Hello,

If the template looks fine in the editor of tagDiv composer, but after it is assigned to a post it appears without a sidebar most likely it is a problem caused by the WPbakery plugin.
Please notice that we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).

Let me know about your results!

Thank you!

Hello,

I just checked your website and seems you have set a background color on the category template => https://www.screencast.com/t/pNUNMLVAV9E
Another solution if you have a category template from the cloud library, you can set the background image on the zone, but this image will be displayed for all categories.

Hello!

For cloud templates the file is in td-cloud-library/shortcodes/header/tdb_header_logo.php

But, please note that any change you make in the files after update will be overwritten and you have to make the changes again. Better save the code somewhere and then apply it again after update.

Hope that helps you somehow!

Thank you!

Hi,

Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
Seems you have installed the Mobile theme plugin => https://www.screencast.com/t/KqhPuJV43yf. If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
Also, if you create a mobile page, please check if is set correctly => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.

Thank you!

Hello!

Try to re-install the plugin Cloud Library and TagDiv Composer and please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it, clear all cache and try again.

Hello !

Using tagDiv Composer you can only edit cloud library templates: https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

Single post templates can be edited using tagDiv Composer where Standard templates can be edited only from Theme Panel.

Can you let me know which setting of Instagram do you mean please ?

Hello. I want to add templates but I can’t do it. I choose a template to add but cloud library window doesn’t disappear and that’s why I can’t add template on my website. I think something bug. I would be happy if you fix it

Question 1. Why can’t I use Tagdiv composer to write/edit/design Blog Posts if I choose DEFAULT POST TYPE to “DEFAULT”.
Question 2. However, if I use a template from the cloud library for the post then it shows Edit with Tagdiv Composer.
So now, in this case, I am on my post and click on Edit With tagDiv Composer, then is it going to edit the template of the post itself. If I edit here Is it going to affect the template itself.

Question 3.
https://tech24shoppers.com/is-it-worth-buying-godox-sk400ii-studio-flash-strobe-ultimate-review-of-godox-sk400ii-studio-flash-strobe

In this post link above, I have applied 2 categories and now it seems like they are one, not Two.
1.PHOTOGRAPHY > 2.REVIEWS. There is no difference between them. I want that them to look different.

for example:- Main category with Bold font then secondary with normal font. So that there is a difference in them visually.

Question 4:- Every time I refresh the Page, Then looks like the website first displays few pixels on the right side in the browser and then comes to its actual place means exactly in the center.
I tried this on Your official Demo and seems there is the same issue.

Question 5:- Currently I haven’t enabled the tagDiv Mobile Theme and AMP plugin.
So, What you recommend in 2021. Like is it mandatory to use these plugins.

What will be the difference and benefits if I use these plugins.

If all go well, I will be using Google Adsense in the future. So what would be your recommendations about these plugins.

Thank You in Advance!

Hello,

I just checked your website and seems you don’t have set the logo on header => https://www.screencast.com/t/vru69DSy3, also, make sure you have set the same header style => https://www.screencast.com/t/QZhuM7gR9Ka, on the homepage you have Header Style 1 from Theme Panel -> Header => https://www.screencast.com/t/YdWUKYF01nEf -> https://www.screencast.com/t/JITGs5DauhL and for other pages/posts you have the header style from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/O2Hynbpbn

Hello !

Yes, you can achieve that using tagDiv Composer but you will have to use a Cloud library template. You can see here that you have the option to divide a row in multiple columns. Flex Blocks are the most customizable blocks: https://www.screencast.com/t/EUyGSfxItTb

You will have to start by adding a ROW and divide it: https://www.screencast.com/t/Zb3eyHQ0E

After this you can add a flex block in it: https://www.screencast.com/t/6UM5LmHT5G2 with this settings: https://www.screencast.com/t/EUyGSfxItTb

I hope this helped.

Thank you !

Hello,

I’m glad that you manage to find a solution.
The implementation of ACF for cloud library is much harder to achieve than for Standard pack and requires more knowledge (developer skills).

Hello,

Unfortunately, we recommend using WPBakery only for pages and not for posts => https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Also, if you use the WPBakery for pages, we strongly recommend using only one of those plugins with our theme (WP Bakery or tagDiv Cloud Library, but not both).

Hello,

I just checked your website and it seems working well -> https://www.screencast.com/t/eAdqSfPMU6n7 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/HwhmsSJrBZ -> https://www.screencast.com/t/0XkGmPEvGL
I understand that you managed to solve your problem, right?
Also, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
If you want to use the mobile theme plugin, you can disable the mobile theme plugin only on that pages/posts (but you can’t disable it for 404 pages/categories pages, etc) from the Gutenberg editor using the following option => https://www.screencast.com/t/axXRJsWby, if you create a mobile page, please check if is set correctly.

