I found that using tagDiv Composer to edit the page deletes the WooCommerce short code inserted in other editors.
How is this going?
Hello,
You are probably using deprecated elements on that page. Visual composer has a few elements that were replaced in more recent versions. Please try to re-create that page. Test the composer on a new page to see if you still get the same errors. and if not, try to re-create the design on a brand new page using the current elements.

Everything is green in system status. I am also using shared hosting.
The only plugins I have turned on are Really Simple SSL, woocommerce, wp cache, yoast and Coming Soon Page & Maintenance Mode by SeedProd.
Perhaps I could try the visual composer instead? How would I go about activating it? It is installed but I do not see where I can activate it.

Suddenly, tagdiv composer does not take the numbers of the post that we indicate so that the news appear in the modules. Yesterday everything worked correctly. When a post ID is placed now, that space is left blank in the tagdiv composer module. We have not touched anything. What can be?

That would suggest the composer is not working properly. First please check the theme system status

Ask your hosting provider to increase the allocated resources according to the guide, if necessary. Check to see if the composer works as it should after doing this.
Additionally deactivate all other plugins except theme plugins as a quick test, to eliminate a plugin conflict. Try the composer again. Let us know the results.

thank you very much for new button shortcodes that came with Multi purpose plugin. I have 2 questions:
1. Is it possible to use this shortcode even in posts. Recently I have to use Visual composer together with TD composer (which is not recommended, I know) because VC has button shortcodes that I use in posts. It would be fine to use TD button shortcode in posts and to finally deactivate Visual composer.
2. Is there a way how to style button text size? It is quite small now.

If you want to set a limit this is possible. For example set a limit of 5 and sorted by latest

It will always show the latest 5 posts.
2. Same for blocks, they have a limit of posts to show, default is 5. You can choose from which category to show posts, and a sorting order. Check the Filter tab for each block. The name of the block can be changed in the general tab.
So simply edit the page with the tagDiv composer and customize it the way you want

The problem is that if the page edited with tagDiv Composer is set as a shop page in WooCommerce, it still can not be edited, which is the wrong message.
Errors happened during tdcIframeData.init() -> bindViewsModelsWrappers()!
In addition, previously edited content is not displayed, but only the WooCommerce store’s default content is displayed.

I am having a problem with the backend of pages.
When I try to load a backend of a page, it is taking a long time to load and showing “deprecated and no longer supported in newer versions of visual composer”.

Seems to be related to a column text element. Please try to deactivate and remove the tagDiv composer plugin, then install it again.
If you are using Visual composer, deactivate the tagDiv composer. Check if this happens on a new page, or other pages. There could be something on that particular page only. Let us know the results.

I am having an issue with the tagDiv composer.
I keep getting this error when i try to move to delete elements:
changeData Error: Element model id is not in $draggedElement data!
Also,whenever I try to add a new element all I see is the text describing it. For example, If I add a separator all I see is the word ‘separator’ and if I try to add a new row all I see is the word ‘row’ and not the actual element.

The problem only seems to show up on the homepage. Please re-create the homepage in the tagdiv composer. start with a brand new page and add elements to it in the tagdiv composer page builder. Do not copy elements in the back-end from other pages. Use the builder to create your homage. It will not support elements that were created with another page builder. Please re-create your homepage.

We know of 3 possible causes for this issue.
1) The wp super cache setting to cache page. Please only use these settings in wp super cache: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
If you use any other cache plugin, make sure you do not cache pages for known users or for logged in users depending on the plugin setting.
2) Do not use this setting in seo by yoast: https://www.screencast.com/t/n8Cc35EofLh
3) Editing a page that was previously built with another page builder.
You need to edit the page with the builder it was initially created with. Do not edit a page with tagdiv composer if it was not originally built with it. If you created your page in visual composer and then switched to our own page builder, you will have to re-create that page

The column content is a multi-purpose element, added when the multi-purpose plugin is active along with the tagDiv composer. Check if the plugin is active in order to be able to use the many available multi-purpose items.

This is many options for styling, use them to style it as needed. The shortcode you mention would be a call to action element, tagDiv composer also has a similar item

So you could use that element, it all depends on your requirements. These multi-purpose elements have many design options and possibilities, they may not be exactly similar to Visual composer items, they are not meant to.

1) After creating elements in TD Composer, elements turn into code content. For instance I have just created a column title and it turned into to this code below rather than a visual element

2) Also, for the icon boxes, the space between title text and description distorts after this visual content turns into the code content.
This happened at least 3 times. In the beginning, it looks fine but after you exit TD composer and enter again it happens.
