I made my homepage how I liked it. Then months later I want to change it and the TD Composer is stuck on loading. It won’t load no matter how long I wait. Any ideas?
I cannot load pages in tagdiv composer mode anymore. The page is not loading. Thank you
Hello,
In the new version, the multi-purpose plugin was included in the tagdiv composer and is no longer required. Please delete the plugin. trying to activate it will provide an error.
This change was mentioned in the change log: https://www.screencast.com/t/QqeDhZ2E
Thank you!
Hello AlexSoyer,
I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the Mobile Theme plugin and the content of your page has been created with TD Composer. Notice that plugin does not recognize any shortcode of page builder and that’s why you do not bring the content of the page on mobile devices. You should create it only with HTML code which will have to be added in Mobile Editor. If you do not like this theme behavior, you should simply disable the mobile plugin and then, the theme will be automatically switched to the general responsive mode. For more information about this plugin, please check here -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
Thanks for your understanding!
Hi,
Then edit the page/sidebar and remove the social counter block. The only result of deactivating the plugin will be that the shortcodes will be displayed instead of the social counter block.
So you have to either edit the page with the composer and remove the counter. Or if it’s in a widget sidebar, edit the sidebar in Appearance->Widgets and remove it from there.
Thanks
Hello,
The tagdiv composer is a page builder and it is required by the theme in order to maintain proper functionality of the theme elements.
There is also the wpbakery page builder as an alternative solution, but the theme needs a page builder to function properly. Either use the wpbakery builder or the tagdiv composer (both provided free of charge in the theme package)
Thank you!
Hello,
The new version of the theme does not need the multi-purpose plugin anymore as it has been integrated into the standard tagdiv composer. Activating this plugin will cause an error.

Buna ziua,
In noua versiune de tema, pluginul de multi-purpose nu mai este necesar deoarece acesta a fost integrat in tagdiv composer iar activarea pluginului va returna o eroare.
Multumesc.
Hi,
Please check if the same thing happens when editing a new page with the composer. It could be specific to the homepage, usually codes entered in raw HTML or text elements are causing such problems.
If the same is displayed, try deactivating all you plugins as a quick test, leave only theme plugins active. Then check if there is still a problem. Let us know.
Hi,
The post you mention seems to be displaying properly
– https://www.screencast.com/t/dscUgiK8
Also the homepage – https://www.screencast.com/t/06l8PMVgEq
You can install any of the available demos
– https://demo.tagdiv.com/select_demo/select_demo_newspaper
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/installing-demos/
If you install a demo without content the homepage will not be included, so you will have to create it with the composer, or copy the demo homepage content. Some similar topics here

Hello,
Your homepage is a blog template. It was not built using the tagdiv composer. The blog page is handled by this template setting: https://www.screencast.com/t/Cbavg6cik
You cannot implement a newsletter or any other widgets on in the content of a blog homepage, but you can do it in the sidebar though from the widgets area.
Thank you!
I use the Visual Composer tags not only in pages, i use it on Posts…
[vc_row][vc_column].......
Since the update i got an error on mobile devices: Wp Boost Error…..
i deaktivated the mobile theme plugin. Now it works.
But i am worried about the Mobile Theme plugin. Any solution for my error?

Hey,
I added block 18 on my archive page, and the post titles have orange color on (Hover), I didn’t find any option in TagDiv Composer, nor in Theme Colors to change it!!
Also, I tried to put some CSS but it didn’t work and still the same! I also realize that some settings are configured automatically from the last installing I made 3 months ago. My cache plugin is disabled and I cleared my browser cache, but that didn’t help as well!
By the way, also, my new favicon didn’t update.

Could you please “teach” me how to fix it?
Thanks!

