The review system was made like that because most of the time the review is about some products and not about the article. What can be do right now is to change the schema from the theme. This is on wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php -> https://i.imgur.com/pPFInSt.png and in wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_module_single_base.php -> https://i.imgur.com/mYYSf80.png all that need to be done is to replace https://schema.org/Product with the schema.org that you need (I think it is https://schema.org/Article).

Newspaper is the perfect theme for my editorial website. We write reviews about movies, books, etc. The problem is that when I use the Review post setting, the schema generated in the page should be only “review” and NOT product. Books and movies are not products in my case, but articles with a critical review. I think you should fix this thing since the theme is made for newpapers and journalists should be able to vote for the thing they write about. Thanks!

This has happened to us twice now. When the theme updates (in this case, automatically), we lose every single Theme Template setting, even after activating the TagDiv plugins. The website is http://www.dutchreview.com
Last time we rolled back and had to repost at least five articles, lost comments, etc. Now that this has happened again it doesn’t seem to be a coincidence.
Why is this happening? And how can we get our settings back without having to do an extra load of work every time we update?
(Please note we have already reinstated some theme settings, but not all).

I have already tried this scenario for mobile view. But I want to use the ‘AMP’ and ‘tagDiv Mobile Theme’ plugins for load content in mobile view.
Also, I have deactivated the ‘tagDiv Mobile Theme’ plugin the layout is not set properly in responsive.
so when I used in the mobile AMP version but it shows the wp_booster error in the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Hi,
i have noticed that posts preview image don’t show when sharing posts links on social media.
It rather displays the site’s favicon when sharing a post’s link on whatsapp – some random image when sharing a post’s link link on facebook – and no image at all when sharing a post’s link on Telegram.
What is causing that ? How to solve it ?

Calin, to report that after Jan4, when your developers fix it, just refresh 1 more time, and no more refresh, we have 7 new post that are not refresh on the wordpress site, i also sent the request by email.

This issue is still not resolved. We are still unable to preview any draft posts, as the PREVIEW DRAFT simply takes to the Home Page. However; When we disable the “tagDiv Composer” plugin, then the post preview feature works – Of course with that plugin disabled, features are lost, because a pop-up message says the theme requires that plugin.
When we re-enable the “tagDiv Composer” plugin, post previews stop working.
Is it possible that the tagDiv Composer plugin is the problem? Are we able to install a replacement for this plugin?

Would rather not edit files for the sake of long-term compatibility, so I’ll keep the review element at the bottom of the page for now.

What you can do to remove the elements you can use this css
.td-review .td-review-header,
.td-review .td-review-row-stars,
.td-review-footer .td-review-summary{
display: none;
}
This code need to be set in the theme panel > mobile theme > custom code> css.
To move the review at the top of the post, you’ll need to edit the code, the file is this one wp-content/plugins/td-composer/mobile/single.php and you need to move this code -> https://i.imgur.com/atConWX.png you can set it before, between or after those elements -> https://i.imgur.com/p4WIf8I.png
Unfortunately, those changes can not be saved in a child theme so, when the plugins will be updated those will be removed.

When a post is marked as a review, the mobile plugin automatically adds the Review Overview and Summary to the foot of each post.
How can I edit this to remove everything but the overall score?
On desktop I’m using a custom cloud template, but I’m hoping a bit of CSS will do the trick on mobile. All I want it to show is the star icons (i.e. three stars out of five). Better still, if I could the stars to the top of the post, rather than the footer, that would be ideal.

Also, do I just completely disregard the old customizer from wordpress that I previously used with their themes? Like will it mess up anything if I go in there and work on anything?

The Single Post Review Overall is an element that can be set on single post template around the content, so you can set it in sidebars or before/after the single post content.
Unfortunately, there are no options to can edit the element to add new options/functions.
Therefore, to have an pros and cons system inside posts, you’ll need to use an extra plugin.

Hi, I love the theme for newspaper on the computer. However, the mobile view keeps messing up almost every week. Photos aren’t showing and pages aren’t showing on the phone, but show up in the mobile preview. I have researched the issues, fixed some of them but a week later it happens again. At this point, I would rather keep the newspaper theme on the PC and ipad and just use WordPress for mobile viewing. Is this possible? If so, how do I disable the mobile theme for Newspaper but keep it for PC and iPad viewing? My website is http://www.tellersuntold.com.

So I’ve managed to create a template that does almost everything I want it to.
All I need now is the ability to pull an element into a post itself. For example, I have the element ‘Single Post Review Overall’ configured to show the star rating at the top of the template.
Is it possible to use that element, with the same formatting, inside the actual post content? For example I would like to use columns to display pros and cons, and would like it to automatically pull the same star rating across. Any ideas?

Hi my site displays way different on mobile phones, i’ve used the tools available on wordpress and my theme to change it but it doesn’t work. When i try to preview how the site will look on mobile through my desktop (by using the responsiveness of my browser for example) it displays fine, as it should.
