Hello ouebflow,
Notice that you can try using the Single Template Library from our Cloud Template and use a Blank Single Template which can be customized by your desired using the TD Composer. Check the plugin documentation from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
– Those issues could be caused by insufficient resources, the theme has some requirements. If there aren’t sufficient resources for example, there could be problems
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
It is very important that everything is set as mentioned in the guide, WP memory can be set higher if possible. Usually the hoisting provider can take care of the modifications where needed.
– The Revolution slider is a demanding plugin, the cause for it not appearing could be related. Once it is placed in a page and the page is saved and viewed, the slider should appear (it will not load in the page edit screen)
– https://www.screencast.com/t/nTR3UXYRoZU
– Some footer templates come with predefined content, some are empty. Choose the one you want to use in the theme panel
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
You can also use the Cloud footer templates – http://prntscr.com/kkpat9
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
– The header will be the same in the whole website, not by page. It will be displayed as you configure it. The unique things about each page is it’s content and the page template
– https://www.screencast.com/t/XplVPginyw
– For previewing posts on difference view ports there would be no tool at the moment. Pages can be previewed in the composer, but posts don’t have such an option.
– https://www.screencast.com/t/ZfnN0BN5WvU
– AMP posts will be served by Google only, they are accessible through Google search. If the user does not visit the website from there, the mobile theme variant will be displayed if active. So they can be both active at the same time mobile theme and AMP.
Let me know if you have more questions.
Thanks
The tagDiv composer can be used to build post templates, not actual posts however. There is no limit to how many templates you can build, so you can build a template for each post if you want. Or re-use templates for multiple posts
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Such buttons in the post content could be done with some CSS, this is somewhat of a quick example (not properly tested)
Initial buttons in post content – https://www.screencast.com/t/JTK0hwrBhtin
With a code – https://www.screencast.com/t/PnPl3V9T8J
Code used in example (it may or may not work properly, could be modified)
.td-post-content .td_btn {
float: left;
width: 30%;
margin-left: 10px;
margin-right: 10px;
margin-bottom: 26px;
text-align: center;
}
Hi,
Using Visual composer for posts is not recommended, it can be used if absolutely required however
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
With the somewhat recent introduction of the cloud library plugin, the tagDiv composer can be used to create post templates, there are also many beautiful templates that can be imported
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
You could give the cloud library a try, you can have as many templates as you want (posts, categories, tags, authors and many others). In the updates to come the tagDiv composer and cloud plugin will receive many more new features.
Thanks
See this guide https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Install the tagdiv cloud library plugin from Newspaper>Plugins section (make sure you have the latest version of the theme installed v9.0.1). Import and edit a footer as shown here https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/. Then go to theme panel>footer>footer settings>footer page dropdown and select the footer from the list and save your settings. It should work sitewide.
Hello jesse,
Unfortunately, the theme does not have any such an option for this, sorry! You should check the theme core files if you want more additional customizations because we cannot provide something like this at the moment, sorry!
Notice that you can create your own Custom Category Page if you will use the Cloud Template Library with TD Composer. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/visual-composer-tagdiv-composer-transition/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Thanks for your understanding!
I also reported this issue early on when the team introduced the tagdiv cloud library plugin and the custom post templates. Your solution would be either to revert to the default template you were using or you follow what @simion said. For my case, I decided to just give up the smart lists. But I am hoping the team will find a way to bring compatibility of old posts with smart lists to the custom post templates in future.
Hello Desai,
You should create your own custom Single Template using the Cloud Library which allows you to use the TD Composer to add your desired elements. Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Thanks.
Hi,
Maybe this is a misunderstanding. What padding do you want to modify exactly? AS Bogdan mentioned the rows have settings to stretch them for a wider layout. That is applicable in page and posts, with the tagDiv composer and cloud library plugin.
If this is not what you wanted to now, some more precise details would be most helpful, also some screenshots if possible (the website is is maintenance at the moment).
Depending on what exactly you want to do, CSS might be a solution.
Thanks
Hello,
If you want to increase the site width, you will have to use the tagdiv composer to stretch the row: https://www.screencast.com/t/HSx7N7mTQJ
For posts or other templates, you will need to use the cloud library plugin and import templates and edit the rows using the same tagdiv composer method.
There is no setting to only increase/decrease the padding.
Thank you!
Hello,
The Wpbakery page builder can be installed like so: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-use-visual-composer/
Please note you cannot register the plugin to the author website if this is what you mean by “activate”
The bundled version does not have an activation code but you already have access to the full features of the plugin.
However, we recommend our own tagdiv composer page builder as you cna only use the cloud library plugin using our own page builder: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Thank you!
Those are the patch files, files that were modified from the previous version to the new one.