Hi,
I have a WPML plugin on my site
In the second language, in categories without posts, I have a critical error. In categories in which there are posts – everything is ok
Also I have a test site that has a duplicate site that I made via updraft. And the test site has no error in categories without posts
Newspaper and all TagDiv plugins have been updated to the latest versions. Newspaper version is 14.0. WordPress also updated to latest version – 5.7.1, reinstalled WordPress several times
I also disabled all plugins except TagDiv and WPML – the error still remains
If you select No Template in the Category Global Settings in the Theme Panel – everything is ok, there is no error and No posts to display is written
Help, please, I cannot understand what the problem is

Error:

Hi, I am running into a problem:

If I add echo '<b>Genere: </b>'.get_field('genre').' '; inside an existing template (ie plugins\td-standard-pack\Newspaper\parts\single\loop-single-8.php) it works just fine, I see

Genre: Rock

What I am trying to do, though, is to inject the field in a custom template. Following your suggestion, I decided to edit td-cloud-library\shortcodes\single\tdb_single_subtitle.php

//if ( empty($post_subtitle_data['post_subtitle'])) {
// return $buffy;
//}

$buffy .= '<div class="' . $this->get_block_classes($additional_classes) . '" ' . $this->get_block_html_atts() . '>';

//get the block css
$buffy .= $this->get_block_css();

//get the js for this block
$buffy .= $this->get_block_js();

$buffy .= '<div class="tdb-block-inner td-fix-index">';

$buffy .= '<b>Genere: </b>'.get_field('genre').' ';
//$buffy .= '<' . $title_tag . '>' . $post_subtitle_data['post_subtitle'] . '</' . $title_tag . '>';
$buffy .= '</div>';

$buffy .= '</div>';

return $buffy;

the result is that the field data doesn’t get pulled.

I see “Genre: ” instead of “Genre: Rock”.

Any idea what could be causing this?

Thanks. I got a bit more information from my host today. I have tried the suggestions you made above, but we are still getting a lot of 400 errors.
======
A big majority of those requests seem to be malformed though, and they are getting a 400 response by the server. Many of them are coming from the td-cloud-library plugin as I previously mentioned, so I recommend you to reach out to their support. Here’s an example:

2600:8800:2433:d600:b02d:a719:bf42:3a77 (2600:8800:2433:d600:b02d:a719:bf42:3a77) – – [15/Apr/2021:23:48:33 +0000] “POST /wp-admin/admin-ajax.php HTTP/1.1” 400 11 “http://www.inparkmagazine.com/meow-wolf-omega-mart-opens/?tdb_action=tdb_ajax&#8221; “Mozilla/5.0 (Macintosh; Intel Mac OS X 10_15_7) AppleWebKit/537.36 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/87.0.4280.88 Safari/537.36” kb4ubxzmru

Any ideas? Thanks.

There are 2 things I am not able to figure out:-

1. If I use review/rating then it shows user ratings in the snippet and not the author name. How do I give star rating etc. with author name details added. It also gives missing info error in google search console.

2. I use a post type from cloud library and have standard pack disabled completely. If you hover the cursor over the featured image, it shows the image file name which may not be too relevant or presentable always. How to hide that. It doesnt happen on rest of the images in the post, just the featured image.

Hello,

I’m not sure I fully understand what is the issue. Can you please provide me a screenshot and more details?
Also, the mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
About mobile page template if you made a page template and after that, you delete the mobile page without unassigned it from the page still be linked. To remove the linked mobile page you need to create the new one then select the new mobile page after that you can delete the mobile page.
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
The mobile theme comes with its own templates for page, post, category, 404 etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple).
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.

Over the last couple of weeks my site (inparkmagazine.com) has been overrun with admin-ajax requests to the point of crashing the site. My host sent me this information to see if you could help.

“We’re still seeing a high amount of admin-ajax requests on the site (72% of the total traffic, which is a lot), and most of them are returning a 400 error code. Since all of these requests are uncached wp-admin requests, they are overloading the server resources.

Many of these requests (from the logs I can’t confirm if it’s all) returning a 400 error code are coming from the td-cloud-library plugin, so I’d recommend reaching out to the plugin developers to find out why it’s making so many calls and why it could be returning a 400.”

Any thoughts?

I am having this issue as well. Saying that this is not reproducible is unacceptable from a support perspective. This is easily reproducible given the examples the other people have mentioned.

I tried in the following and they all failed.
Safari Version 14.0.3 (16610.4.3.1.7)
Chrome Version 89.0.4389.114 (Official Build) (x86_64)
FireFox 87.0 (64-bit)

The error I see is in td-cloud-library/assets/js/js_files_vue_modals_last.min.js when window.tdbVue is undefined.

Please address.
