Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.
Please note that opening 3 topics with exactly the same issue is not recommended !

Please provide a link to your website so we can inspect. Also please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict, please deactivate ALL plugins except tagDiv Composer, also if you are using child theme or cache plugin, deactivate them, clear all cache and try again.

Hi there! As mentioned in title, I’ve been working with TD Composer to create a new theme for http://www.blog.qoo10.sg, testing and tweaking all on the live site for approximately the last two weeks. Last Friday, the whole website suddenly became very sluggish, at times timing out with server errors or bad request errors. We’ve increased the allocated resources on our AWS EC2 server, but our 4core CPU is still being almost maxed out by this operation.
Enabling or disabling the TagDiv Speed Booster plugin has almost no effect on this issue. However, the console log also shows TagDiv plugins generating a lot of errors, possibly adding to the overload.

Now I tried to update my side-bar on my “Post” and “Categories” pages I was able to control a few item under theme panel but will like to use TD-Composer to match it better using the same “elements” I used for the homepage but when I am under the post or category pages I don’t have an option to update it using the TD-Composer. FYI, I will like to update this section to become the standard sidebar for all and not just for a particular post.

I’m having problems with the posts not saving. It stalls when trying to update the post…and then says “update failed.” Those pages may occasionally not load and give a connection error. It can be completely random…as in..working one day…and then not the next.
I have:
1. Moved to a new server.
2. Updated to 4.9.1.
3. Had my host provider optimize the server according to your specs.
4. Turned off all plugins except the composer.
Still doing it. They say I should ask you.
Any thoughts? Is this a familiar problem? Will need to ditch the theme if I can’t figure it out.

None of the Google Forms, Yikes Mailchimp Forms, or Contact Form 7 added to the “Raw Html” and “Inline text” elements are displayed on the website.
I deactivated all the plugins but it’s still not working.
The installed demo is “Animals Magazine PRO”.
Currently, I can’t display any form on my website.
Please let me know how to solve this issue.

Left: Your latest reply causes the image to completely cover the article title and meta info and it’s still cropped.
Middle: Original problem even with “Full” image selected in composer.
Right: This is what I expect. I Photoshopped it to show how the thumbnail should be fully visible. Not cropped.

i did generate a new personal token, with all permissions. If i test the api connection it says that i may no have following permission (which i have):

List purchases you’ve made
Whats wrong here? i also cannot update tagdiv composer plugin, it says that i dont have permissions to do so.

Hi! That I have done. The question was more if there is a possibility to create a custom template that uses the Video post format. Right now (in tagdiv composer) there is only featured image, no featured video.

I was wondering if there is any possibility to make a post with a featured video actually show the video instead of the generated featured image? Like it does when using Style 10 and 11. I´m using a cloud template at the moment and with the options available in tagdiv composer this doesn´t seem possible :-/

I pressume you mean the part wich includes the latest articles section. That one comes from the page building so you will have to edit the page in order to have that removed so you can edit it using the composer: https://www.screencast.com/t/uzXRgXTiHlH Also the sidebar from the bottom of the page comes from the widget section wich can be edited by going to Appearance – Widgets

In order to be able to edit posts using tagDiv Composer you will have to use a single post template from the cloud library.

If you’re using cloud template then you should look for the files in the TagDiv Composer plugin folder not Newspaper Theme folder, since most of them have been moved there.

Unfortunately the Newspaper v7 is a very old theme, if you’ll update to the Last Version v9.8 you’ll need to know that the theme functionalities was moved in tagDiv Composer, you can check more about this here -> https://tagdiv.com/updating-the-core-of-tagdiv-themes/ also is very possible that your old pages to not longer work in the last version, and you’ll need to rebuild theme using the tagDiv Composer.
If you want to make the update, please make sure that you make first a full backup to your website and try those steeps, but please deactivate all plugins and install only the plugins that are coming with the theme, only after you check and see if everything is working activate there rest of plugins -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/

Please make sure that you do not have a plugin conflict with untested plugins, please deactivate all plugins and child theme ( if you are using ) and let only the tagDiv Composer , clear all cache, deactivate the cache plugin and try again.
In order to can use tagDiv Cloud Library make sure that the theme is activate .

Also if you want to change the footer or to use a footer page build with tagDiv Composer please check this documentation -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/footer-templates/
