Hi,
1. Please check widget settings, for tagdiv blocks you have the same filter settings like using pagebuilder(Filter Tab) – https://forum.tagdiv.com/block-settings-tutorial/ – http://screencast.com/t/VlXg3EJZgMI7
2. Not sure why you have this issue, please check this without any plugins active, leave only Visual Composer active, clear cache and see if it works. Also you can check browser console for errors when you expand the widget. It may be a server error, also you have to check the error.log to see if you can find something related to this issue. Let me know how it goes!
Thanks!
Custom CSS to hide category/date on slider worked perfectly, thanks so much!
Still having issues with the Featured Photos not displaying at full size. We ran the Regenerate Thumbnails plugin, deleted cache on page and no difference. Viewing on screen not too large (15″ laptop) and images still smaller than column, although they look for a moment when loading as if they will be correct size, then quickly resize themselves to a little too small. Is there a minimum size or any other way to control the issue?
Screenshot here.
Also, we have set the slide to only rotate through 5 posts but it currently is rotating 10 posts. Other content block on page is set to offset 5 posts (start at 6th post) and “Unique Articles” is enabled, in case that matters. Screen here. Any idea why that would be happening and what to do to fix?
Thanks!
I will try now to clear cache and see ad stuff and then we’ll see
Hi
I still can’t find the issue on your site. Try to deactivate all plugins, except Visual Composer, clear the cache, browser cache also: https://kb.iu.edu/d/ahic purge cdn files if you use any and test again.
Let me know how it goes and if it still happens and provide more details so can I recreate this on my side!
Hi
I’ve tested your Facebook ID with the latest version of social counter (V3.0) plugin and works fine: http://screencast.com/t/Ts7Xphpk3EdZ Please make sure you’re using the latest plugin version, also clear the cache ant test again.
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks!
Hi,
An internal server error appears there: http://screencast.com/t/Fx09QpIMIjwS
Please also try this without using other plugins and empty all caches if it still happens provide your site’s admin login details via email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can have closer look at this and also include a link to this topic.
Thanks
Hi,
By default the breadcrumbs should display there. Please also test this without any other plugins and empty all caches then let us know if yous till can’t manage to figure this out and provide your site’s admin login details via email at contact@tagdiv.com so we can have closer look at this and also include a link to this topic.
Thanks
Hi,
You must have post views enabled from Theme Panel > Post Settings – http://screencast.com/t/MIVDUmqK then you can test it by editing a post and take a look at custom fields: http://screencast.com/t/mSiJvu61tGj then refresh the post a few times and check if it increments. If those values are changed when the post is viewed then 7 day sort should work properly and the post should appear to your block.
Please check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue. Let me know how it goes!
Unfortunately I cannot recommend any plugins as we did not tested any plugin like this with the theme, sorry!
Thanks!
Hi,
This is how I see it: http://screencast.com/t/k4x6LVuaXPdm and seems to look fine. I couldn’t get one with videos to show up so I can inspect it but I suggest you also test this with all your other plugins disabled, empty all caches and also check browser’s console for errors when this happens as I suspect this could be caused by a js/css conflict.
Thanks
Hi,
Last time i’ve checked your site it was running smooth, no delay in page render. I guess you made some changes, please provide details about those changes.
The images are still not properly compressed – http://screencast.com/t/GC98gBOA7 – try this method – http://screencast.com/t/HIla2bM7oc – you can find it on chapter 3 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
The browser leverage cache is not set – http://screencast.com/t/jLjJnh4zD9 – try the solution provided on chapter 2 – https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-make-the-site-faster/
Thank you!
Once I installed my News purchased newspaper theme, my Server is going bad. Firstly I had got a problem in wp-super cache plugin.
I removed it.
But, still, every time i want to update my website, getting error of memory allocation.
My Godaddy server shows 490 MB of 512 MB of Ram & 85% cpu usage. That too without users online for the website.
Now, when i am trying to update a post i can’t b’s of memory allocation issue.
Dashboard news show-
Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 91 bytes) in /home/public_html/drbole.com/wp-includes/capabilities.php on line 802
previously it was showing plugin.php memory allocation error.
Why this theme is using so much resources?
Please guide.
Hey, I contacted the author of FeedWordPress yesterday, too. He replied and his solution worked. I post it here for anyone who experiences the same problem:
Hi Rolf!
Thank you for getting in touch. I’m sorry to hear this has been a problem for you. I think that it should be easy to solve; at least, here’s something to try. Let me know if it works for you.
By default, FeedWordPress deliberately tries to protect syndicated posts from being altered by the formatting filters that are applied to locally-authored posts (I’m not positive this is the best default policy; but there are reasons in favor of it and reasons against). In any case, though, this behavior can be turned off by flipping a single setting in the FeedWordPress admin interface.
Here’s how. Log in to your WordPress Dashboard, and then go to FeedWordPress’s Posts & Links settings (Syndication > Posts & Links in the navigation bar on the right hand side of the WordPress admin interface). This should bring up a settings page with a number of panels of settings that control how syndicated posts appear on your website.
Next, scroll down through these settings until you find a panel labeled Formatting. The first setting on this panel should be called Formatting Filters. By default, unless you have altered this setting, it should read “Protect syndicated posts from formatting filters” in the drop-down menu. What you’ll want to do is to pull down the drop-down, and change this setting to “Expose syndicated posts to formatting filters”.
When you are done, scroll down to the bottom to find the blue Save Changes button. Mash that button, clear any page caches or browser caches you may need to clear to make sure you are looking at a fresh copy, and take a look at your website again to see if VC codes are now being applied to syndicated posts.
Note that if you are adding VC codes to syndicated posts by editing them in the WordPress post editor, that when you save changes to a syndicated post you will also need to click the checkbox in the post editor reading “Manual editing,” in order to ensure that the changes that you make won’t be overwritten by FeedWordPress during a later update.
Hope this all helps. Let me know if you have any questions, and let me know how this works for you.
Cheers,
-C
I cleared the cache.. still same result. I would attach a screen snap, but can’t
It’s the featured image at the top when I have style 6 chosen.
I don’t have to rebuild thumbnails again do i?
Seems to be working here — maybe clear your cache?
Which image(s) are only showing half, exactly?
If you have a black color applied to the menus area this will ‘cover’ any image at top of page (header).

