check the results. For more details about FTP method, please consult here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/
Thanks for the message!
@Andrel L

I have applied your instruction but did not succeed.
It only worked with this:
Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://warrimarket.com”
But did not work with either lines hereunder:
Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://www.warrimarket.com”
and
Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin “//www.warrimarket.com”
See full code hereunder:
Header add Access-Control-Allow-Origin “http://warrimarket.com”
# BEGIN WordPress
<IfModule mod_rewrite.c>
RewriteEngine On
RewriteBase /
RewriteRule ^index\.php$ – [L]
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-f
RewriteCond %{REQUEST_FILENAME} !-d
RewriteRule . /index.php [L]
</IfModule>
#RewriteEngine On
#RewriteCond !{HTTPS} off
#RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
#RewriteCond %{HTTP_HOST} !^www\.
#RewriteRule ^(.*)$ https://www.%{HTTP_HOST}%{REQUEST_URI} [L,R=301]
# END WordPress
What should do next?
Lastly, where should I clear the cache, and also reset the cdn?
Thanks.
