When I deactivate and delete the plugin, the error message is no longer displayed, but when the plugin is active, this message is displayed on my site.

I’m encountering an issue with TagDiv Composer displaying all the settings incorrectly and messed up.
Regardless of the row, column, or element I select, the options panel appears like this:

I was working on a page and everything was fine, the Composer was displaying as it should. I previewed the page, then when I went back to edit mode, TagDiv Composer suddenly broke.
I should mention that there were no updates or technical changes made in the WP Admin Dashboard, just design changes to a page.

I’m working on a news website using the Newspaper theme (tagDiv). My goal is to create a homepage layout that behaves like this:
At the top, I want a large featured news area (could be a slider or big grid).
Right below it, I want several small news items displayed as boxes or thumbnails.
When a visitor clicks on any of those small boxes, the big area above should update and display the content (image + title) of the clicked item — similar to an interactive slider or a tabbed news showcase.
I tried using some modules, but I couldn’t achieve this interaction. Could you please tell me:
Which Cloud Template or module combination would allow this?
Or do I need to use custom JavaScript / tagDiv Composer tricks?

I solved it and now the Desktop version is visible, but I would like the Mobile version to be visible in the same way, since I also edited everything for mobile with the TagDiv Composer. How can I make sure that the correct version is visible on mobile?
Thanks, been using NP for a few years now so I know how to access Composer. Just haven’t focussed as much on SEO as I am now. I had already done everything you suggested with no change, as you can see from this image: https://imgur.com/a/oZDN04o
The problem is that when EXACTLY THE SAME PAGE is viewed as the official home page (as set by WP settings), it has 3 h1’s, the first two of which are blank). And when that same page is no longer set as the home page, the two blank h1’s disappear and only the single h1 is left. See the image from Marketing Syrup (which conveniently tallies headings for you). What creates this problem? Is it something in Theme Setup or similar?

I think that this block is in footer section, if so then are 2 cases:
1. If you have a standard footer you need to change the footer template in the theme panel – https://i.imgur.com/K16Gkbj.png
2. If the footer is a cloud template you need to use tagDiv Composer to edit it.

Hi,
It is possible that one of your extra plugins to interfere. Please disable all plugins except tagDiv Composer and make sure that all cache and object cache is purged, after that try to activate the theme.
IN case that you already tried that and the problem persists, please contact us via email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide temporary wp-admin access and the license key. I will check and try to resolve as soon as possible.

I have created a custom post type. I want to create a template for it. Is there any way to copy and paste from the Single Template defined in WordPress Templates – Single Templates? I want to create a custom page, but have it look like a post page. When I want to edit a single-event type page, the TagDiv Composer does not appear, only the simple editor.

1. Most of the time when you make some changes in tagDiv Composer and those are still there when you re-open tagDiv Composer then the situation is related to an object cache or extra cache that is apply on the website when you are logged in.

3. For this you need to use the opt-in builder and lock the articles you want to be exclusive.

The blocks will be automatically populate when new articles will be added, also you can use tagDiv Composer to edit the homepage, select the blocks and use the filter tab if you want to set articles from a specific category to be display in a specific block – https://forum.tagdiv.com/flex-block-settings-guide/

Since a few days, the Recent comments components i was using in TagDiv Composer doesn’t work anymore.
It is still normally displayed in the Composer (for settings and so on), but no comments are displayed (in the composer as well as with the published footer).
Before it was working flawlessly. Do you have any idea what could be wrong ?
I suppose it can be related to some updates in WordPress.

As I mentioned in my initial message, I’ve already followed all the steps from your guide (https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/) and applied the exact settings shown in the screenshot (https://i.imgur.com/C7n3fBU.png).
Despite this, the issue remains — when I click on TagDiv Composer, it redirects me to an error page.
Could you please take a closer look or let me know what else I can check? I’m stuck and would really appreciate your help resolving this.

I need to create some posts like “4 Greatest…”,”Top 5 Things…”, etc.
So I want to insert a block in my post. The block would show fx. 4 posts inline horizontal: A small image, the post headline and a small excerpt for each of the 4 posts. And when you then click on them, you are taken to that post – when has already been written and published on my site.
But how do I do that?
I am using a cloud template and Composer.
I have tried with short code, but that only show the code as text.

This can be done using tagDiv Composer, set a row and set it on 3 columns in left and right set blocks and ads and in the meddle use elements as column text and text with title for settings content like using classic editor.
