1. My social counter isn’t working (brand new install–yesterday, so the versions should be up to date). When clicking on the Facebook and Youtube banners I am taken to the correct page. Here’s a link: http://www.ohiovarsity.com/
2. My videos page is no longer displaying correctly. There is a lot of white space under the featured video and the start of the video gallery: http://www.ohiovarsity.com/videos/
3. I can’t get Amazon ads to appear. I used the below code and inserted my Amazon code in the middle:

Hello, I’m trying to use cloud templates. With some templates I get the error message in the title. It is a completely new WordPress installation, all plugins except for the theme are disabled.

The slide does not have such settings, there is only one style which would be the default sliding effect.
The Revolution slider would have more slide settings if you should consider it

Make sure that you are using the latest version of the theme installed via FTP way, remove all of the untested plugins, clear all the caches and check the results. The plugin has been tested with the theme and works as expected.

That setting will apply the module you choose, if you use the default blog homepage and not a static page.
– If you installed the demo with content, this will set the static homepage of the demo as front page.
– If you did not install the demo with content, then your homepage would be the default blog page with the module and sidebar you choose in the theme panel.
What exactly do you want to do? Use the default blog page or have a static page? I will try to help you.

I’ve just bought and installed the newsmag theme. It looks pretty great!
However, I’m having problem with the social counter. It doesn’t show the number of followers for both my facebook and youtube account. However, when clicked it directs me to the correct place.
When tested with a few accounts, some worked but some doesn’t. Mine didn’t work.

the meta description on both pages looks the same.

Hi Janelle. As per the tagdiv team’s advice, you should not use tagdiv composer and wp bakery at the same time. In fact, the team recommends using td composer and uninstalling wp bakery. So, if you have not created any pages with wp bakery, deactivate and delete it. Nothing will happen to td composer. (I don’t work here)
I’m running Newspaper v 8.8.2 and WPBakery Page Builder version 5.5.1 is showing up under installed plugins and is asking to be updated to Version 5.5.2 The plugin author’s page advises to buy a separate license even if you got WPBakery in a theme (naturally they want more sales).
Luckily I saw on this TagDiv page that we don’t need to purchase a separate license. It does however say we should uninstall the plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/update-the-visual-composer-plugin-wpbakery/
I’m worried about uninstalling it because I might then lose access to the TD Visual Composer? Do I need to follow the instructions at the above link to remove the WPBakery plugin? Am I ok just to do nothing and let the plugin continue complaining about needing an update? I’m assuming the next theme update would fix this.

In the descripiton of plugins section said: “Speed booster for Newspaper 7 and Newsmag 3 themes”
Does Speedbooster work with the version 4 of Newsmag?

1) I’ve recently installed the Raw & Wild demo theme, however, when I try to edit in TD Composer I keep getting a red notification at the top of the screen that reads “invalid data.” I’ve tried removing images to add in my own images to make the website my own, however, no matter what I do, it never loads and I get the “invalid data” notification. I was under the impression that we are able to edit demo pages and quickly turn them into our own. Is that not the case?
2) Also, regarding the Raw & Wild demo page, I love the full width picture of the tiger on the home page as well as the four columns (wild horses, lion reserve, monkey business, elk river) underneath it. Is there a way to find out what blocks those are? I’ve looked in the backend editor but it’s all just HTML text and doesn’t show what blocks were used to create those sections on the home page.

I have two problems with my site:
1) The mobile menu / burger icon is not working. When I click on the menu on my iPhone the menu does not open. Same for the search icon.
2) I can no more change the DTP text color for main menu active & hover. Color does not change anymore.
I think I have booth problems since yesterday. They were not bevore, color and mobile menu has worked fine. The only thing I changed yesterday was that I created the hompeage with your page builder and that I have switched to sticky menu. And yes I know that it has sepaerate settings for sticky menu but this does nothing change.
What I have done:
Switched back to normal menu
Reinstalled the theme
deactivated all plugins
deactivated Cloudflare cache/minification
I have no caching plugin installed at the moment.
But nothing has worked.

even if you delete the theme folder and install it again, the pages are all empty and the site is empty
TD Composer – This plugin requires Newspaper v8.7.5 but the current installed version is Newspaper v7.0.1.
To fix this:
– Delete the TD Composer plugin via wp-admin
– Install the version that is bundeled with the theme from our Plugins Panel
TD Cloud Library – This plugin requires Newspaper v8.7.5 but the current installed version is Newspaper v7.0.1.

Everything was working fine until about 30 minutes ago. Now I can’t add/save things in TD Composer and the site preview shows this error:
Fatal error: Uncaught Error: Class ‘""’ not found in /app/public/wp-content/themes/Newspaper/includes/wp_booster/td_block.php on line 181
This is what line 181 looks like from td_block.php

I made NO changes to this file at any point. I have the Envato Market plugin installed. Everything looks up to date. Tested disabling plugins. Cleared all caches. I need this resolved today.
