I saw there are topics about this problem, but unresolved, so i’m opening a new one.
The problem is like this:
Using Magazine Pro
After editing the frontpage and the single post page with the composer, icons in menu are gone. They show in composer but not in the actual page.
I left the menus unchanged, meaning the elements are using original icons from the TDC font like this <i class=”tdc-font-tdmp tdc-font-tdmp-bicycle”></i> Lifestyle
If i install the fontawesome plugin and insert icons from there, they appear in the menu, but i do not want to use them because fontawesome affects load speed.
Here comes the interesting part. The category page, which was untouched, shows the icons with no problem. All the settings in the composer are the same as in frontpage or single post page
My guess is that when pages are saved in the composer, something is left out. Maybe the tdc font itself. The composer loads the font by default, that’s why in composer there’s nothing wrong with the icons. But when the browser loads the saved page, the icons along with the font are missing, therefore nothing is displayed.

How to I customize the demo?

Hello Team,

I have installed “Footer – Scuba PRO” and it looks fine in desktop theme.

I’m using Mobile Theme plugin but not showing “Footer – Scuba PRO” in the mobile option and there is no option to select “Footer – Scuba PRO” in the mobile theme like desktop theme.

I don’t want to keep default footer for mobile theme. So how do I configure the “Footer – Scuba PRO” in the Mobile theme plugin options?

My site is using the Coronavirus Medicine PRO demo.

I am having issues with my categories page and experiencing the error message “Errors at columns elements..’, as shown here:

I have gone through your instructions in the documentation for resolving this issue but it has not made any difference. Also I am not using any other plugins apart from yours and have not added any shortcodes to my site.

I also set up the demo again clean on another WP installation. The error message also appears on this when I try to edit a category page, having not made any changes to the demo.

Because my site is in development mode, I have emailed a login to you, so please can you take a look.

Also, my categories in my setup are not being pulled into the category layout page correctly. For example, when I click the ‘UK News’ category, it just pulls in posts from my category called ‘Pipe Jacking’. The same happens with all the categories, pulling in posts from the ‘Pipe Jacking’ category. Again if you take a look by navigating a category you will see. I don’t know why this is happening?

Please let me know, and many thanks in advance for your help 🙂

Hi, I have buy and install your theme on second site. Editor in second WP looks https://imgur.com/a/qXMhKve different than in my first site where is the same theme. And some futures are missing (author).

I purchased Newspaper X and managed to install & activated the theme, required plugins and my chosen demo. I now need to import all posts and theme settings (newspaper 9) from the old site but looks like I keep failing. It’s just a total of 508 posts. Can you please assist!

hi all… using newspaper 10.3.8 … I click on plugins and it says I need to install tagDiv Cloud Library… why is this required exactly? will my blog break without it… thx 🙂

Newspaper / Theme Panel version: 10.3.8

This is a new fresh WordPress / Newspaper theme installation.
When in the Theme Panel, Theme Colors Menu, try to access/open the settings its freeze with the loading icon. In Chrome debg console I get this:

I have been working on an update of my site for some time, and finished today. Only thing left was to change categories on some posts. Great was my surprise when I returned to main screen from categories for testing. When previewing a page it only shows the script inserted from Newspaper. Looking closer I realize the Newspaper has gone. Plugins are not there.
That is, not completely gone. The Welcome/Plugins/Support pages are there, but the theme is not installed in WP. I tried to close down and reopen. No effect.
So what to do?
Can I just re-enable Newspaper, since the script in pages is there?
Anything else? I have used a few Cloud templates.

The environment is Bluehost/staging. Newspaper V 10.3.8
PS. Hope this not happen when I go live..
