In the cloud templated section on the footer template there is no option to edit it with tag div builder on contrast with the other templates where i can see the option edit with tag div composer. Why is this happening?
Also the articles and posts inherit the footer template that i choose right?

If you have instaled a Prebuilt Website Pro then you can edit with tagDiv Composer => https://www.screencast.com/t/jNDptsgvhgOW and select which element you want to edit, for example, select the Header main menu => https://www.screencast.com/t/oo6zPCDWd6 -> https://www.screencast.com/t/1EGstlbu.
You can change the width using the row stretch https://www.screencast.com/t/mh8MybKZa1z or you can import the template you like.

But I have not created any site page with tagDiv composer. So tell me why the pages are not coming in amp format? And one thing I want to ask that can I use only the AMP official plugin with the tagDiv mobile theme plugin been deactivated? Reply to me asap.

If you use a Prebuilt Website Pro, you can delete the author box on the post edit with tagDiv Composer and with right-click remove the author box => https://www.screencast.com/t/P4UvjtlWnd or if use Prebuilt Website Standard you can disable from Theme Panel -> Post Settings => https://www.screencast.com/t/QHIxDNR8

Also, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please also check the page for special characters and remove them if they exists.

1. I think is a misunderstood too, if you want those widgets to be in footer section only from Homepage you can simply use the method above replay(use two footer templates, one only on the three footer widgets as global, and the current one assigned only for the homepage).
Or if you to have the same footer template for the rest website and the content is in the footer you can drag and drop (drag the widgets that you want on the home page, from footer zone in the content zone) the elements on your homepage with tagDiv Composer.

I use Newspaper theme Version: 10.3.9.1 and in several pages I use the mobile version trough TAG DIV COMPOSER (not AMP).
I found out that in the mobile view all the text are in bold even if I don’t set anything… can some one help me? 🙂

This element under the “Farm Help” is an old one, so you can not customize it.
But, you can add an element with TagDiv Composer called “Flex Block 1” so you can add what you need there.

We have a site called http://www.indiaforensic.com and we have set a newspaper them by Tagdiv. But for last 1-2 weeks we are unable to make any changes in the theme as we click on the option “Edit with TDcomposer” we get a blank screen, here is the proof-
Hence we tried to reset the the Tagdiv theme and following was the result-
And once reset we again tried to open the same but still no development we still got a blank screen. But this time we checked the browser inspect tool section and found many errors. Following is the proof for the same-
Kindly guide us in the following matter.

I’ve not added any shortcodes that I know of. I built the page completely in the TagDiv Composer using the TagDiv Composer elements to make the page look the way I wanted. I’m not sure where the problem would be. I’ve gone through the linked document you mentioned and don’t see anything that appears to be causing the problem based on the items in that article.

One of our editors just published several posts that we would like to hide on the home page. But when I try to exclude the posts from the feed by their ID number, they become the only posts visible in that section.

If we try to use an offset, any new posts we publish will also be hidden. So if we could hide (exclude) certain posts by their ID number, that would be ideal.

It seems you have an uninstall plugin missing (search also about TagDiv Composer plugin).
So, please make sure you have all TagDiv plugins installed and activated.

tagDiv Composer is a page and cloud builder, it can be used only for pages and cloud templates, therefore you can use it on a single post template from tagDiv cloud library to adjust the layout, but not to write the post content, for this, you need to use the WordPress editor.

I have explained you above the exactly issue which you have.
In production website you use Category template 1 which is a default template, so that’s why you can’t edit with TagDiv Composer.
In test website you use a PRO template, so that’s why you have that button there because you can edit it with TagDiv Composer.
