Hi,

The settings from theme panel and tagDiv Composer do not apply on some elements like the home element and some blocks elements because in theme panel is set an extra class on body and is overwrite the settings -> https://i.imgur.com/gZb0qT9.png you can solve this problem in two ways, one remove the class from body and the style will apply or use custom css -> https://i.imgur.com/ebrfq8Y.jpg.td-gadgets
.td-header-style-5 .sf-menu > .current-menu-item > a{
color: #2f2;
}
h3> a{
color: #fff;
}
.td-gadgets .td_module_8 .entry-title a:hover {
color: #2f2 !important;
}
.td-gadgets .td-header-style-5 .sf-menu > li > a:hover {
color: #2f2 !important;
}

The doe need to be set in theme panel> custom code > custom css.

The color on “trending now” it can be change using tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/De4R9gd.png

Hi, I was trying out the “Newspaper Business Demo Template”, and when trying to edit the homepage of this template, I get a pop up stating “the current content hasn’t been created by TagDiv Composer”. My question is what builder was used for the “Business Template Homepage”. I had read that I should not try to edit a page with the TagDiv Composer if the page was built with a different editor. Please let me know. Thank you

Hi there,
I am using the Newspaper theme and have a Cloud template footer (Baby pro).

I would like to add a sub-footer with privacy policy and copyright text etc. In the Theme Panel I have “Footer Template” selected and there are no other options. It is only when I select “No template” that I can see the sub-footer options.

Is it possible to add a sub-footer to a Cloud template through the Theme Panel or do I need to manually create it from a page using the tagDiv composer?

Many thanks,
Emma

Hello

The Tag url page returns the error “Ooops … Error 404
Sorry, but the page you are looking for doesn’t exist. ”

I noticed that “Tag Template – Default PRO” or “Theme Template” generate the same error.

I also confirmed that the Tag template is correct in TagComposer.

Could you guide me?

Thank you

Hi,

Yes, you can achieve this using tagDiv Composer, for this on your page or homepage you need to use tagDiv Composer, add a row, this can be stretch and you can choose the layout you want -> https://i.imgur.com/pN6vZwR.jpg let’s that you make those settings -> https://i.imgur.com/ISdhMND.jpg now the row is set in 2 but you need it in 5 so you need to set a width in % on each empty column like this -> https://i.imgur.com/aNtYAfw.png -> https://i.imgur.com/vFhzXBl.jpg after that drag an inner row in each empty column -> https://i.imgur.com/FcUVItl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/wUvuvEl.png -> https://i.imgur.com/MlYoS7f.png and in this way you get the 5 columns.

Hope this will help you!

Hello !

A big part of default templates can already be found in the Cloud Library. And if you don’t like any of them you can use the tagDiv Composer to fully edit your cloud template until it reaches the desired look.

Thank you !

Hello,

When saving a page made with tagdiv composer, where is it saved in which table in the database?

Where can I find the code (tag div code) of the page in the backend?

I ask because I have a live site and a staging site. They are copies, but when I work on staging, new articles are posted on live. So let’s say I make a tagdiv page on staging which does not exist on live. When copying over the data from live to staging my page made with tag div composer will be overwritten. However how to keep this?

Hi,

The pages will be display in pages place not in cloud, you can import homepages from cloud too -> https://i.imgur.com/3Ix5fiX.jpg and edit it with tagDiv Composer -> https://i.imgur.com/gJGFxo6.png -> https://i.imgur.com/V3RbhKo.png
The only page templates are these from our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/page-templates-2/ using tagDiv Composer builder you can use flex blocks and elements to make the page to look like you want.

Thank you!

Hi,

If you are using the mobile theme plugin, you’ll gain a better speed then responsive version of theme, but in order to achieve that speed you’ll need to create a new content for pages because in the most of cases those were made with builders ( tagDiv Composer, WPBakery ) and you need to use only the mobile editor ( you need to set the content for pages in mobile editor and this content will be display on mobile theme)
-> https://i.imgur.com/9d0UWLT.png

Also you can show the responsive version on mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/m0bVB5T.png you can check more details about mobile theme in our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ or if you want to have the responsive version only, you can use the amp option from mobile theme -> https://i.imgur.com/oofST3D.png (to use the mobile theme template on amp) or you can disable the plugin.
When the mobile version or amp is displaying on desktop is a cache problem, we recommend to use WP Super Cache with the settings from our guide -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ also if you are using other cache plugins please deactivate theme and make a test, also this will solve the problem with latest post on mobile device.

Let me know the results!
Thank you!

Hi,

The column text and text with title can be set on pages using tagDiv Composer, also cloud templates do not affect the Yoast SEO plugin, the shortcodes appear only on pages where is not use column text and text with title.
Unfortunately for the moment the only SEO plugin tested with our theme is Yoast SEO.

Hi
Is there a way to add a template element via TagDiv composer that I could configure at the post level?
I would like to have a UI element that is present at the end of each post but uses a different URL each time.
Up until now, I had been using block setting with custom HTML, but I would love to have an option that works like “featured video” setting where I only have to provide the URL for a specific post.

I’d appreciate the advice!

Hi,

I’m assuming that this problem appear on posts that have set infinite loading, you’ll need to edit the single post template with tagDiv Composer and disable the infinite loading.

Hi,

Sorry, was my mistake, I was referring to v10.3.2, sorry again!
I’ve made some more tests and is look that the results are ok only on tagDiv Composer, in frontend is displaying the header from the single post template that is set in theme panel -> https://i.imgur.com/ugs6LGG.png as I can see this problem is only on single post templates set on categories.

Sorry for the inconvenience! we’ll try to fix it as soon as possible.
Thank you for your understanding!
