+1 vote for this welcome addition 🙂 the only thing that prevents me from using this magnificent feature (Cloud Library) is the lack of Disqs integration 🙁

Hi,

Do you want to load a footer template for this section? Did you have enabled the Cloud Template Library? Check here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/PCEEVOfCQrZ

Hello,

We do not use any modified version of wpbakery. We simply deactivated the front-end editor, so i;m not sure how you can access it. Please only use the version of wpbakery included in the theme package.
The image issues you face are because you also have td composer active. Please remove td composer if you want to use wpbakery as they will conflict with one another.
As a quick note, you will not be abel to use the cloud library templates if you choose wpbakery as that implementation is tagdiv composer only.

Thank you!

Hi,

You will need a later version of the theme. Only in the latest versions you will have the load template button and the cloud library templates. Please use this guide to update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Thank you!

Hello there,

Since 11:00 a.m IST have been unable to connect with the Cloud Template Library. Keep getting this message – Received a response code != 200 while trying to contact the templates API server. Everything was ok till before this time. And yes I did disable plugins to see if there was a conflict. Unfortunately, the issue persists.

Thank you

Hello,

Please check our Cloud Library Template because there you will find a lot of pre-made templates for Author Page which are available to use. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

Hello criticalgg,

Here is talking about two different things! Notice that the Custom Posts has a custom taxonomy which cannot be displayed at the default Category pages. You should use the Cloud Library if you want to create a custom post template, for example, which you want to display it in Category Page. For more details about this plugin, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

Thanks for the message!

Hi Simion. I use the modified date in my single posts. So, I made custom changes in the file inside the cloud library>state>single (around line 709) to change the element ‘time’ to modified time. But it is affecting the time ago feature which also shows the modified date. Is the time ago feature affected by this change? I was trying to create a template for some posts and then backdate their publishing date rather than show the modified date. Or does editing a template with time ago feature mean the post will switch to modified date due to the publish time being the modified time?

Just to mention, I also left the original ‘time’ code in place and duplicated it below in the next line and changed the time to _modified_time but the templates showed the modified date and ignored the previous one. If there can be an option to show both published and modified date, then I can create classes for both and hide either via CSS in the templates I don’t want them to show.

Hello,

You can use the new cloud library plugin and create a custom search template and remove the meta info like so: https://www.screencast.com/t/4WaIsnJkCe0
After you create the template, set it to your search settings from here: https://www.screencast.com/t/50t40DFs

Thank you!

Yes, you can use the new cloud templates https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/. Import a single post template, then drag and drop the comment box to where you want. https://www.screencast.com/t/7kR190pUlu. If using the default templates, you will need to modify the theme code https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/post-comments-directly-under-post/.

There is an easy way to do it with the new single post templates from the cloud library https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/. Just import a single post template and edit with td composer. You can assign the page title an h1, h2, h3 or h4 (Where you see Title Tag (SEO) dropdown http://prntscr.com/kn3onb)

Hello alvarezcyberx,

Unfortunately, we do not have any kind of list with the supported icons on our theme, sorry! Do you have tried the Cloud Single Template to customize your post pages as you wish? Also, for more icons, you have to use the Font Awesome plugin and try to use them on your website. Check the documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

1. That would depend on the header style you use
https://forum.tagdiv.com/logo-favicon/
For example header styles 9, 10 and 11 will allow any image size you want, no limits there.
If you already use one of these but the logo is small, make sure you upload it in full size
https://www.screencast.com/t/graHsimAEo
https://www.screencast.com/t/HsOr4LblR

2. The tagDiv composer can also be used to create post templates, category templates, author templates etc. The cloud library plugin will be required for that
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
So you can’t create actual posts, but can create templates to apply to those posts.

3. If you mean theme files, you should use a child theme. One is provided in the child theme. Not all files are supported to be modified in a child theme however
https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-child-theme-support-tutorial/

Let me know if you have further questions.

Thanks

Hi,

If you use the predefined post templates, that could only be done with modifications in the theme post template files
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/post-comments-directly-under-post/

However with the new cloud library plugin and tagDiv composer, this is a matter of drag and drop. You can design your own post templates, also import from beautiful templates created by us.
So for example the comments can be simply dragged in the position you want

Hello BazooQa,

You should check the Category template style 3 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/category-templates/ or you should use the Cloud Template Library and customize your template as you wish.

Thanks for your understanding!

I am starting building new site. Make fresh instalation. Uploading your plugins. I am install first TagDiv Cloud Library and after that TagDiv composer. And it is coliding not functional togather. Why your two main plugins not working togather?

Besides using the tagDiv composer and cloud library plugin there would be no easy way
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

The predefined category templates only have the settings in the theme panel, there would be no options for adding buttons in them.
Only if the button was manually entered as code in the category template files, it would show up in the category page

Hi,

Moving post template elements around is not possible with the predefined templates, unless maybe modifications in the code and/or using additional CSS
https://www.screencast.com/t/3PrUscRFsW

That is why we created the cloud library plugin where you can design your own post templates with the tagDiv composer
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Create post templates from blank templates, or import from the ones we designed and modify them, there are many possibilities. There will be more templates added in the future.

Thanks

Hello Yon,

You should not use the child theme, sorry! You have to create a Category Template from Cloud Template and add through it that block template. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

Thanks for your understanding!

Hi,

If you use the cloud library plugin and tagDiv composer you can built each category template in any unique way possible. Build a template from scratch (blank template) or import from the ones we designed (these can be modified by you as well)

Hi,

For the default post templates no post content width changes is permitted by a theme setting. With a sidebar it will be 696px, without a sidebar it will be the full theme width, 1068px.

If you use cloud library plugin and tagDiv composer to create post templates, you can stretch the row containing the post content with these options
https://www.screencast.com/t/17AvZbxCr8a
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/

For the cloud post templates ads will have to be inserted while editing the template, here
https://www.screencast.com/t/nnQHDacj

Thanks

Hi,

You will have to use the tagDiv composer and cloud library plugin in order to create/import category templates
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
You can place an ad box in the category template with no problem, that can be easily done.

Thanks

Hi

I like the feature that shows more stories when you have scrolled a certain amount of pixels, that pops out from the side showing more articles.

However this feature does not work on templates that are created with Cloud Library.

On the default post templates they do work:
– see this article: http://sportingmatrix.com/the-greatness-of-tom-brady/

However on templates that i personally make using cloud library, it does not appear at all:
– see this article: http://sportingmatrix.com/rockets-have-unfinished-business-with-golden-state/

Please could you explain how i can get this to show on custom templates,

thanks
