Hello @jern!
In order to avoid misunderstandings, please provide more information(screenshots/video) about what exactly you need to achieve or what is the issue there.
Thank you!
Hello @EmilianoB2T!
We have 3 options for mobile versions that you can use:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. Edit the page with TagDiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and design for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. For more information, please visit https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
Please disable the Mobile Theme plugin and see the results!
Thank you!
Hello!
This feature is from the Woocommerce plugin. Please address this issue to them.
Thank you!
Hello Realnets!
Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. If you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see if the problem goes away.
Let me know the results!
Thank you!
Hello @thasneemklry !
A code in your frontend is appearing only when you have a plugin uninstalled and it should be installed, so instead of the code, it will display the element from that plugin.
Make sure you have the latest update of the theme and plugins too. Check if all the necessary tagdiv plugins are active in the Newspaper -> Plugins. Install the Standard Pack plugin if you use the default templates.
Thank you!
Hello @L1theR !
It is not updated yet. We will try to update the templates as soon as possible.
Thank you for understanding!
Hello @tvsanantonio!
Set up your thumbs from Newspaper -> Theme panel -> Block settings -> Thumbs on modules/blocks. If you deactivate a dimension from there, next time when you will upload an image, it will not be resized to that dimension.
After changing the thumbnail sizes you need to regenerate your thumbnails using a plugin. Check this: https://forum.tagdiv.com/using-the-theme-with-existing-content/
Thank you!

If you need to use the mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to disable the Mobile Theme plugin.
The Mobile theme has only some settings and can not be customized with the TagDiv Composer. Check this thread where we discussed it: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/amp-and-mobile-theme-plugins-issues-with-google-analytics-and-ads-sense/
Thank you!
Hello @novabach !
It could be a problem with the cache or a plugin conflict. Make a test and deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones. If you are using a cache plugin, deactivate it and see if the problem goes away.

Hello Sam!
You need to build your own CPTs, and for this I recommend the CPT UI plugin: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IlrdY1EyZTA
For example, a directory will be created like this: https://prnt.sc/L_-yO6B4HAIJ
You need to create normal pages for each directory page, a signup page, a submission form, etc.
Create the page by accessing Dashboard -> Pages -> Create New Page -> Edit with the TagDiv Composer. On that page you can add our shortcodes presented in our documentation.
Our shortcodes have some dropdowns from where you can select your CPTs from your directory or you can display some custom fields made with the ACF plugin.
Submission form: You can add it in the section “My account,” which users will have access to, or anywhere you like. Also, you don’t need to create pages, and you can add the shortcodes you want on the homepage, for example. The posts or CPTs can be displayed with the help of this element: https://forum.tagdiv.com/use-posts-lists-shortcode/
The opt-in builder should be implemented on your website to create plans for your users, lockers for your articles, etc. Documentation is available here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/lockers/ -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/subscriptions/
In those elements presented above, you need to add your already created plans from the Opt-in builder plugin.
Unfortunately, you can’t set a character limit on descriptions for listings.
Every new demo with CPTs has a plugin with the style of flex blocks, so you need to have it installed in order to have the custom style of flex blocks with CPTs and custom fields included.
Thank you!
Hello @tagdivnp!
Check the theme requirements here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/
Thank you!
Hello @terzaplus !
Deactivate all the extra non-tagdiv plugins and then try to update the theme via FTP as I described above.
Thank you!
Hello @tagdivnp!
Please provide more information about this issue or did you get some errors?
Thank you!

Hello @petemason!
You can not use it with the TagDiv Composer because it is an old module that displays a post or article. For example, if you set a post page here: https://prnt.sc/Quv94d0vZJ1k It will display the module 15. Module 15 is not a block like a flex block!
Thank you!
Hello @meri!
You can not customize the mobile theme layout so much from the theme panel settings. The answer, unfortunately, is no.
Make sure you did not set anything in the settings, maybe check on your SEO plugin’s settings. If not, then you can add this code:
.td-author-line {
display: none!important;
}
Thank you!
Hello!
After every modification, you need to reindex your website on Google. It may take some more time.
Thank you !
Hello @TerzaPlus !
I’ve checked your website and it seems to be working well now. Did you manage to solve the issue?
I would gladly recommend you make a backup and update plugins and the theme via file transfer to the latest update: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/
Thank you!
Hello @swankyfella !
Please provide more information about what you’ve deleted, because I can not understand.
Thank you!
Hello @swankyfella !
I’m glad that you solved the issue.
Let me know if you need further assistance.
Have a wonderful day!
Hello @dc1!
No, we do not plan to update this plugin, and we recommend not using it anymore.
In that thread, you can see some screenshots from that link, which is not more public.
Thank you!
