From the wordpress admin, under “Cloud Templates”, I try to import a cloud template. I choose my template, so far so good.
When I click the “Import Template” button, it says “Installating…”, and it stays there forever.

I’m getting this error while opening a cloud template that was working fine till the last update. The webpages that use this template are working fine, but I’m not able to edit or make any changes to it. Please help me

It appears that I was editing the POST with TagDiv Composer but it was somehow editing the template even though the POST was the file that was opened.
Before seeing your response, I had to reinstall the Cloud Template and only edit the POST with the WordPress editor and not in TagDiv Composer.
It’s been solved in that fashion.
But I do have another question that caused the situation mentioned…
is there a way to remove the POST author name from appearing on Grids?
I tried to edit the code which addressed this concern but then affected the POST from not displaying the content.

Normally when you install the whole demo and not only some sections or templates from the Cloud Library, you will get everything from that demo. I think it’s now working because after different documentation read, I :
– went to cloud templates
– create a “single templates”
Was it the good way to do it ?
Now I guess I can still write on “blog post” back-office and I can change the front-end with this cloud template only.

When I try to activate tagDiv cloud library plugin I got grey screen and error “There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.”. Event listings are displaying as they should.
I have been in contact with the plugin developer who has provided CSS recommendations to resolve the issue but they weren’t effective. The developer referred me back to the theme developer, which is why I am here.
