I am using Newspaper – News & WooCommerce WordPress Theme. I just installed it’s prebuilt website, but it’s google page speed insight score very low in mobile. It is just 58, I didn’t even do any customization in website just demo content.
After i update i did update the plugins and it didnt work
I also tried to remove and reinstall them

Please note that Akismet plugin is not from our theme.
Every new install of WordPress comes with two plugins – Akismet Anti-Spam and Hello Dolly. They are disabled by default.

Please re-install the Cloud Library plugin. Make sure the issue is not from a cache problem, plugin conflict or something that can interfere in our theme: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/. So, please make a test, deactivate the cache plugin if you use, deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones and try again in an incognito tab.

Please try to do the update manually via FTP/cPanel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ and do a full backup of all files and databases before updating.
Also, please try to update the theme without extra plugins activated during the installation, as this may interfere with the installation process.
Also, after the update please make the tagDiv plugins are installed, like tagdiv Standard Pack, tagdiv Composer.

When the mobile version is on desktop, usually is a problem with the cache plugin. Most probably you are using the mobile theme or mobile page template and the cache plugin that you have do not recognize it. Most of the time this is solving by enabling from the cache plugin the mobile support. We recommend to use Wp Super Cache plugin.

Indeed, the tdb_single_related_author shortcode was not mapped in the cloud. This problem was solved the next day after the theme update and like you said, reinstalling the cloud from Newspaper > plugins will resolved the problem.
About the ads, I see that those are set in the post and there is no errors, but the ads width is 0px -> https://i.imgur.com/66vn2v5.png
One suggestion will be to copy the ads code from the top article ad in the inline ads 1 and 2 and see if this is solving the problem (since only the inline code is not working it can be related to the code).
Also, you can try a different single post template from cloud to is if there is a difference.

Indeed there were a few changes and now you can get the layout that you want from the cloud and you can edit it with tagDiv Composer like you want. For example on posts now you can use single post template .
In case that you still want to us the old functionality, what you need to do is to install the tagDiv Standard pack and those old templates will be display again (the plugin can be installed from Newspaper > Plugins).

After the update Alex talked about, everything was fine for a moment at our site too. But no 2 weeks later, subheadings (H2-H6) are displaying only in paragraph size again in the backend (wp block editor), while the title is displaying the right size for H1 tag. Can not figure out if this is a WordPress thing or not. Installed latest update of Newspaper yesterday, but that didn’t change this odd behavior of block editor. Any hint where to look, or do I just need to wait for WP to fix this? I already Googled on it (for hours) but nothing comes up on this issue.

The mobile plugin takes over everything on mobile.
Is there a way to override some pages to use the responsive version on mobile? If not yet, can this be planned?
I would like to:
1. Create a Cloud Template for Single Posts
2. Assign this template to specific categories
3. Make sure this template is available to mobile users even though I have the mobile theme plugin installed.
I am doing this because I have the mobile theme installed with Ads in the content on it.
I want different posts without Ads in the content body.
I don’t want to disable the mobile theme for the whole site.

In the past there have been many whom have a learning curve and did not understand that you needed to manually reinstall and update the required plugins. In 11.4.2 you folks have fixed that and my hat is off to you! Everyone always likes to complain, but rarely do we say when something is good and this post is about that!
Yesterday I updated the newspaper theme to the latest version of WordPress. But then, it was working fine. But when today I started working with WordPress, I found that the newspaper theme has been automatically deactivated and twenty-one is directly installed.
When I reactivated the theme it came complete in broken pieces like all the CSS were looking and the header was missing the logo was missing. Some elements are in place while some elements are nowhere seen. Please help me to figure out the problem as there has been no change done from my side and everything was working quite efficiently and fine. Please help me.
Now I tried to do everything best from my side and the theme looks fine but still, I’m trying to figure out why the theme got deactivated and another theme got installed.

Then I decided to downgrade the Newspaper plugin to the previous version and afterward reinstall the last update and I sorted it out. The error seems to be fixed now. If there is someone else with this warning on their website: I have deleted the single post template and re-installed it through Cloud Library.
However, as it was before with the same exact single post template (the difference being that before the template was added with the Gadgets PRO demo; now I’ve imported from de Cloud Library), the inline ad is still not shown in the single post (I’ve set it to be shown in the second paragraph, aligned left, but it won’t). I tried with different ad codes, but it only puts a space on some random paragraph and that’s all (also, if I add the „advertisment” text, it shows this text, but not the ad). I mention that I’ve manually added the ad code în the „Edit with TD Composer”, but it is also added in the Theme Panel > Ads > Inline ad (since now it does not seems to be possible to select an ad available in the Theme Panel from the Edit with TD Composer). Is there any solution to this?

Make sure you have all the tagdiv plugins installed, active and updated.
Check if you have also the Standard Pack plugin. Check some other possible factors which can interfere there: https://forum.tagdiv.com/general-options-may-interfere-newspaper-theme/
Please re-install the Cloud Library plugin!

Hi, im still installing the template on my website but im having a wierd issue. If you contacted us via email, then we’ll check and see if the problem persist on the post template is still happening. There was a small improvements but, we do not know for sure if those will fix or not that problem because we couldn’t recreated the problem on our installs, so our developers set a new contrition based on what they think read on forum about this problem.
In case that the problem is still there, and you agree, our developer will make a new fix and test it on your website to make sure that it will work.

Maybe the problem is that you are using an old theme version (9.6.1) with the latest WordPress version and is possible to be parts that are no longer compatible. Now the current theme version is 11.4.1
So, what I can suggest is first to make a full backup for your website and database and after that to update the theme or downgrade the WordPress.
The theme should be updated via FTP, by replacing the old theme with the new one. After that install the theme plugin tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Standard Pack and the rest of the theme plugins if you using (social counter, newsletter).

1. When you create mobile pages with TagDiv Composer with Mobile Theme plugin installed, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin.
The Mobile Theme is a performance optimized theme included in the Newspaper main theme and it loads only for mobile devices. It comes with its own templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Better deactivate the plugin and see the results.
