Hello,
I have all the plugins installed and activated after update. The link you gave me is for post revision not for page – is the same procedure for page too?
Error that I get is on page, not on post.
On front end this page looks ok. This error is shown only in tagDiv composer.
Since there the error is specified in the popup, could one of your developers take a look what could be done to fix it? I am not a programmer/developer so I would be happy to get some programming help from one of your developers 🙂

Hello,
You can use a different template for every article if you use a cloud template. You can duplicate a template, install a new one and assign it to the posts you like, or create one from scratch by importing a blank template and building it as you like.

All the plugins were active before the update, after the update finished I updated the plugins as well but all the theme settings were lost including the logos, text fonts, and everything else related to the theme, it looked like the theme was just installed for the first time and not as if an update is being made, even asking me to activate the theme with the code I received in pdf at the moment when I bought the theme, all these days I have manually recovered 95% of the functions in the control panel, the only problem what I have now is that when I scroll the website, the photos give a light shadow, and I wanted to ask you for some advice on how to make the website faster, especially on mobile devices, I don’t like the tagdiv mobile theme, because through tagdiv cloud, I have added ready functions like, contact us, and they are not supported in tagdiv mobile, so how can you make the website faster and is there any cache or something that you have to hide manually left from the version of old topic, please give me a suggestion for a better optimization?
I have the Gtranslate plugin installed on my website (https://www.opticaljournal.com/). However, no one knows about it, because I can find nowhere to put the Google translate widget other than in the footer. Is there a way to add a widget space to the header? Or does anyone have any suggestions as to how to let people use the Google translate on my website?

I tried to shift from the standard mobile version of your newspaper theme and installed the mobile theme from the plugin section combined with AMP. But for some reason, the mobile version also takes over the desktop. Everything breaks unless I deactivate the mobile theme plugin. Is this a known issue, or is there something I am doing wrong?

The Newsmag theme is not 100% RTL, but the elements that needs to be adjusted can be easily done using css.
What you need to do is just to install the demo “Video” and after that provide the website link. I will do some css to align nice the elements and to change the menu from LTR in RTL.

Hello,
I had installed the NewsPaper TodayNews Pro Theme and for some reason, the posts that should be in certain categories are not where they suppose to be on the homepage. I thought that it was my mistake and I deleted and reinstall the theme again where I needed to delete all the posts I was working on and took me a lot of time but it shows that the problem is from the theme itself.
For example: In the default homepage have Catagories for Entertainment, Celebs, Fashion, Travel, etc but under each category down the page, the post is only related to one category and not to the others.
Please Help!
My website has newspaper themes v 11.5.1 and requires an update to version v 12, is a backup of the entire website necessary, and if something goes wrong can I restore the website to its current state, and the changes I have made when I finish the update, will they be saved or my theme will return to the initial state of the installation?

You use the Mobile Theme plugin. If you uninstall it, then it will work like the desktop version. The Mobile layout is different than the desktop version and you need to apply the settings for the mobile theme in the theme panel-> Mobile theme. When you do some settings in the desktop version, the settings won’t apply to the mobile theme either.
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-quick-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Hi support, We cant set up footer on mobile. We create footer from cloud library and set it up as global footer, and on desktop everything works fine, but on mobile shows default widgets.tagDiv mobile theme plugin is NOT installed.

Hi there, after last update the tagdiv Composer deinstalled itself. Now I can’t install it and the page doesn’t appear correctly without it! HELP NEEDED!
UPDATE: We tried to set back theme and plugins to status of october 3rd – now we can’t even login to our backend! How can a theme used by so many people be so unrealiable!?

1. disable TagDiv Composer
2. uninstall(delete) TagDiv Composer
3. install TagDiv Composer
4. activate TagDiv Composer

I seem to have been able to remove the logo from the mobile version, but now I can’t seem to get it to come back. It appeared in the proper location for a couple of articles and then was gone again. Here’s what I did. I removed the logo from the theme panel windows and the logo became visible on the mobile version. After a couple of pages, it disappeared again.
Second thing, I tried to active a caching plugin, but was given the error below:
-Error: Configuration file /home3/wahhvg0aeqdc/public html/wp-content/wp-cache-config.php missina. Please reload the page

The file /home3/wahhvg0aeqdc/public html/wp-content/advanced-cache.php was created by another plugin or by your system administrator. If it was created by another caching plugin, please uninstall that plugin first before activating WP Super Cache. If the file is not removed by the action, you should delete the file manually.

I updated the theme to version 12 and now the pages take a long time to load. I have talked to the server programmers and they tell me that the problem is in the TagDiv Composer plugin, which generates too many requests per page and slows down the database. I have not installed any other plugin, I just updated the theme.
