Any idea on a plugin issue?

Hello! Lately, whenever my NewsMag theme automatically updates, instead of seeing my website, I and my readers see a bunch of html code. So I have to go into my NewsMag dashboard, find my purchase code, copy the purchase code and paste it into the WordPress dashboard where required. Then, I have to practically rebuild my website because many of the customizations I’ve made (colors, fonts, plugins, ads) are wonky. So…

1) Is there a way to update it and keep the purchase code in place, as well as all the customizations?
2) If that’s not possible, is there a way to make it NOT automatically update, so that I have control over rebuilding the customizations without my readers emailing me that I have a bunch of code where the website should be?

Hi, I recently purchased the Newspaper12 theme and am trying to add text to a column. I’m able to do so with the Inline Text element, however, I’m not able to do so with the Column Text element. I imported the prebuilt Contact Us page template and within that template there’s a Contact-Form-7 shortcode that I need to update with the correct shortcode. The shortcode is currently listed with the Column Text element which I’m not able to edit when I click “Edit Content”.

Hopefully this is easy but I spent a couple hours trying.
2 questions below:
Question 1: The main page shows a grid of 5 photos (one large, 4 small). If I go into TagDiv editor I want to change them. After ‘fiddling’ they seem to be in the ‘Big Grid Flex 2’ area. I’ve used this article: https://forum.tagdiv.com/big-grid-flex-settings/
– But I can’t change the photos in the grid, order them or update them (for example if I do a new post – see below)
Question 2:
– If I write a post (for example: “Making great cheese at home”) I’d like to add the a photo so it appears in either the grid (see question 1) or when I select an article it appears at the top of the page. For example, https://doogle.com/wp-admin/post.php?post=929&action=edit
. . . if I go in and edit a post then I only get the text from the post and not the image that appears in the published article.

About 2 years ago, I activated my license on a 1st domain.

Recently, I created a 2nd domain on which I assigned this same license as on the 1st domain.

On this 2nd domain and from wordpress, if I leave the default permalink type, I can install prebuilt websites and have my license recognized without any problem.
From the moment I change the type of permalink, I can no longer install prebuilt websites, my license is no longer recognized from the “My license” submenu.
Why am I having this problem on this 2nd domain and not on the 1st domain? It seems to me that I can’t automatically update the theme if my license is not recognized, right ? and at the same time, I don’t want to use the default permalink type on this 2nd domain, just to get updates of theme.
On this 2nd domain, I followed the recommendations here, the system status is perfectly OK.

What are your recommendations for my theme to remain stable regardless of the type of permalink selected with an activated license on this 2nd domain ?

my client is convinced that the external css files are slowing the site down,

I don’t think it is plus I don’t want to modify the files in case there are updates, they have the external adds running on the site I think that has alot to do with it
your thoughts?

It seems that a recent update to Newspaper theme something broke in the header on my site. It occurs even with all plug-ins (except the tagDiv plug-ins) disabled. You can see in this screenshot:

How do I make direct contact with support for looking into this?

I need a little help please. I find that I am unable to edit some pages using Tagdiv composer anymore. My home page is one of it. The errors are similar though not the same and I keep bumping on various ones.

The errors are as follows: “Errors at columns elements: 2(models):3(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You should try an UNDO operation (Ctrl+Z/Ctrl+Shift+Z)”

The second one is: “”Error at rows: 6(models):1(dom). The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You should try an UNDO operation (Ctrl+Z/Ctrl+Shift+Z)”

Please note that I have not updated the website in a while and only just logged in today. I accessed the home page (error 1), hit edit with tagdiv composer and when it loaded, it came with the error message.

I need to make urgent updates. Can you please help?

We are trying to use a key we purchased at envato
Activation seems successful and theme appears registered but at my license section there is message:
No domains associated with your license key

At updates:
An issue has been encountered while trying to validate your license key
Please reset the key from the System status tab and try to activate it again, or contact our customer support team at contact@tagdiv.com.

Is it a problem of communication between our server and tagdiv server?

In the updates panel, I hit update, but nothing happens. What to do?

we need to add html to the loop module used in tagdiv composer, however from the theme API Documentation I have not find a way to update td-cloud-library blocks/modules via a plugin.

Could you please give me quick guidance on how to add custom html to this module?

Today I’m update my theme version to the latest 12.1.1 and after finish to update some error have come out from my header site.

i did activated the tagDiv Cloud Library plugin and clear the cache.

but still broken top page.
