I have installed tech news pro without content and it’s working fine but when i activated Mobile theme, Thumbnails are not showing.
So I deactivated cache plugin(wp super cache) but still thumbnails are not showing on mobile theme.

I have upgraded (as always via FTP) to the new version 10.3.5 After the update everything seems to work, but the WordPress system always tells me to upgrade to 10.3.5 (“You have installed version 10.3.5. Upgrade to version 10.3.5.”) although Newspaper Updates tells me “You’re up to date”! I deleted Cache, before and after it and installed it several times. I don’t want to do it via Newspaper Time Machine, because it ruined everything last time. Hints, tips? Thank you very much!

I have successfully install theme but I am trying to install default demo but its showing error tagDiv import defected an error. please make sure that WP_Debug is to set false &&&&& I have already set this false, and I am not getting any videos in installed default demo but I have clicked in video section then here only shown news content not any video seeing for playing.

Dear tagdiv team, i used newspaper theme last 5 years. and i used its for my many clients.
but yesterday i install newspaper theme x. and install demo then (Server Error 500 ).
i deactivated all plugins. and only tagdiv composer active. i think in my case tagdiv cloud library not working.

I’m not certain how their licensing works yet,
but wordpress does some **** weird things, out of the gate.
IF you delete WP version
(AGAIN^^ need to confirm no probs w/ licenses)
(or rename DIR & start in a new DIR)

Maybe there is a setting in you cache plugin that is not working with infinite loading, we recommend WP Super Cache plugin with the settings from our documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/ if you want you can try it. Also is indicate to use only this cache plugin, in this way you’ll be sure that is working correctly or not from cache plugin.

Themes create the look and feel of your website. It is very important to keep them up-to-date in order to maintain the site’s security and integrity.
There are 2 installed themes on the site and they are up-to-date.
Your site has 1 inactive theme, in addition to the default WordPress theme twenty twenty, and the active site theme Newspaper. We recommend deleting all unused themes to improve site security.
There are no default themes on the site. Default themes are automatically enabled by WordPress in case of problems with the current theme.

We have realized that the Infinite scroll only works for some time, like a day or so, after that we have to purge cache to get it working. We are on VPS server so no resource issue. Also it was working at the time I had opened this ticket, now it’s not fully functioning. We did not install any additional plugins and made no change..

The standard Pack from Newspaper X is for standard style/templates, using standard plugin all the style from the theme will be loading in your website, if you rebuild your website only with cloud templates then you can deactivate the standard package, then you should be able to see an improvement, the cloud templates will load only the necessary style. Please make a test on a staging website, get the Newspaper 10.3 from your themeforest account install a PRO demo and deactivate the standard package check the results and after that try with a standard templates with standard pack enable.

This answer does not work for me. I need the Rank Math SEO, I don’t like SEO Yoast plugin because I don’t like how it works at the level of web structure. I ask you the same question again; “I have just installed “Rank Math Seo plugin” in my “The Voux template” and I can’t add links to my posts. If I uninstall the “Rank Math Seo plugin” then it does let me add links correctly. Do you know what can happen? Everything works perfectly except the links. When I write a post I can not add any links.”

I had installed the gadgets demo without content and I had only 3 categories in my site, after installing the theme my site was broke and I had reverted into another theme
Now my problem is, I can install the demo but afterwards, I’m unable to understand anything and I’m getting confused because too many settings in theme panel
My initial idea was to modify my website (reviewnxt.com) as kitchenarena.in, can anybody help me customizing the website.
My First problem.
I use easily install and Activate the following tagDiv plugins with a single click but not working. In this, the error of Please reload the page and try again comes, the same is shown again when reloading and uploading the plugin manually, then Newspaper X theme is not activated by activating the purchase code. Please tell me the solution to this problem.

When the website is only shortcodes (html text) then one of the theme plugins that are required is disable, for example tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library or tagDiv Standard Pack. When you reinstall the theme, then you will install and enable these plugins fron Newspaper > welcome section, in that way the problem is solved, but is no need for that, you can just go in Newspaper> plugins and enable the one that is not active.