2. I have no idea why, but changing these values did not change anything. I cleared the cache and everything of the browser i used.
8. New question: Is there any possibility to have a smart-list not at the end of a post? I could not figure out how to write something under the list. If it is not possible at the moment, it would be great if you integrate a tag like <!– end list –> for this purpose 🙂
Hi
@Ramon Davi sorry for delay but we don’t work in week-end.
Try to deactivate all plugins, except Visual Composer, also remove all custom css, clear the cache and see if you still have this issue. If the problem persist please send an email at contact@tagdiv.com with your site login details so we can take a closer look at this issue, also include a link to this topic.
Let me know how it goes!
Hi
I’ve checked your site and seams the problem solved. Try to clear the cache and test again.
If the problem persist please provide a specific link.
Thanks!
Hi
I’ve tested the product review with the theme and work fine on my side: http://screencast.com/t/8qfOhYUPdV Try to deactivate the plugins, leave just Visual Composer and Woocommerce active, clear the cache and test again.

Hi,
Please disable all plugins, leave only Visual Composer active, also re-save your permalinks and clear cache. If you don’t have this issue anymore please activate your plugins one by one and see which one cause this issue.
If your issue is not solved you can send an email at contact@tagdiv.com and provide wp-access so we can take a look, also paste a link to this topic so we can know who you are and what your issue is.
Thanks!
Hi,
Unfortunately we did not tested the theme with WP Rocket so I don’t know if it cause this issue or it is a conflict between plugins. Please deactivate all plugins except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue. If it is fixed, please activate your plugins one by one and see which one cause this.
Thanks!
Hi,
I have checked your site and the sticky sidebar works also on your homepage – http://screencast.com/t/gaTJEqCGPe
You can clear cache maybe it is a caching issue.
Thanks!
Hi,
I also checked this and did not found any issues with panel settings for blockquote – http://screencast.com/t/271U9sDunV2N – http://screencast.com/t/EQ22ytgi4 Please provide more details about your issue, also check this without any plugins, leave only Visual Composer active and clear cache.
Thanks!

Hi,
The category sidebar should be displayed also on the articles from that specific category, please make sure that you don’t set another custom sidebar while editing the post as that one will overwrite the one you set in category.
Also please make sure that your panel settings are saved(for example if you change the module for a category) and check this without any plugins active except of Visual Composer, clear cache and see if you still have this issue.
Thanks!
