Thumbnail images from post (or main page) are not loading, but when I click on the Thumbnail the full image is loaded without problem.
The images are loading normally when the Baby blog demo are not installed too.
PS.: i already try to “Regenerate Thumbnails” (Plugin) without success.
I have another website using Visual Composer. I want o use it in another new web, I know I have to pay another license but when I try to install the plugin I see this error:
The plugin does not have a valid header.

I’m working on local. The website where I want to install it is gerardx.dev and it says that it was installed here already but it’s a new folder with a new name of website, then I don’t understand how can it be already existing.

So I’ve done some more tests:
I’ve made a fresh installation of the theme on my (same) HTTPS enabled server and everything is working fine.
So the problem is not related to my hosting for sure.

I will create a magazine website where i will include different sections such as news, travel, video, food etc..
Is that possible to install multiple themes/designs for my WordPress site?
It means that each section will have its own design, but they all have the same logo
For instance:

Theme does not have security issues.
however, are you running latest version of WordPress? ALL older versions can be hacked.
Have you removed all old un-used themes and plugins?
Have you done the recommended security hardening recommended in the WordPress codex/docs (wordpress.org)?
Scan your site with Securi site scanner to see what issues you might have.
Then do CLEAN install of WordPress, all plugins and all theme files ASAP.
1) I have Installed BuddyPress & BBPress
2) I want to use the registration page provided by BuddyPress
3) I want to redirect the ‘Create New’ user link on the ‘Sign in / Join’ option on top menu bar and redirect it to registration page provided by BuddyPress i.e. ‘www.yourdomain.com/register’
Reasons for doing this:-
1) Once a user registers using the default link provided by the newspaper theme, the user gets an email to activate their account and change the password, in that case the user is redirected to the wordpress backend.
2) On the other hand, the BuddyPress registration form, allows the user to pick a password during signup, and the link activation email send the user to the main website, and not the backend.

For some testing, I made a copy of the website and run it on a different server (with no SSL) and the theme worked as before, without any problem.
The funny part is that on the testing server, the requirements suggested on you guide were not satisfied. Have a look by yourself: http://i67.tinypic.com/2z9mnbq.png

I also have this same problem. I have deactivated the plugin and installed a new version of it. When trying to get the security token the plugin tried to load it and nothing happens
My Access Token still does not load after suggesting to download and install the new plugin and removing the old one.
I’ve cleared local and server both caches.

I’ve installed Newspaper 7 and I have WooCommece installed. Both current versions. The WooCommerce Short Code button and menu that is typically on the edit screen is no longer there. There is a New button there for your theme, BUT none of the WooCommerce short codes are in there. Is there a way to fix this?

If the code needs to be added between the head tags, you must enter it in the header.php file found in the main theme folder – https://www.screencast.com/t/pJLx76GibF and if the code is valid it should work as intended. Try clearing any caching installed after you add the code.

I do not know what could go wrong if you have made a fresh theme install and used only the plugins provided in the theme package, and the problem is still there. Maybe this is not theme related, because we have not had any complaints with this issue. First of all, to be safe, please make a full backup to your data and then, remove the old theme and install the latest update which is available on Theme Forest. Update the theme via FTP way because this is the surest method in this regard, according to our documentation here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Clear all your caches and check the results.

It seems that your website is not functioning properly at the moment. I suggest you disable all your plugins except Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if the issue is still there, because most of the time plugins are the cause for this. If the problem is persisting, you could reinstall the latest version of the theme and the plugins bundled in the theme package. Here is a guide to help you if you choose to update

You should go to the Plugins section and from there you simply disable and remove the Social Counter. After this, you should Add New plugin from Plugins section and load the file which I gave you above and install it at your backend.

Please keep in mind that the Visual Composer is a built-in plugin which comes bundled with the theme core file. To be safe, make a full backup to your data and then make a new clean install with the latest version of the theme which can be downloaded from Theme Forest. I just Purchased your theme and installed it on wordpress but anytime i activate any plugin even your builder plugin, i always get 500 internal server error, i can browse the page but whenever i try to access WP admin, i get that error.

We have not had any negative reports from our users related to this. I have inspected your website and I see that there are many js errors present – https://www.screencast.com/t/mqA19x5pd This is usually cause by a plugin or a plugin conflict that are interfering with the theme functionality. I suggest you try to disable all your plugins except the Visual composer, clear any caching installed and check to see if the errors are still present, using the browser inspector for example. The theme is tested and works properly but some problematic plugins can cause a lot of unexpected issues. If there are no more problems, try enabling the plugins one at a time, while checking for errors to hopefully spot the one causing this.
Also it is recommended to use the cache and speed optimization from the tutorials mentioned in the previous reply for best results.

I am assuming you have done both the modifications in the child theme or the main theme, and if it works properly for some posts and for others not, maybe it is a caching issue. Try clearing any caching installed, and purge CD files then check to see if everything is working properly after this.
