The Gossip demo is made with tagDiv Cloud Library, in order to hide the author you’ll need to edit the templates made for Gossip with tagDiv Composer , because those are overriding the settings from theme panel.
In order to edit those templates you need to go in Cloud Templates -> https://www.screencast.com/t/YeAUYOBxmw7g
For example in order to remove the author on posts, you need to edit the Single Cloud Template – Gossip -> https://www.screencast.com/t/KYGhusnpz , now click on author and pres delete after tat click ok, or click right and click delete -> https://www.screencast.com/t/u1VrtDwr26 , build the template how you want, save it and enjoy the results!

Those settings will be apply only on default theme templates, if you are using templates from cloud you need to check the elements from that temple, because those came with individual settings, you need to edit the temple and delete the tags, author box, comments ( or other elements that you do not want to have ).
If you are referring to header style for the moment those are not include in TagDiv Cloud Library.

Hello,
I used to modify default loops for single post to add some custom php code at top and bottom of my posts.
Essentially to display Amazon Boxes et infos boxes based on ACF.
No big deal because I just had to create a single-loop-X.php in my child theme.
However, I discovered Cloud Templates and really like the single post template that came with Fast News demo.
Is there any way to achieve what I was doing with default loops but with a template ?

Hi, I am trying to view cloud templates from within my wordpress portal, however when I get to the page, nothing appears. I click on “Add New” then it loads a new page with this message “The templates API server responded with a fatal error”.
I can’t figure out how to fix it. Any help?

Sorry to say that but you are not understanding my problem.
Problems:-
1.Post template , It shows “Published Date”.
2. I want to show both “Published Date” and the “Last Modified date.
Solutions for:-
1. How can I show “Last modified” date without replacing the “Published date”.
2. I want to show “Last modified” date below the “Published date”.
If it is not possible then I want to show the “Last Modified” date on the top of “post content”.
Please provide the required code.

I try to use stock cloud template “Single post template” for my blog. But it renders exact as it is shown in the gallery.
I turned off: tags, author box, comments, date of post in my settings page. And everything works fine. But when I use the cloud template all this data is shown.
By the way: are there any cloud templates for header (mail) menu in the gallery?

I’m probably missing something obvious, but how can I use templates like headers or footers in my layout? When I select page templates I see the “Create template” button, in the other cases I see a “Create page” button. I create the page but I don’t know how to use it.
