I updated the theme to 7.3 using the Envato plugin. Visual composer and social counter were not updated along.

A) Yes indeed our theme removes the front-end part of Visual Composer’s page-builder because it’s not working properly with theme’s blocks. We also added 25 new blocks which works only with our theme. We don’t recommend any third-party plugins or additional ad-ons for our theme. The theme is tested and work fine only with Visual Composer plugin which is included in the path available o themeoforest. You can try additional software if you want but we can’t support it and also we can’t say how will work with Newspaper.
B) The theme is tested and search page works fine with any module used, including module 17. I am not sure why the page breaks on your site but you can try to deactivate all plugins, except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test again. If the problem persist please provide your site url so we can have a closer look.
C) We need site url for further investigations.
D) Try this css in theme panel > custom code > custom css:

.td-social-google, .td-social-pinterest {
display: none!important;
}

E) The theme uses default wp implementation for authors and there is no option which allows you to add multiple authors for a post. You can try a plugin with similar functionality but we didn’t made any tests in this regard and I can’t make any recommendation.

I checked my version – it’s 3.1 , Im running only visual composer and social counter. Deactivated the counter – cleared cache from browser and tested. Unfortunately, I faced the same error.

Also, please note – I have this problem only in the day time (GMT +5:30)
Towards the night if I use the slid block with the same settings – the site works fine. Its only when I wake up the following day I realise the images are all on the home page instead of a slide. This is the 2nd morning its happened.

I’ve tried to access your site using several mobile devices but each time I get redirected to google.com http://screencast.com/t/Gwvk0fy9pV Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches then test the site again. Also check the .htaccess file for any redirect rules and remove them.

Please make sure that you’re using V 4.12 of Visual Composer plugin, this version is included in current theme’s path available on themeforest, deactivate all plugins except VC, clear all caches then test again.

Right now I have the revolution slider deactivated in order to work the woocommerce with the visual composer.

The problem is between those 3 plugins.

I am not sure why this happens on your site and also I can’t duplicate the issue on my end. Try to deactivate all plugins except Visual Composer, clear all caches, purge the cdn if you’re using then test again.

Delete the Visual Composer by ftp and reupload the Plugin manually also via ftp

Where can I download this new version? On my panel in WordPress I dont see new updates to visual composer (4.6.2 is the last).

I know and have used the blocks, I want some flexibility with my block and grid designs, there are some designs in some websites I will like for my website, I just want to have control over the block and grid designs. In your documentary there is a mention of tagDiv composer plugin I added it to my site but it won’t work on its own or with my activated visual composer, if the plugin will work as described in the documentation it will solve my problem and I want to buy it. Please keep me posted on updates on the tagDiv composer plugin, it will be better if it can work with visual composer