Hello,
It seems you do not have the tagdiv composer or the revolution slider plugins active.
Also you use a big grid on a 2 column row. A big grid requires a full row not a split one.
Thank you!
Hello,
Please follow this topic:
https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/td-composer-not-loading-3/
Thank you!
Hi,
If you want to use a shortcode in the page, enter it in a text element
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/inserting-custom-widgets-into-the-composer-builder/
The shortcode should be displayed once the page is saved and viewed.
Thanks
It is supposed to be different then a default WordPress theme. A premium theme contains different code and functionality than a default one.
You can use the other page builder provided in the package (WPBakery page builder), if you do now want to use the tagDiv composer
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-use-visual-composer/
Deactivating plugins would be the first set to take when there are problems. This way one can begin looking elsewhere for the problem, by eliminating plugins as the cause.
Something must have happened before the issue began, maybe a plugin has auto-updated. If there were no problems before, that could be a plausible thing to check.
Hi,
@digisqueeze
The composer would be easier to use with a mouse (with scroll) when building pages. There are no shortcuts to be used, the elements have to be dragged into the actual page. To see all the elements or all the settings for an element, one has to scroll down or search for them.
Hello,
These are the tdm images used by the tagdiv composer multi-purpose elements. They previously came up only when activating the multi-purpose plugin but starting from 8.7.5, the multi-purpose elements were integrated into the tagdiv composer, no longer requiring the multi-purpose plugin to be installed. Now the images appear for everybody.
The tdm images will come back if deleted. They were programmed this way as they are required by the new elements. We will provide a “fix” for this in the next theme update as it seems there are many requests to disable these images.
Sorry for the inconvenience caused.
Thanks.
Hi,
Remember to update all the theme plugins you use. Deactivate them and remove them, then install theme again from the new theme package. The multi-purpose plugin is not required anymore (merged with the tagDiv composer), however by a mistake it is still included in the plugins folder in the theme package.
The composer should update automatically, sometimes this fails. You will have to update it manually if that bis the case. The same for the social counter (update the social counter and it should work as before).
So update the tagDiv composer and social counter, then check if the problems are solved.
Thanks
Try removing the sidebar, check if this has any effect
– https://www.screencast.com/t/rFK4fyGD
Also try creating a new page and set is as shop page. You can use the composer to build it, and woocommerce shortcodes
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/how-to-display-products/
Once the page is built and set, check if it displays properly. Remember to create the page as you want initially, as soon as it is set as shop page you should not edit it with the composer anymore, there could be problems.
Hi,
You could check some older similar topics
– https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/when-i-use-tagdivcomposer-with-wpbakery/
But note that by default there is no taxonomy filter, any filtering will work only with categories. You will have to make modifications to the theme files that may not work/or lost after a theme update.
This functionality may be taken into consideration for implementation in the future, I cannot say for sure however. Sorry for any inconvenience.
Thanks
Hi,
Note that the multi-purpose plugin is no longer required, by a mistake it is still provided in the package however. In the latest theme version (8.7.5) all the multi-purpose elements and options are included in the tagDiv composer. The two plugins have been combined
– https://www.screencast.com/t/yC1zJuJIGY
So you can deactivate it and not worry about moving it with the booster.
Thanks
Hi,
Seems to work now – https://www.screencast.com/t/RKWrsXf2Dn
It was probably a caching delay, that is usually the case.
The multi-purpose plugin was indeed included in the 8.7.5 package, it should have not been so. We are aware of this oversight.
Please note that the multi-purpose plugin is not needed anymore and it will not be provided separately. All the multi-purpose elements and settings are now included in the tagDiv composer
– https://www.screencast.com/t/VkfdKMZLl
So as of version 8.7.5 the multi-purpose plugin is combined with the tagDiv composer plugin. You can and remove the multi-purpose plugin, all is needed now is the tagDiv composer. Sorry for the unintended confusion.
Regarding the app you are trying to make, unfortunately we did not make any tests with the theme and making it an app. Maybe try different methods suggested online

Hello,
today after updating my theme I received a message stating that some tagDiv plugins had been disabled because they were incompatible with the new version of the theme. Following the documentation tutorial, I went to install the updated plugins. All plugins have been installed correctly, with Multi Purpose exits.
When I install this plugin I get a fatal error:
The plugin could not be activated because it caused a fatal error.
Fatal error: Can not redeclare on_tdc_init_multipurpose () (in /home/insti314/public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-composer/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php:15) in / home / insti314 /public_html/wp-content/plugins/td-multi-purpose/td-multi-purpose.php on line 16
How to fix this bug?
I build my site based on the “Dental Studio” Demo, so I believe the Multi Purpose plugin is needed for me, right?
Thank you!
I made a home page with the TD composer and on the cell phone it does not look the same at all, just load the latest news and not even load the sidebar
Can you help me to look the same?
