Hi, @fm92,
Have you tried to take the above steps?
Please deactivate the tagDiv Composer plugin, delete and re-install it again from Newspaper plugins => https://www.screencast.com/t/WLy01lbc clear all cache(also from your browser), and check if the problem persists.
Thank you!
Hello, @bpistone,
If I understood correctly, you updated the theme, but during the update, you received a fatal error when installing the plugins, right?
This can be from the firewall or security module which blocks admin-ajax.php request.
Please before doing the update, disable the all extra plugins you use and try to make the update manually, this is a guide that can help you => https://forum.tagdiv.com/newspaper-how-to-update-a-plugin/
Also, if the problem persists, try to deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also, if you have shortcodes on the homepage, please make sure you have all tagDiv plugins activate.
In the future, please provide some screenshots with the errors, and how you see when are you logged.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please make sure that the comments option from Theme Panel is enabled => https://forum.tagdiv.com/enabledisable-comments/ and you have set to allow the comments on the posts, edit the post and in a post is a setting -> Discussion => https://www.screencast.com/t/EZhoy8Uj.
Also, please make sure that you do not have any plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv plugins, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Hope this helps you!
Thank you!
Vlad – I have tested this element in another position and author is showing ok in iPad Portrait, so it must have been a glitch or cache problem. Appears solved, thanks.

If you using the All in Seo plugin, maybe interfere with our theme and cause these errors.
As I know the 500 errors are internal server errors, you’ll need to make some investigations, below are some links that hopefully will help you:

Hello!
I checked your website and it seems to be fine.
We recommend using WP Super Cache plugin: https://forum.tagdiv.com/cache-plugin-install-and-configure/
Please make sure that all the requirements are met as you can see here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/requirements-for-newspaper/

Whenever I clear or purge cache on my website and try to open it for the first time after that. I can see a glitched sidebar moving from right to left.
Hello,
In most cases when you get a similar message “ Error at zones: 6(models): 4(dom).The model does not match the content Current state has involved an issue. You could try an UNDO operation (CTRL+Z / CTRL+SHIFT+Z)” then indeed it is a problem, most of the time the problem is from a shortcode that is not compatible with our theme, therefore after you set it with tagDiv Composer and save the page/cloud template, the next time when you try to edit it, you’ll get that error.
For this error, you can check our guide from here at point 5 -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/tagdiv-composer-not-working/
Also, this page was created with tagDiv composer or did you use another page builder?
Sometimes this problem can also be due to a conflict with the plugins, that’s why, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using a child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
