Hi,
We are experiencing issues everytime we activate the TagDivi Mobile Plugin. The entire site becomes the mobile website even after clearing the cache. We need to issue fixed right away for a better mobile experience.
We have deactivated it again. Our site is http://www.cbtnews.com
Yes we use Wordfence so I reset it to Learning Mode. We also use WP Super Cache. I cleared cache, disabled it and then re-enabled it. So far so good but since this issue is intermittent I will continue to monitor.

It is not normal that different ads / elements / content to dissapear out of the blue. You will have to make sure that you are not facing either a plugin conflict or a caching issue.
First start looking for a plugin conflict. please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv ones, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Also you can try and remove and re-install the tagDiv Composer plugin.

Unfortunately Litespeed has not been tested with Newspaper Theme.
Please make sure that your settings are set up as they recommend because this cache issue can affect everything from your website not just the theme.

Thanks Calin – the deactivating of all plugins and clearing cache didn’t work unfortunately.
I read through the guide you sent and think it might be problem 5) The model does not match the content, because right before TagDiv stopped working – we added “Raw HTML element” to the sidebar (we were trying to put an ad-link there and didnt realise it saved).
Can you please explain how I solve this using the solutions suggested (I pasted solution below)? It suggests to ‘Clean the code’ – what does it mean by that? It also recommends ‘recreating the element with TagDiv’ but the entire page and composer is not loading. I cannot even create a NEW page using tagdiv composer to rebuild it. Please – can you provide urgent advice and help? Really need to be able to use tagdiv (particularly to restore the disappeared header). Thanks so much Calin. Look forward to hearing from you.

Solution:
You can fix this in two different way:
Clean the code. Recreate the element with the tagDiv Composer. If you need to add other items that are not present in the tagDiv Composer elements list, please use a “Column text” element.
If you already added custom HTML code inside a “description” section inside a tagDiv Composer item, make sure it’s clean and correct (no missing tags). Also, please consider removing it. We recommend you to do not insert HTML code in the page builder as it may cause issues and affect the way tagDiv Composer is functioning.

Hi Vlad. You said to remove the word “Archives” from the tabs, we needed to contact WordPress but Bettina said it could be done thru Yoast at this thread: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/tab-texts/ (I tried, and saved and deleted cache, but it didn’t work for me)

Please make sure you hit the SAVE settings button after you remove the “Archives” text like in the screenshot I sent you earlier.
You could try to delete your browser cache and refresh your page.

Hi dougmbrockbank, you need to make sure that the feeds are still good, for this what you can do is to test with a new feed. Also make sure that you do not have a cache problem, clear all cache and check again.

If you don’t use a security plugin, please ask your host about this, maybe you have a security module which blocks this.
If you use a plugin like Wordfence please set it in learning mode.

Also that Instagram if is coming from footer, please make sure that the footer from theme panel do not have set the Instagram id -> https://i.imgur.com/pwtdOf8.png if you have it there please remove the id and disable the Instagram from footer, clear all cache then this should no longer be display in mobile footer.
