Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache, purge CDN file if you used and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. It is possible to be a conflict between some untested plugins used by you and our theme and this thing could cause this issue.

Please keep in mind that the Visual Composer will be adjusted by the theme, otherwise, will not work fine. If you are installed the Visual Composer ‘standalone’ as they suggested, this plugin will not work as expected because it will be adjusted by the theme. Please try our advice and let us know how it goes. After this if your problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your credentials (login information) so we can further inspect the problem. Also, please provide the link to this topic so we know who you are and what the issue is.

Hello,
It means that another version of visual composer has been installed prior to this one and the file remained in the plugins folder. You need to manually access your files via ftp/cpanel and delete the jscomposer folder from here: http://screencast.com/t/wWZEYYyXx1vC
The plugin needs to create a folder before installation and if a folder with that name already exists it will provide this error.

1) Please make sure you have the latest theme version: 6.6.5. If not, you need to follow this guide to update your theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

2) Having the latest version of the theme is not enough if you do not update the social counter as well. You need to remove the current version you use: http://screencast.com/t/4jvRwNzK and then install the version of the plugin that comes with the 6.6.5 theme: http://screencast.com/t/9AKKURjTjX
You can recognize if you have the correct version of the plugin when you see the new app key settings: http://screencast.com/t/CIXxklBanNl If you do not have these settings in your social counter it means you do not have the correct version.

3)You need to follow this guide to get the requirements from facebook:

Please keep in mind that the social counter is not a live count. It will update once every few hours.

Once you followed all the above steps properly and made sure you have not missed anything, (and the social counter still does not work), then you can send an email to contact@tagdiv.com with your login information so we can further inspect the issue.

If you edited the demo content then if you uninstall the demo, it will also remove the files associated with it. You can create a back-up however. Duplicate the content in another post/page with a different name. (make sure you copy the content in text mode and paste it in text mode as well http://screencast.com/t/01fF6EUOjy8A)

This field is controlled by the Seo Yoast Plugin. If you want to have the same option to add some media for each category header you have to install Seo Yoast plugin.

I have checked your website and saw besides of this issue as you are using a lot of untested plugins. I suspect this problem come from interference between your untested plugins with our theme. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer, clear all cache and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, this issue could happen due from the conflict between lazy load effect, the feature from our theme and your untested plugins. The lazy loading animation feature which could break due to your plugins so also try this without any plugins enabled and check for the one causing it and if you need the plugin that is causing this issues you can disable theme’s lazy loading animation feature from theme’s panel, like this: http://screencast.com/t/soDvZAE4O It will have the same effect. The choice is yours.

By default, the behaviour of this kind of feature is that every refresh the images to be changed randomly but if you are using a cache plugin, this feature is directly affected by this and the images will be with cache and then you have the same images until the cache will be empty. I suppose that you are referring to post view count for each article post.
