I’m using Newspaper 10.2. I cannot get the TD Composer to work on any page. When I go to open it, there’s a blank white page, which freezes and doesn’t work.
Please tell me how to fix this.
I tried updating the TV Composer plugins on the website and they failed. Please let me know if I deactivate these plugins and reupload, will this harm my website and lose information and change the current look of the website.
I do not want to mess with the look of my website right now with the active templates. So I’m not sure what to do.
Also how do I update to 10.3.7, as I am using 10.2 Newspaper?
Everything was working fine this past 2020, but now I need to continue to make updates.

I’m having major issues with not being able to get TD Composer to work.
It was working fine on my website in 2020. I’m now back to it, trying to make some updates and it will not load, I get a white page, trying to open it. I checked with my host server and they maxed up the uploading speed, but this did not help. Please help, Thanks, Maureen
Page builder keeps loading when I try to edit my content. I am using Tagdiv Composer.

Automatic update is not working. And the problem with manual update is that my theme still uses the old Visual Composer. Is there a guide to help with converting VC to tagdiv Composer?
Hello!
You can apply a filter using an element by editing a category with TagDiv Composer plugin.
For example if you have a PRO/cloud template you can add the element called “Posts Loop”, where you can filter the posts you want from that category with the “Sort order” option.
And if you have the default template, then you have an option in Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Categories -> Category global settings -> Category pull-down filter.

Please check in Website Manager the selected templates for header and footer to be the one you want on your website.
Also, check if you have all tagdiv plugins installed which you had before update.(especially TagDiv Composer plugin).

Normally, you need to remove the margin on the row, and put the padding on the column.
If you can’t achieve this with tagDiv Composer, please try this code:

You can remove the category “Video” and “Editorial” if you know the category id, and add a ‘-’ symbol in front of category ID => https://www.screencast.com/t/vLdu9G5Uh -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ZFkvcf8mmp2Q.
You can delete the Category Siblings with tagDiv Composer with a right click you can delete =>https://www.screencast.com/t/LzKsBjFR , or selecting the element and with drag & drop place into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.

If you using a single post template from Cloud Library then you need edit with tagDiv Composer,

It looks like your images are not working on desktop too.
Please send us a screenshot of your System Status Tab and make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/ ; You will have to first start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin and please send us a link to your website in order to take a look.

I have created my starting page with TD Composer. Since some weeks the following problems occurs: I am logged in into my WordPress backend and want to edit the page via TD Composer. When trying to start the TD composer it won`t stop loading. The circle turns and turns and nothing happens.
Everything is up to date. Tested it in several browsers (Safari, Chrome) as well.
Since a couple of months I am having issues with my newspaper installation. At least there are no obvious things going wrong and users have no problems to open the site but every day I`m getting an email by WordPress about some technical issues:

Hello, i’m new in this community, and first I would like to say, that this theme is very potential, just takes times to spin it around. I have Gossip Pro Demo installed, and all looked awesome, although for video post I need to make a duplicate template and replace big image featured image with regular one.
But now I have problems, I have current page content, and I dont want to make with composer, just plain old classic editor. The problems are, I cant seem to make a sidebar just like in single post template from Gossip demos. In widget there are buch of tagdiv blocks, but in single template gossip is using flex block 1 in right sidebar. How can I make my default sidebar just like in demo. Thanks

I’m glad that you managed to solve the problem.
Usually, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.

Please edit a post with TagDiv Composer and you can check Add -> search element. You can see there which element you can use it from there, just drag and drop the element and build the design you want using those elements.

The footer template can be edited only from the frontend, edit a page/post template with tagDiv Composer and go down to the footer.
The footer templates do not have the button to be edited in the backend. Please check this guide:https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/

We need an urgent support on this.
Everything was working before theme update, as we done updates on 12th Jan 2021, as This issue is happening after recent theme update and along with all plugins are up-to date. Mobile responsive theme is not working, from mobile it redirecting visitors to AMP? Even we have disabled the option Redirect mobile visitors to AMP
Kindly help us to solve this issue. Let us know so we can connect over zoom call quickly. To resolve this issue we have tried below steps, but issue still exist:
1. Cleared the cache after updating theme and WordPress.
2. We have deactivated TAGDIV composer and re-installed again.
3. We have deactivated AMP and tagDiv Mobile Theme and re-installed again.
4. We have cleared the cache, but still issue again.
Mobile responsive theme is not working, from mobile it redirecting visitors to AMP? Even we have disabled the option Redirect mobile visitors to AMP .. in transitional mode.
We have configured Mobile theme setting: (Mobile+Theme) enabled.

I want to change the colour scheme of my website but have found that using the Newpaper theme panel and TD composer on each page that I dont know how to change the colour of each page.
Is there a way of changing the colour of every page without changing the colour on each element using the Style tab?
