Hello!
If you use Mobile Theme, then there are no settings to customize the pages.
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
You have only some settings for this layout, which you can find in Theme panel -> Mobile Theme. Please note that you can not edit it with TagDiv Composer.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please try to reset the style on the block, with right-click => https://www.screencast.com/t/iDt8zJerj and see if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure that all theme plugins are installed (tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library and tagDiv Standard Pack if you are using standard elements). Most of the time one of the theme plugins is not activated.
Thank you!
Hello!
Let me explain you which options you have:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want a responsive version for your mobile version, then you should uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin which has its own templates and your responsive version will appear automatically.
Please note that if a page is made by Composer, than the content won’t be displayed on Mobile theme version: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/

Hello!
I’ve checked your website, I accessed also the AMP page link from your video and it seems there is no AMP page there and the images are displayed. If you do not have TagDiv Composer, then the page should be empty.
Unfortunately, AMP is faster and works better only with Mobile Theme, because it is not compatible with cloud templates.
From my point of view, if you don’t use the Mobile Theme plugin, then there is no reason or benefit from AMP.
Check our documentation about this plugin here:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-amp-plugin-tutorial/
Thank you for understanding!

If the problem persists, please provide a link to your website to check it.
Please take a look for this advice before updating: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/action-required-please-read-how-to-update-to-the-newspaper-theme-v-10/
I recommend you to make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer so that you don’t face any error: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Hi,
The footer template does not have the button to be edited with tagDiv Composer in the backend, the footer can be edited only from the frontend if it is assigned, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer. => https://www.screencast.com/t/rpfNhfyrF that page can be private.
You can customize it with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nE51MfLV7hE
Also, seems now the sidebar header and footer look fine on mobile https://www.screencast.com/t/BABAupqWSr
Thank you!
Hi,
I just checked your website and I see that now this was set a background header https://i.imgur.com/xykUXWk.jpg (that is a cloud header and it can be edited with tagDiv Composer) if there are still some problems, or you need help with something, please let us know!
Thank you!
Hello,
You can use a header template from Cloud Library, and you can customize it with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also, you can use the standard header from Theme Panel, for this you need to have the Standard Pack plugin, from version 10.4, the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please let me know what template is used for the post (standard template or cloud template).
You can change the color for the number of smart list like this, edit with tagDiv Composer, select the smart list and there is a setting for color https://www.screencast.com/t/4fcWyHeUoch
Hope this help you!
Thank you!

Hello!
First of all, please make sure that the plugins and the theme are up to date. Try to do these steps:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
You should write here this title: https://www.screencast.com/t/Vlpgu4y3Mkyh ; also check the color of the text(title) to be a different color than black or the toggle’s color.
If these not help, then make a full backup, send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-admin, so we can investigate this issue. Also paste a link to this topic so we can easily identify you.
Thank you!

Hello!
This is a flex block 1 element and you need to edit every category with TagDiv Composer and change the filter: Current category in order to display the posts from the current category. If you want to delete this element, you should duplicate the template and make the changes. If you have the same template for all your pages, then this flex block will appear on every page.
Thank you!
Hello Bettina,
We fixed that issue. We are getting new error now. We can’t edit our website home page with td composer. It returns following error. Please help!
Errors at columns: 1(models) : 25(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)
Hi Calin,
Welcome.
Also, there is an issue with the font’s weight selection for the Header menu in the tagDiv Composer. Not facing this with default fonts.
Hello!
Please edit the page normally and change the setting for the page into Template: Default template because I think you have there the setting: Pagebuilder + Latest articles + Pagination and these are not editable by TagDiv Composer plugin.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hi Che@1985, unfortunately, for the moment the only parts that can be customized on login are the colors (https://i.imgur.com/zbh1bhi.png), fonts, background and text (this can be translated https://i.imgur.com/69du6sk.png).
If you want to make your own login page, then maybe you can use an extra plugin or other option is to edit the theme files.
The file path it is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/parts/header/td-login-modal.php for standard templates and for cloud templates wp-content/plugins/td-cloud-library/parts/tdb-login-modal.php
Thank you!
Hi,
I think that I understand, you use the unique article, but this will display the posts in different blocks and you want for a specific section to be all posts display there.
In this case, the is not recommended to use the unique article option. To can do this you need to work a little on your homepage using tagDiv Composer. What you need to do is to use the offset option -> https://i.imgur.com/jXnWdCr.png from blocks and the filter tab -> https://i.imgur.com/EOGZJkj.png -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/
I hope this will help you!
Hello,
I saw you have a Standard Template for posts from the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, and you can’t edit with tagDiv Composer. If you want to edit the layout of the posts, you need to use a Single Post Template from Cloud Library => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=I1R3j1QYod0
Thank you!
Hello!

1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer

Hello, thanks for reply.
I’ve tried both of your recommendations and its still doesnt work. Yoast works fine, settings of the posts dont influence on it because when I open the archive page it shows me -5 post.
So the problem dissappears when I disable the TD Composer plugin.
Hello!
I can see that you have there a top padding: 77px. From what I can observe, you have a responsive version of your website which is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there. Click on that element and you can find in the CSS tab that padding. Delete it and it should display well.
Thank you!
