Hello !
Please remove and reinstall only the tagDiv Composer plugin. Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

I have some difficulties in editing. I installed the baby blog theme with content but besides the header and the rev slider I can not edit anything with the TD Composer. I want to change the way my articles are shown on the home – page (instead of two next to each other just one) but also through the theme panel I can somehow not find this function. Can you please help me?
Is it maybe caused because I use the newspaper theme on two different websites right now? Do I have to get another licence? In any case I tried the “Classic Pro” and on this theme I can edit in the TD Composer without any problem…

Pleas note that the theme update do not remove the ads set in theme panel, maybe there was other problems or plugin conflicts.

Hello,
we installed your wonderful theme on our website https://skutrmagazin.cz/ and we have been using it for some time. Since the first day however, the Instagram counter does not work.
Today we tried to update all the plugins, WP core and the theme to the latest versions, the counter still shows zero however. For this reason we are showing a fixed number of the followers. We would prefer this number to update automatically like the Facebook one (which works fine).
The problem is both with TagDiv composer and Social counter widget.

You can check our guide for how to update the theme from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-update-the-theme/ we recommend to use the FTP method, also please make first a backup to your website and database and only after that make the update.

I installed the ‘Time to Read’ plugin and it has the ability to be displayed on all posts as part of the meta-information, the advice on how to do this is given below:
“In case you want to display the time to read feature along with other meta information like author name, category, and date, you have to edit your theme files and place the following code:

I’m not entirely sure which theme file that code would have to be added to, to achieve this though.

Thanks for the reply, but it turns out that I uploaded the file by ftp and the floor I was on, but now it generates a failure in the AMP pluing, I have made a copy or backup with WP migration, because your therme does not make a backup, right? .
I will erase the old therme and I will upload it again I hope it works but see what happens to me with the AMP. It charges me at 50%, there are pages that load or adapt mobile deposits and others, I do not think its pluing or mobile platform fails, I attach some screenshots and if you can, between your phone and load those articles or several for you to see.

Look at the menu the TagDiv mobile theme is loaded and activated and the AMP is not allowed to activate, remove it and reinstall it and nothing, since the pluig by itself mobile theme does not make the articles adapt to the mobile devices.

As you can see in this screenshot, the AMP plugin options are not available in the menu on the left or in the plugin list.

The Italy Report PRO demo use cloud templates, therefore the theme panel settings will not affect the cloud templates from tagDiv Cloud Library, these need to be edited using tagDiv Composer, for example to edit the single post template, you need to do like this -> https://i.imgur.com/g3wfeBE.png click on share elements (ore the element you want to change) and change the style -> https://i.imgur.com/LZIAMNn.pngn also you ca use the right click to delete elements or copy the style or element.

I will be sending an email as well I am having similar issue. I have had this theme for 3 years and no problems until now. I have re-installed everything exactly as described here https://tagdiv.com/how-to-install-newspaper-theme/. I will send you details and video in my email.
My problem was resolved with a re-clone of the site and re-install of 10.3.2. I’m still having some minor interface issues but they are of little concern and the site is now working properly. Calin logged into my site and confirmed the issue but in trying to fix it the whole site became unstable, so clearly it was a bad clone because on setup of the new clone, it worked just fine. Thanks Calin!
Now I can get back to getting rid of the legacy code and using the newer blocks that are not dependent on the Standard Pack.
And I’ve finally found the combination of elements that replace the old block 11, which is flex block 1, image alignment set to float left and then spacing to suit your needs.
Other than a world wide pandemic, things are moving right along…
Hi, I’ve just download and installed the latest version of the theme. Demo “COV-19 Italy Report PRO” (importing content) was installed.
My question is: When customizing the theme, many of the changes I’m performing are not being displayed. Like for example: Banners I’m adding, or if I change the the block header template. So something must be wrong. All necessary plugins are installed, as well as wp super cache.

I just bought and configured WMPL, and after that the mobile menu stopped working in both variants (mobile, mobile+amp, amp). At first I thought that this was due to WMPL, but I deactivated it, deleted the cache, but the mobile menu still does not work, although everything worked fine before installing WMPL.

Hello, I noticed that my plugin AMP that is included in Newspaper theme was installed but won’t let me activate. Just thinks for a few seconds, reloads page and I scroll down to notice it still says activate.
I installed the plugin and installed again and same issue. Any ideas?

Please provide some more details about this problem and some screenshots, also what you want to edit using tagDiv Composer and you can not?
Also if you delete the tagDiv Composer an you reinstall it, the posts/page content and theme settings will not be lost.

Hi, we installed the template with the Fashion demo (you can check pbricherasio.com) but we cannot change the violet color that appears when you go on the images in the homepage. We can’t find it in the div composer.
In the same way, we can’t understand how to change colors and images that appears in the mobile version in the hamuburger menu and in search results.
Could you please help us to understand how to change them?
