The theme is fully tested and works properly if these conditions are met. After you make these changes try deactivating all your plugins and activate Visual composer only, and check if you are still having these errors. Also test if this is happening while using a default wordpress theme as a test.

It seems that your website is not functioning properly at the moment. I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if the issue is still there, because most of the time plugins are the cause for this. I can not think of a way of achieving this with the current theme settings. You could try to enable Visual composer on posts – https://www.screencast.com/t/2JEVrikwJl and add text blocks in the post page structure, but this has not been tested and may not work properly. Or maybe try a plugin that allows you to display this field in the post and allows you to place it in the post structure.

Please keep in mind that the Visual Composer is a built-in plugin which comes bundled with the theme core file. To be safe, make a full backup to your data and then make a new clean install with the latest version of the theme which can be downloaded from Theme Forest. That can be changed by opening your page in Visual composer, and there you can edit the first row in the page structure – https://www.screencast.com/t/heZqVVhaLtIC and change the image that displays on top of the page.

Simple css hover effects can be possible on images, but something as to change the existing loaded image from a single image element with another one on hover, is not available with the current options in the theme and Visual composer. If you would like to implement this possibility maybe you can find a plugin that is capable of this and also is compatible with the theme and works properly. Maybe try and go over the row columns settings of the page structure in Visual composer, and check if this is present there.

I do not understand exactly what is the other problem and what difficulties are you having. Please try as Bogdan mentioned and assign a custom class to the Visual composer element then create the code based on that class, so it will apply specifically. Please correct me if I misunderstand and I will try to give you a better solution if this is the case.

If you will check our changelog you will see that the Newsmag version 3.3 is tested with only Visual Composer 5.0.1, as you can see here -> https://www.screencast.com/t/YTpXG0OB8Nx7 We do not make any tests with this version of Visual Composer for v. 3.3 We will release 3.3.1 which work as expected with Visual Composer 5.1. You should test this because it is possible to work as expected.

We have not had any negative reports from our users related to this. I have inspected your website and I see that there are many js errors present – https://www.screencast.com/t/mqA19x5pd This is usually cause by a plugin or a plugin conflict that are interfering with the theme functionality. I suggest you try to disable all your plugins except the Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if the errors are still present, using the browser inspector for example. The theme is tested and works properly but some problematic plugins can cause a lot of unexpected issues. If there are no more problems, try enabling the plugins one at a time, while checking for errors to hopefully spot the one causing this.
Also it is recommended to use the cache and speed optimization from the tutorials mentioned in the previous reply for best results.

The theme does not have such an option. You can have only one unique homepage – https://forum.tagdiv.com/homepage-how-to-build-and-set-it/ that you can create with the help of the Visual composer editor. Maybe what you are looking for can be achieved through a plugin that switches between pages, if something like this exists but I can not make any recommendations in this matter. Also there are chances that some plugins may not be compatible with the theme.

I do not see any problems with this block header style. If you are experiencing difficulties when using the same settings, maybe you have a plugin or plugins that could be interfering with this since this is working properly. I suggest you try as a test to disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any installed caches then try again.
