Hello Nicky!
This issue has been discussed already here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-composer-causing-slow-site-loading/
Thank you!
Hello @mateusnds !
You can change that only if you use a cloud template, edit it with the TagDiv Composer and change the settings of that element.
Thank you!
Hello!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page.Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hi,
You can change the caption font and style with tagdiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/CbvWrqF.jpg
Thank you!
Hello,
You can customize the header like in this video with tagdiv Composer -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/header-manager/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
Here is a video that will show you how to use the builder to create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg and documentation here https://forum.tagdiv.com/category/newspaper-8-documentation/
Thank you!
When I am editing the Single Post Content within tagDiv Composer, I can see there are some places to edit the settings of an image caption. The General tab has a field where I can input margin numbers that affect the space within the caption “box.” And the Style tab allows me to change the font, leading, and style of the text of the caption. But where can I adjust the distance between the caption and the next paragraph of regular text? If I understand how these elements work, I think I want to adjust the padding below the caption, correct? Where can I make that adjustment?
Error in td_composer brings my site down (https://www.frontnieuws.com/)
The issue looks to be coming from mine primary builder plugin, td_composer. Specifically, the plugin is producing an error loop that is The server CPU bloated due to high resource usage caused by td composer, likely the source of the high resource demand on mine site. The server CPU bloated due to high resource usage caused by td composer.
There are many There are many slow queries from the plugin such as:0x00007f8bbf214900] get_wp_query() /home/wp_j2urvu/frontnieuws.com/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_block.php:131.
When my host Dreamhost specifically disabled the td_composer plugin, the demand drops significantly. This points towards the plugin as the problem.
In the meantime, to help with heavy usage, Dreamhost has added a temporary trial to the site to add more server memory. The DreamPress Pro Plus package increase the server memory from 4GB to 6GB and the trial will be active for 7 days. After 7 days the server will automatically resized.
The Frontnieuws site is now back up and running for now. But with the td composer disabled. The front page is displayed correctly, but in the articles themselves, all widgets have disappeared.
Can you help me solve this problem?
Thanks,
Nicky
Hello Berat!
The homepage seems to be the default and not the cloud, right? So, you cannot edit it with the TagDiv Composer.
If this is not the reason, then it could be this: https://prnt.sc/JF-bVh7VjQOt?
Thank you!
Hello @rickyrt !
Edit the homepage with the TagDiv Composer, click on that block and you can align it as you like.
Thank you!
Hello Megan!
Do you mean the login sign/in element or the menu login from opt-in builder?
The first one, is the default login of WordPress and the other one is based on subscriptions.
Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit, delete or adjust the elements to look better.
If you hover over the setting and you have this toggle enabled: https://prnt.sc/SxseKWMXE0Nt, then you can see what it means.
There is actually a recycle bin basket for every element https://www.screencast.com/t/wFYdqgpo6pT
You can hide from all users from the CSS tab of every element -> Display: Hidden. You can also hide the entire row.
If you can’t find an element after you have hidden it on every viewport, check this thread for the solution: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/cssdisplay-show-or-hidden/
Thank you!
Hello!
You can change that easily by using cloud templates and not default templates.
We recommend using cloud/PRO templates in order to have the possibility to edit them with the TagDiv Composer, which contains a lot of functions and features, Please check our tutorial here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Thank you!
Hello!
Yes. For pages, you need to add the list in the TagDiv Composer. For example: https://prnt.sc/pf89MLJH5bP8
In the articles, we have an element for displaying the content from Gutenberg, but not for pages.
Thank you!
Hello @Manikant !
If you use default templates, then you can not customize them with the TagDiv Composer.

Hello Rachmat!
In the cloud templates, you can add the ads when you edit the post with TagDiv Composer in the element called ” Single Post Content ” in the tab ADS. Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/article-ads/
Make sure that all the settings are set correctly and that you have cleared all the cache.
Thank you!
Hello @ludyma!
If you use a default template, then this is not customizable with the TagDiv Composer.
A cloud workaround could be to use the flex block builder with a custom module which can be build as you like and also by using the ajax categories dropdown: https://prnt.sc/-kk2lu4rkftq
Documentation here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/modules-builder-newspaper-theme/
Thank you!
Hello @ludyma!
Edit the search page with the TagDiv Composer, click on that block and you can use a flex block instead post loop.
Thank you!
Hello @kevinsikora !
Yes, it’s a WordPress feature.
You can build a sidebar with the TagDiv Composer. Steps:
1. Insert one new row (or delete an existing one).
2. Divide into two columns (2/3 + 1/3).
3. You can add whatever element you want to the second column and consider it a sidebar.
You can also split the row into many columns and set a width for each column: https://prnt.sc/SUVH-Y15HNL9
Thank you!
Hello!
The mobile theme and AMP layout is similar. Uninstall the AMP plugin and set only mobile theme in the theme panel settings.
I recommend you use these 2 mobile versions:
If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
Thank you!
Hello @mtdas99 !
The files for the Mobile theme can be found here: wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/
Thank you!
Hello Tim!
They are fully customized with the TagDiv Composer.
Check the documentation above.
The cloud templates do not have PHP files because they are stored in the database as custom post types.
Thank you!
Hello @marekporwol505 !
It’s possible to be from the firewall or security module which blocks the admin-ajax.php request, which usually displays a 403 or 404 error.
If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module that blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.
Also, if you are using Cloudflare, please make sure that is set as in our guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloudflare-cdn/, you need to disable the Rocket Loader.
Examine some other potential interfering factors: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Check this topic: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/403-error-on-tagdiv-composer-when-trying-to-use-wp-editor-wpedito-php/

Hello!
You can use multiple templates for your pages if they are customizable with the TagDiv Composer. You can duplicate a template, make it global, or set it separately.
If you mean the single cloud template, then this is possible for you. If you mean the blog page from WordPress, then unfortunately, you cannot change it unless you add a new cloud page with that name.
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/cloud-library-category-templates/
Thank you!
Hello @allindiablog !
Sure. You can have a global header that automatically goes on all your pages. And you can set one for the single template( edit it with the TagDiv Composer, change the header, save).
Thank you!
