Hi, just installed version 11 and I can’t seem to get TagDiv Composer installed/activated properly. Downloading lasts really long and when it finally dloads and activates, it is not working properly and my site looks terrible 🙂

after updating to v11 the images on the “team widget” are not showing anymore. They are showing in backend (when editing with td composer) but not on frontend.
All plugins are up to date. I already deleted TD Composer and did a fresh download and install.

Usually, this problem when the mobile theme is displaying on the desktop, then you have a cache conflict, the plugin for the cache that you are using do not recognize the mobile and desktop cache. We recommend using the WP Super Cache plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Also, please ask your host if it has a cache plugin installed.

I’m sorry, but I really do not understand which design you want because that one is a shop page. Let me explain which options you have:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website is looking similar like on desktop, edit the page with TagDiv Composer, click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB ; there you can see your mobile version and you can edit the elements there.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
3. Mobile theme plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
If you want a responsive version for your mobile version, then you should uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin which has its own templates and your responsive version will appear automatically.

Hi, we’ve installed Newspaper theme with the prebuilt ‘magazine-pro’ setup. We see that when posts are tagged it doesnt show the post. Any ideas?
I’ve just installed the update and all looks good for us.
All required plugins are installed.
I uninstalled them all and reinstalled.
Cleaned the cache (and disabled the plugin cache for reliability)
Nothing changed.
On some pages, shortcodes do not work at all (https://tripfox.ru/map/)

It seems you have an uninstall plugin missing (search also about Standard pack plugin).
So, please make sure you have all TagDiv plugins installed and activated.
If you are sure you have all plugins active and installed, then please clear your cache and try again.

I first deleted the amp and mobile theme plugin.

If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).

So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).

Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
