After you have made a fresh install, you should use only tested plugins and then clear all your caches. after this, if the problem is still there, please send us an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your log-in information (wp-admin) so we can further inspect it closer your setup page. Also, you should provide there some useful screenshots with your problem so I will be able to identify it. Also, provide the link to this topic so we can quickly identify you.

If all the parameters are according to the recommended values and it is a fresh install, with no other plugins active just to be sure, it should work properly. There should be no problem in using the tagDiv composer properly.

Ah, I thought perhaps you’d done a proper dbase update prior to installing new theme.
That way if your dbase got messed up or something you could revert back, and revert back your theme to prior version, which would put everything back “as it was” prior to new theme update.
I don’t work here; but that’s what I do.

I installed the [Tagdiv] Text with title widget but i realized that the font size is not the same as the “about us” description in the footer section like this [Image]
How can I make the font size smaller so as to match with the “content info”?
I installed the demo of “recipe” to make nice recipes on my blog.
How can I achieve the same look as in the sample recipe content? I can’t find a special template for that and there is no instruction to use a plugin….

Hi, I had similar problems. Check your plugins, maybe there is a conflict. What cache plugin have you got installed?
For some reason nomatter what I enter into any of the ads field they do not save. In fact no matter what I enter or any field I change in the Ads section, nothing carries over once I refresh the Ads section after clicking save.

I had this same problem. I don’t recommend going into the database to fix it, but if you go to the Newspaper Theme Panel -> Background -> Mobile menu/Search background AND Sign in/Join Background, you can delete the background images from there.
Note to the developer, you should remove that reference to your local machine in the demos. I installed demo “News Magazine” and it includes those references and slows down the overall loading of the site.
I installed the theme and the widgets are gone. When I deactivate the themes they show back.
Do some one know what can be happening?
Hi, I just got this beautiful theme today and i love it. But i have been trying to install one of the demos but everything just goes black after i click install.. I cant get it to install.. What is the problem here?

I have tag div mobile plugin installed, but if I access my website from a mobile (cellular) finish, most of the time this plugin is not working. It shows the normal web, without pluguin movil.
Sometimes, if de-active and then active the mobile theme, then it works for a while. But then it stops working again.

What’s the problem ?
This has worked for 500 posts but just stopped working today and does not work with ALL plugins off. When I write a new post I click on the Set Featured Image text and it works just fine uploads the photo just fine to the media library. The photo loads correctly and there is a blue checkmark on the photo in the media library. However, when it is time to click the blue Set Featured Image button, the button never activates.

As mentioned this was worked perfectly since I bought newspaper. Only today it decided not to work
How do I install mobile ads? I have one banner display size for desktop. I need to use another size for mobile. But the only option I see is placing one ad code and I have to turn off the other format. So I can place a desktop banner ad code, but I have to turn that off on mobile as it breaks the resizing. But there is no separate area to place the mobile banner ad size so I am losing monetization on half my traffic. I tried using the “Adsense size” feature but it doesn’t work.
Did you try to install the theme zip and not the ‘all files’ zip which won’t work?
Did you try install via FTP if your system times out or has permissions issue?

Notice that you can install both of the page builders to be able to recreate your pages with TD Composer but then, you should disable the Visual Composer because it seems to cause some interferences between them and cause some problems and that’s why I made this above. Notice that our page builder does not have included all the Visual Composer elements and that’s why you cannot recreate some elements with our page builder, sorry!

I suggest you disable all your plugins (including the minification plugin) except the ones provided in the theme package, clear any caching installed and check to see if the problem is resolved. In most cases these kind of problems are caused by plugins, or maybe theme modifications.

I installed a plugin to Add Google tag manager code. But the plugin is asking me to add a small piece of code to the “template” file. I don’t know how to do this? Can you please help?
