2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

I have a demo (test) site and an official site (www.multiwomanandco.com). After updating (yesterday) to version 11.0 and intense testing of the new update in the demo environment I found no problems. So I installed the new version also on the official site, also no problems… at first!!! Today both environments showed only theme images (as reported in other topics). So I downgraded the official site to version 10.4 and it worked again. In the Demo environment I deleted the TAGDIV Composer Plugin and reinstalled it as suggested as a solution in other topics. It solved (for now?) the problem. Because there are more serious problems reported with the new version I won’t install version 11.0 on my official site and will wait for a new release. I don’t trust version 11.0 for now. Can you tell me if there will soon be indeed a new version where (all) the problems will be solved?
By the way, I will monitor my Demo environment and will let you know when the problem with the theme images reoccur.

Please start looking for a plugin conflict, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache(also from your browser) and try again.
Try to do these steps also:
1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)
4. install TagDiv Composer
5. activate TagDiv Composer
6. clear cache (if cache plugin exists)

Alex, from tagDiv, responding fast at my emergency email and help me to fix this problem. It was solved uninstalling tagdiv Composer from WordPress Plugins, and then deleted, and after that, installing from Newspaper Panel, and activate it. Hope it helps. You can use a header template from Cloud Library, and you can customize it with tagDiv Composer => https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=HXQQygkCCJo
Also, if you use the standard header from Theme Panel, for this you need to have the tagDiv Standard Pack plugin, from version 10.4, this plugin is no longer required because the new demos are using cloud templates.

In the last update, the “speed” of the tagDiv Composer was improved, so if you want to make the update I suggest you make it on a staging website or on a subdomain, not directly on the live site in case of problems.

Hi, just installed version 11 and I can’t seem to get TagDiv Composer installed/activated properly. Downloading lasts really long and when it finally dloads and activates, it is not working properly and my site looks terrible 🙂

after updating to v11 the images on the “team widget” are not showing anymore. They are showing in backend (when editing with td composer) but not on frontend.
All plugins are up to date. I already deleted TD Composer and did a fresh download and install.

1. Please provide me more information about this issue, also a screenshot in order to help you.
2. Unfortunately, we do not have a tested plugin with our theme in order to achieve what you need.
3. Edit the homepage with TagDiv Composer and you can change the color from the element or row settings depending on the case.
4. Please make sure you added the logo in the element settings in Composer. Please note that if the background is black and the logo is black too, then it can not be visible.

I’m sorry, but I really do not understand which design you want because that one is a shop page. Let me explain which options you have:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want a responsive version for your mobile version, then you should uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin which has its own templates and your responsive version will appear automatically.

I reloaded all the images but nothing has changed. I also tried to add the template team from “cloud” but the images are seen only when they are in “composer”. When I save and view the page I do not see the images of the editorial staff.
I tried to disable “composer” and clear the cache. Then I reactivated “composer” and cleared the cache again but nothing changed. I don’t know what to do anymore. Help.

I don’t know how to get to this part because my tagDiv Composer does not look like that.
Good evening, I use the theme panel on my site, but I’ve never used tagdiv composer. It’s stated that it’s a required plugin if I’m using the standard pack (theme panel), but it’s slowing down my site. Can I deactivate it if I’m not using it but am using the theme panel?
