I’ve been reading through your forum searching for a solution to this problem. We cannot edit our home page using the tagdiv composer. The composer won’t load.

We’ve disabled all plugins, reloaded the theme and plugins and still have the same issue. Everything looks good under the theme status as well.

Does anyone have any suggestions on what could be wrong?

Hi guys – we’ve got a weird one. We’ve adjusted our homepage recently and included a “popular right now” section that is supposed to be powered by Jetpack stats. However it doesn’t seem to return the right results all the time…

When I first changed the page it showed 5, and the setting in the composer view are correct – see: http://take.ms/B8yk5

On the homepage itself it seems to switch between showing 5 and 4 posts over time. Feels like something is a bit off.

Hi.

This time I can’t get it to work. I have tagdiv composer 1.0 installed with newspaper 8.6 and I can’t get the text editor to work. I just see the circle that runs.

I have :
Disabled all plugins.
Flushed cache
Checked status.
Reinstalled.
Only tried it on new page.

Ps. I found out that if you run a password protect on your site the composer won’t run. You have to enter your ip in the exclude list and then it runs. Just a tip.

Don’t know what to try more. Please HELP. I’m getting crazy !!!!

Every time I save my home-page (created with tagdiv composer), some “"”-characters occur in my code (title, width, …). So an error occurs, nothing works and finally I have to rebuild the whole site again 🙁
I made a screenshot of the home-page of the backend, fronted and the composer. I hope you can help me to prevent this characters. Thank you!

4. I resized my images to 1068×702 (to reduce crop effects), but now the loading of the home page is slow. Can you suggest me a way to minimize crop effects and to gain speed in home page loading?

I have a problem with TD-Composer. I made a page yesterday, but I can’t reach it in “edit with TD-Composer” today.
I just can see the page but I can’t modify it with TD-composer.

I am now unable to edit pre-existing pages and page content.

In the image you can see that I have selected the text box to edit within the backend using the WPBakery Page Builder, and I am unable to make any edits/ see any of the content that is already there and is meant to be there.

I have updated the theme, reinstalled the js_composer.zip plugin files etc. This issue works for all and any of the pieces within the WPBakery Page Builder and our theme/ website.

In light of these issues, I’ve also tried to recreate/ rebuild some of the pages with TD Composer to help mitigate these issues with regards to some edits that need to be made but the TD Composer appears to be having all kinds of issues as well when it comes to functionality.

All of our pages were originally created WITHOUT TD Composer and I understand that you can only use on or the other, and we elected to stick with the WPBakery Page Builder as many of our staff members had been trained on this and how to use it.

Please help.

I meet two concerns since the creation of my site to see it:

1) The “I like” button on facebook at the end of my articles which is normally a wordpress option of my theme doesn’t react normally, it takes into account the click but only displays it vulgarly without launching a tab from “Like” to Facebook, it just adds one more I like so when clicking on it. This problem only comes to my attention when I use google chromium on my site because if I switch to firefox the problem does not appear. I should point out that other users also have this problem. 2) The previous button of the Internet browser, when browsing my site does not react correctly, it is necessary to do 3 or 4 times so that the action of going back in time is taken into account. Moreover at the end of the second or third attempt it makes the “I like” button mentioned in the paragraph above disappear. I have install visual composer successfully to website but if add widget of block this can not working and after update page, there is no update for page.

As you know, I have added on wp-config.php with code: define( ‘WP_MEMORY_LIMIT’, ’64M’ ); and setting WP_DEBUG=”false”

Please help me to fix it. What cause of this issue?