If you want to update by patch you can use those files. Note that each patch is required if you update from an older version, you cannot skip one update. They are not cumulative, meaning that the last one does not contain all the previous ones.
That issue with the Cloud library was in some cases caused by plugins, you could check that as a first step. We also continually try to improve the plugin, which is in beta phase at the moment. Be sure to check the theme requirements guide as well
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Hi,
I don’t quite understand what you want to do. So you place a big grid in a page using the composer. The grid will appear only in that page.
The only way a big grid will appear in a post page, would be if you use the tagDiv composer and cloud library plugin to create post templates
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Then you can place a big grid in the post template, apply that template for desired posts.
If I misunderstand please correct me.
Thanks
Hello,
You can do it using the tagdiv composer by stretching the row: https://www.screencast.com/t/HSx7N7mTQJ
This can be done for pages by default and or posts and other templates using the new cloud library plugin.
https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Thank you!
You could design post templates with the composer and cloud library plugin
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Create a post template with a background colors for the rows for example. This will not cause the boxed layout to be forced.
Or with CSS even – https://www.screencast.com/t/YJqVqSgL26q
This code will affect all posts, it can be made more precise if needed
.single article {
background-color: lightgrey;
}
.single article .td-container {
background-color: #fff;
padding-left: 48px;
padding-right: 48px;
}
Hello,
1) Here is an example of how you can impot a cloud template: https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
Here are a few video guides:
2) Sorry but our theme does not have such functionality. The featured image spot will show both the image and video, but there is no option to only show one or the other as you mention.
Thanks
Good day. Many plugins on my site automatically deactivate and I’m unable to activate. The plugins are tagDiv Composer, tagDiv Cloud Library, tagDiv AMP and tagDiv Social Counter. When I click on activate it says: “Plugin activated.”, but the plugins are still inactive.
@stemalo this is for posts as @Simion put it:
The subtitle can be positioned anywhere in the single post page. Drag and drop it in the location that you want
– https://www.screencast.com/t/BQWfdagWzlZl
That is easily done with the cloud library plugin and tagDiv composer, post template can be design in many ways
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/
More beautiful templates will be added in coming updates, for posts as well.
Thanks
Hi,
So did you update the theme plugins eventually or not?
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tagdiv-cloud-library-error/
Please also review the theme requirements guide, top to bottom carefully
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Insufficient WP-memory can cause problems with the composer for example.
In some cases these solutions worked for composer issues

Let us know what you find.
Thanks
Guys,
I am really sorry for saying this.
I’ve just installed the newly released update (V9.01) and nothing changed.
The same problems apply as before:
– TD Composer isn’t working anymore. It stays in infinite loop.
– tagDIV Cloud Library does not work. It get’s me the same error as many other fellas in this forum.
– The theme’s plugins do not update nor can be installed from within the theme’s panel. Have to do things manually.
What was this update for anyway? Will you release another update today, tomorrow?
Hi,
– Flex blocks are available only with the tagDiv composer. Through this composer and cloud library plugin, post templates can be created from scratch or predefined templates can be imported (these can be modified as well).
– Without the tagDiv composer and cloud library plugin, only the default predefined post templates can be used.
– Standard HTML tables should display properly in the post or page content. I believe there are also plugins which can be used to create tables, maybe test a few plugins as well.
– Maps can be embedded, here is a guide (there are more online)
– https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-add-google-maps-in-wordpress/
– For the moment there are no table or map elements provided by the theme. Who knows, maybe at some point there will be.
Thanks
Great update (9.0) as usual. However I’m facing an issue. When trying to edit and add adsense code in html form, the result is garbled letters.
That is single post template 24 of the tagdiv cloud library plugin https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/. Import the template as per the guide (after installing the plugin). Then edit it as you want with td composer and save. The go to newspaper>theme panel>post settings>default post template (sitewide) and choose the post template you imported (in this case post template 24) then save your settings. You should see the template applied sitewide on posts.
(There was a ‘set default’ option in the cloud library section of the WP dashboard, but it seems to have disappeared with the new update. Maybe tagdiv team can clarify on this).
Hello ianternet,
I’m sorry to hear from your that our Cloud Library is useless for you, sorry! Please notice that Cloud Template is more powerful which allows you to customize your website using the TD Composer (for category pages, post pages, author template, etc) Please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-tutorial/
Regarding on sharing button, notice that you should manually add them by yourself because you will create the template -> https://www.screencast.com/t/ODQRxtxbd and the same for Ads -> https://www.screencast.com/t/rtcf22ZqsXF
Please check the following useful guide from here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-cloud-library-plugin/ for more details about this plugin.
Thanks for your understanding!
