I think that you are seeing the mobile version on desktop. This problem is usually from the cache plugin that doesn’t recognize that there are two themes, one for desktop and one for mobile version (mobile theme plugin).
If you are using the mobile theme plugin, please make sure that you are using a cache that can different the mobile version from desktop version, a tested cache plugin is WP Super cache, here is a guide with the settings that need to be made for this plugin -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/

Is possible that the problem to be from WordPress version. If you are using the last WP version, then you need to use the last version of our theme, only this is compatible with the new elements from WordPress
Please make sure that you are using last theme version Newspaper v10.3.7 and you have set all the theme requirements as in our guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
If there is still a problem, please disable tagDiv Composer, delete it and reinstall the plugin from Newspaper plugin, also make a test only with theme plugins.

I just try this on my install and for me is working. What I can suggest is to try only with theme plugin to see if the problem persists. Another thing that it can help is to disable and delete tagDiv Composer then re-install it from Newspaper plugin.

Hi, I’ve just installed Newspaper on my staging site but unfortunately, the Theme panel doesn’t save. Once you hit the save button it just continually does this

Refreshing the page does not help either. I have read similar posts on this and I have disabled all plugins except for the ones that come with the theme. I have no security and no firewall to cause problems on the server.
I see a failed to load resource 403 error in chrome inspect

I have had newsmag for some time now, even though, I am not a coder, I rarely run into theme issues on modern designed themes, then I installed Newsmag, ROFL.
first thing to note is that I installed the latest Newsmag + TD Composer, on a fresh WP install with no other plugins, so I already know this is not a conflict with other plugins since I had not other plugins installed at the time.
1: TD Composer does not load, or the spinnning circle of death
2: Videos do not load in-content, however, they do show on page
I have also noticed some jquery errors, however, not sure if all this is related.

Moreover, the look of the paages are very weak. Other themes I have worked with that clamed having woocommerce with the installation, are haveng an appropriate design that matches the themes design.

It has a ticket near the top.
When I installed the demo theme to test it out…it asks me to install a crypto ticker feed.
Is that included in the newspaper package or is it a separate plugin I have to install? If a separate plugin then is it one specific plugin or it can be any crypto plugin?

Hi Calin,
please look at this issue. I have installed woocommerce and some pages were added by default. The problem is that when I edit those pages with TD Composer, the shortcode of woocommerce is dissapearing, liaving the page as you see in the end of the video:

As far as I know woocommerce is compatible with this theme. How do I best work in this situation? There will be times that I will have to maybe change some things on the theme’s appearance, and it would be a lot of trouble if a whole product page would just vanish, because of it.

Hi,
I’m using WP Super Cache and set up like in the instruction.
But whenever I edit the frontpage using TagDiv Composer, the frontpage of other viewer switch back to the old theme, as follows:

I deleted all the old theme and layouts in the Dashboard, only keep the current one. I believe this is related to the cache because sometimes when I delete the cache or edit something again, it’ll switch back to the right theme.

Hi thejerseytour, normally the above message suggest that you already have a directory with the name of that plugin, if you still want to install it again, you need to delete the plugin, normal this can be done from plugins > https://i.imgur.com/L7i9F7C.png or via FTP.

I have purchase the theme. but when i tried to upload lifestyle pro theme, the option of installingis disabled in my paid theme. what could be the reason?
