Please notice that you can use the post template style 5, because this type of post template does not display the featured image on the top of the post or if you do not want using that, you have to use a bit of CSS code to hide it. For example, if you are using the post template style 1 and you want to hide the featured image to top of the post section, you have to use the next code ->

So, first of all, please try to do a full backup to your data, according to this documentation here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups to rule out the way can loose all your data from your database and then try to update your theme VIA FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ because this is the surest method in this case. In the next step, you will have to disable ALL your plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ (for Newspaper 7 -> Visual Composer 4.11.2), clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you are using CDN and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please notice that all your panel settings were loaded in the MySQL database and you will not lose these settings. Also, if you have others customization through code, please notice that the latest update will overwrite these files and you will lose these customizations. So, if will have the backup, then you will have to re-add all your customizations for the latest update until you will achieve as you wish. Suspectez aceasta problema temporara de care vorbesti ca fiind generata poatede plugin-urile tale care nu sunt testate cu tema noastra. Incearca sa dezactivezi toate plugin-urile active, cu exceptia Visual Composer, curata toata memoria cache si instaleaza numai plugin-urile care vin la pachet cu tema pentru a evita orice conflict ce poate aparea intre acestea si tema ce pot genera diverse probleme necunoscute. Daca problema ta inca persista dupa acest sfat, da-mi te rog URL-ul site-ului tau pentru a putea inspecta sa vedem unde este problema.
Daca doresti sa iti actualizezi tema la noua versiune, te rog sa observi ca tu trebuie sa o faci prin FTP deoarece este cea mai sigura metoda in aceasta privinta. Please notice that the normal pagination which our theme has been implemented to our category page it does not fit entirely for block feature because this type of pagination makes a page reload and this thing it is not necessary for blocks. Please notice that this code for normal pagination will have to be adjusted through ajax and then you have to make a server request in order to achieve as you wish and because of this I said you above that this task is a complex one.
Also, please notice that the support it refers only to existing settings in theme and not only to the extension for those settings to other parts of the theme.
So, if you want to display more levels in our theme and you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

Please check your images to have the right sizes for your block and grid thumbs. I said this, because your uploaded images are too smaller than your thumbs and the theme does not enlarge the images but only cropped them. So, if you don’t have the possibility to upload large images you could use a combination of plugins to upscale the thumbs – Thumbnail Upscale and Force Regenerate. For more information about these kinds of plugins, please consult their documentation here -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/thumbnail-upscale/ -> https://wordpress.org/plugins/regenerate-thumbnails/ Also, please ensure that the functionalities of these plugins are not affected by the other untested plugins that could create interference through the theme. We recommend them because a lot of our customer uses and they were satisfied to their functionality.

If you quit definitively the speed booster, please notice that you have to remove this plugin only via FTP from your wp-admin section or if you want to disable, you have to change the folder name of this plugin td-speed-booster.php -> you should rename it and the plugin will be disabled.

I saw that you have a lot of additional customizations through code which can damage the right layout of our theme. I suppose that you want to center your logo with Ad placements. Also, I suppose that you have added a border-bottom and border-top for your header menu wrap which influences this layout. As a quick solution, please remove the latest code that I provided you above and try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

Please notice that the Askimet plugin is not tested with our theme and because of this fact you will get this error. Please notice that the speed booster is an optional plugin and it is tested only with these plugins – http://screencast.com/t/hcjLnOqh4i2 and if you use other plugins it will be automatically disabled. A lot of people install the plugin without knowing what it does and after that they add many plugins and some of the them are not written fine so the developer took this decision. If you want to always enable speed booster, delete this code from speed booster file: http://screencast.com/t/RZLIOPUNdqh
Please notice that our theme is not tested with multisite mode (plugins) and we cannot recommend using this type of plugins with our theme because its were not made any tests in this regard. Please try to use our theme only with tested plugins for better results.
