Hello!
Make sure you have all the plugins installed and active in the Newspaper -> Plugins. Activate also the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates.
Thank you!
I installed the plugin yesterday and it doesn’t seem to have any effect.
The image, once uploaded to the user profile, is not visible either inside the backend (where it doesn’t appear) or in the frontend (in the author box or on the profile page).
I updated Newspaper theme to version 12.6.7 without any issues.
However, WordPress shows I have an outstanding update, shown in the image below. I have checked the installed ‘style.css’, which shows – Version: 12.6.7

Any thoughts – it’s an annoyance.
Thanks
Hello!
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.

It’s a gradient there: https://app.screencast.com/AT1FaLeQQa0ol
There are also the settings for the fonts: https://app.screencast.com/6RrHkkdBmNYVP

I followed the instructions in this guide – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-set-the-avatar/ – and installed the Simple Local Avatar plugin, but the image does not appear in the author box at the bottom of the articles or on the author page.
Is it a theme or plugin problem?
hi, I just set up the theme purchased from Themforest.
I am getting an error when I log in to the WordPress admin dashboard.
“Warning: Cannot modify header information – headers already sent by (output started at /home/1324573.cloudwaysapps.com/pxhzaedpvy/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_util.php:2957) in /home/1324573.cloudwaysapps.com/pxhzaedpvy/public_html/wp-includes/pluggable.php on line 1435

what i am missing?
Hello!
Ok. You should install the Contact form plugin and build a simple contact form: https://forum.tagdiv.com/add-contact-form/. Or if you do not want any plugin, then check this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/create-form-contact-page/
Please provide screenshots with your issues and what exactly you need to achieve, so I can help you efficiently.
Thank you!
I have the newspaper theme installed however when I go to activate the theme with my purchase code nothing happens. The website is nyundressed.com
HI Guys,
I’m currently seperating two websites from a multi-site, to do this I’ve created a fresh install and exported/imported the content which is a considerable amount, close to 200k posts on each site.
I can export/import the theme settings, but what about the pages, can this be done via the cloud library?
David
Hi Bettina
No, I don’t use Mobile Theme plugin – should I? If so, what exact plug-in should I search for.
The only problem I have is the logo on post-view in mobile view. I recall seeing the tag: Discover the art of publishing’ somewhere – I simply cannot find it again so don’t know how to remove it.
I have installed really simple SSL
Is what you are saying that I need a plugin to show the logo correct+
thx
I will download
Hello, please:
I’ve bought the license and installed the updated plugin, but it’s impossible to activate.
I correctly followed the instructions and provided the license code and email. But after clicking the button, it turns for a few seconds, and nothing happens.
I tried to deactivate all the plugins and tried again, but still not working.
I noticed this error message [Table ‘wp_clpxi.tds_plans’ doesn’t exist] SELECT * FROM tds_plans
I have not changed the plugins that were active or installed. All seem to be installed and active.
I activated the “Standard Pack” and now the header displays like this.

Hi,
That is the latest articles section, it is displayed at the bottom of the page when this page template is selected https://prnt.sc/Qfa58JtC3Q1K
If you want to customize it there are settings in the page edit screen in the backend. But there might be an issue (which will be fixed) causing the page settings to not appear if you edit the page with Gutenberg.
If that is the case, you could install the classic editor and edit the page with it, the page settings will appear in this case https://prnt.sc/ujy4UJNPd7k8 Then after you use the settings you can remove the classic editor plugin.
Or if you want to remove that latest articles section, you can switch to the default page template https://prnt.sc/-YrAZFCNg7ls
Thank you!
Hi,
I’m very sorry for the delay.
The unique articles option is available for the Newsmag theme as well, should be there in the page settings section https://prnt.sc/y6BU_3ki1gxQ
However, if the page settings are not appearing when using Gutenberg to edit the page, I suggest installing the classic editor plugin and then editing the page with it https://prnt.sc/cfQoxIzv9jGA The settings should be there with the classic editor https://prnt.sc/lkystdh6LSN2 After using the setting you can remove the classic editor plugin.
In case there are any other issues, or if you have questions, please let me know.
Thank you!
Hello!
Make sure you have all the plugins installed and active in the Newspaper -> Plugins. Activate also the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates. Although I recommend you to use cloud templates and also cloud header templates and change the logo in the tagdiv Composer.
More documentation about the cloud templates is here:
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/design-post-pages-using-cloud-library-templates/

If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
You can edit the menus items from Dashboard -> Appearance -> Menus. From the tagdiv Composer, you can choose from that dropdown the menu name you want to display.
Thank you!
Hello!
I can see that you did not change the logo in the sticky header. You should change the logo on your sticky header too. Please follow the video to see where you can find and edit/build your sticky header on mobile and desktop too: https://www.screencast.com/t/l6v2Belt
Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements. Click on that logo too and change it with yours.
2. In the tagdiv Composer, there are multiple options to show the presence of a submenu. For example: Add a submenu item to your menu: https://app.screencast.com/pgomkM0GpvBA5 (You can just drag & drop the items from the left side and place it as in my screenshot)
In Composer, choose the menu from the list and there you have the options: https://app.screencast.com/CNCxPAAajUK94
3. Do you have the Contact Form plugin installed and active?
Thank you!
Hello,
I purchased the theme a long time ago and installed it a few times for demo purposes without any issues. Now, when I installed it for a new project, the page loading time is nearly 15-20 seconds. I have been trying different solutions with my hosting provider for the past two days, but it doesn’t seem to be an issue on their end. I deleted the entire WordPress installation and reinstalled it, only importing the posts (without images), yet the site still takes almost 20 seconds to load. There are no other plugins installed. This situation is extremely frustrating.
I did reset of hosting and uninstalled and reinstalled the theme like 10 times now. Nowways above of the problem confirmed above will get resolved. I think let me get a refund and stop this idea
I have so manny pages on my website (e-vehicleinfo) and I recently enabled the tagdiv mobile theme for my site. right after enabling the plugin none of the pages is viewable on mobile devices. my pages can be viewed on desktop devices only.
Note: I do not have the jetpack plugin installed on my website.
Please help me with the solution,
Hello. On my website https://mistosontsia.com.ua I use the latest licensed version of your theme.
This is the problem. When I insert news url from my website, for example this news: https://mistosontsia.com.ua/u-hersoni-prezentuvaly-knygu-ya_volonter/ in Viber, WhatsApp, Telegram or Facebook Messenger, then it displays only one link, without the name of the site, the featured image of the post (except for Viber, there is at least a favicon from the site and the name of the site is added) Here is a screenshot of how it looks: social networks news display I am also sending a screenshot of the installed and active plugins of my site: installed plugins I do not use SEO plugins such as Yoast SEO or Math Rank SEO. Post settings screen: post and image settings and social share settings in the Newspaper topic panel: social share settings
I have read other similar topics here on the forum and as far as I can see there is no normal solution to this problem. Can you help me with this? Do I need to install any third-party plugin if your theme settings can’t fix the problem?
Hello,
Using our theme you can choose from 3 mobile versions
-> mobile responsive => https://www.screencast.com/t/oJ2ShOp47
-> mobile theme plugin => https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
-> mobile page => https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages/
If you created the mobile pages with tagDiv Composer, then when you install the Mobile Theme plugin, your pages will be overwritten by the plugin (the mobile theme comes with its templates for page, post, category, etc so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout, the page content is made without builders in mobile editor => https://www.screencast.com/t/xbgZG8kH also, the options that are provided to edit the mobile theme version are limited (this keeps the things simple)).
This is a video about Responsive Newspaper Theme, AMP & Mobile Theme, Mobile Pages & Templates -> https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
So, the mobile responsive is what you see then that you select the viewport on phone => https://www.screencast.com/t/matV17hH, so some settings may apply for each viewport(where is the border blue), and others are not(where the border is black).
The mobile page has the mobile templates from Cloud Library => https://www.screencast.com/t/YCcZ8rL8
Mobile responsive version of the theme and the mobile page editor can be edit with tagDiv Composer, the mobile theme plugin not.
For example, you can have the mobile theme plugin activate and use the mobile page/mobile responsive version for the homepage/pages, but for the categories pages/404 page you can’t use the mobile page/mobile responsive version if you have the mobile theme plugin activate.
So, if you want to design the pages with tagDiv Composer, you can use the mobile page or mobile responsive version.
Better deactivate the mobile theme plugin and see the results, and assign the mobile page for page, like this => https://www.screencast.com/t/lektAhyjd
Also, clear your cache.
Thank you!
