Hello!
Edit the article with the tagdiv Composer. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better. Change the font here: https://app.screencast.com/h7Z6iSqhibQGe
Documentation here: https://forum.tagdiv.com/font-customization/
Thank you!
Hello,
Please check with the tagDiv Composer and disable the H1. For example, H1 from logo(header, footer, mobile, sticky): https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/6-h1-tags-on-front-page-bing-have-deindexed-my-site/
Thank you!
Hi,
To see the hidden elements in Composer, you can enable this option from Manager -> Settings -> https://i.imgur.com/OkfpxSL.png
Thank you!
The file path is wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newsmag/includes/modules/td_module_mx10.php you can copy the code for date and author from td_module_1.php (the same file path).
I hope this will help you!
Hello!
You are using the mobile theme, and the logo text is black, the same as your mobile header color. Either change the logo from the theme panel or uninstall the mobile theme and use the other two mobile versions:
1. Responsive version: A responsive version of your website looks similar to the desktop version. TagDiv Composer is used to edit the page. Click on the mobile viewport: https://www.screencast.com/t/XDQJedlggSB. There, you can see your mobile version and edit or adjust the elements to look better.
2. Mobile pages: https://tagdiv.com/newspaper-10-3-7-update-brings-customizable-and-fast-mobile-pages
Thank you!
Hello,
You need to create your pages using tagdiv Composer to be able to customize them for mobile. The tagDiv Composer is our page builder. It can be used to create pages and cloud templates, but not in the Customize section. Also, the options from there will not apply only for favicon.
Here is a video that will show you how to use the builder to create a website from scratch https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SoGQ0d5kIBg to do this you’ll need to have the posts already.
Thank you!
Hello!
We have 3 options available for mobile versions that you can use:
3. Mobile theme plugin: The Mobile Theme is a performance-optimized theme included in the main Newspaper theme that only loads on mobile devices. It comes with its own templates and designs for pages, posts, categories, etc., so your current templates from the desktop theme will get converted to the mobile theme layout. Please see https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/ and https://forum.tagdiv.com/mobile-theme-introduction/ for more information.
A full explanation is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SpGkOnJeNZY
If you need to use mobile version 1 or 2, then you need to uninstall the Mobile Theme plugin and AMP.
1. I can see that you use the Mobile theme right now and you can try to add the shortcode in the mobile editor(check documentation) if this is from an external plugin.
2. Unfortunately, there are no options to display the CPTs as in the cloud templates. You can do that only with custom code. For customization and other services, you can contact our custom work team here: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/.
3. If you will use cloud templates, then there are some settings of the “Header live search” to specify the taxonomies, create some results sections and exclude posts/pages.
4. Unfortunately, we have no design idea for an alert box. But you can use a modal popup to build the one you like: https://forum.tagdiv.com/modal-popup/ You can trigger it as a button or page and it can open automatically or by clicking the button.
5. Check this thread: https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/excessive-dom-size/
I hope that helps you!
Thank you!
Hello,
You need to update the theme, you should download the latest version of it from the Theme Forest account and download it.
I recommend that you update the theme manually https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ via FTP/cPanel/File Manager, also if possible disable extra plugins during the theme update to avoid any problems that may arise and make sure that you have activated the tagDiv Standard pack plugin to keep the website’s look. You can try to update the theme on a staging website.
After you update the theme, you need to update the theme plugins too.
In the worst cases, the settings in the theme panel may be lost (there have been isolated cases), in these cases, after the theme plugins that were previously used are activated, you will have to use a backup for the theme panel -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/import-export-theme-settings/
You could consider reinstalling the WordPress version, and checking for this plugin wp-zexit.php. It might be wise to inspect via FTP if it doesn’t appear in the WordPress -> Plugins. Additionally, using Wordfence to scan the website and remove unknown users would be prudent.
Change admin passwords and delete admin accounts you are not familiar with;
– Delete any weird/unknown plugins;
– Delete the weird/unknown themes;
– Clean unfamiliar Theme Panel injected code (example – https://i.imgur.com/4q70kCv.png);
– Clean WordPress files (example – https://i.imgur.com/stJCqiK.png)
Please block /wp-json/tdw/save_css
If an attacker wants to target this URL /wp-json/tdw/save_css they can do so. Even if the website uses a different theme, the attacker can still try that URL. We could add an option to be able to enable/disable the Live CSS, it will be considered. But for now in order to remove it this can only be done with a modification to the composer plugin. I think that all that removing it requires is to comment this line of code – https://prnt.sc/RtwvL5Nc4ikR -> https://prnt.sc/ymZmhdUfp57U But as I mentioned, the attacker can still try to access the URL.
If you want, you can contact our custom work team here, and they can help you update the theme safely: https://tagdiv.com/premium-customization-services/
Thank you!
Hello everyone,
I’m experiencing a critical issue with the Newspaper theme (version 12.6.6) on my WordPress site (here). The problem only occurs on WooCommerce category and product pages and persists even after deactivating all plugins except for the following:
tagDiv Cloud Library
tagDiv Composer
tagDiv Mobile Theme
WooCommerce
I installed the las versions of all plugins.
When accessing a WooCommerce category page, I encounter the following fatal error:

Hello, when I want to open any cloud template or the homepage via “Edit with TagDiv Composer”, the error message 403 appears:
Forbidden. You don’t have permission to access this resource.
Is there a solution for this?

Hi,
You can change the limit here https://prnt.sc/bcoSlM7dgcQh -> wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/common/wp_booster/td_video_playlist_render.php
Thank you!

Hi – sorry I don’t understand. It’s not the theme panel that’s having an issue, it’s the tagdiv composer panel and I’m trying to edit the product page template.
Hi – I am using the Shop Apocryph product template and am unable to edit it with TagDiv. Is there a reason for this? I can edit/remove items and make changes with the tagdiv composer, but the changes aren’t saved when I click the “save” button.
Hi,
Can you please provide some screenshots? Did you have created a mobile page? You can edit it with tagdiv Composer the page -> https://i.imgur.com/18WkWVN.png
Thank you!
Hello,
This can be done only on pages where the tagDiv Composer can be used – https://i.imgur.com/V7VwzAu.png unfortunately for category template there is no option to use the modified date on Newsmag theme.
Hi,
Please check with tagDiv Composer if the page where you use pagination has rows set to “hide on pagination”— https://i.imgur.com/QwImtVz.jpg — https://i.imgur.com/wwkA1QY.png. If the option is enabled, that row will be hidden on pagination.
I hope this will help you!
Thank you!
Hello!
Check in the TagDiv Composer and disable the H1. For example, H1 from logo(header, footer, mobile, sticky): https://forum.tagdiv.com/topic/6-h1-tags-on-front-page-bing-have-deindexed-my-site/

Hello,
Please let me know if you have a child theme; if yes, please use the main theme. Also, please deactivate, delete, and reinstall tagDiv Composer from Newspaper -> Plugins and check if the issue persists.
Also, what version of the theme, WordPress and PHP, do you have?
Thank you!
Please help.
After instal and activate tagdiv composer on a new installation of newspaper, the following error appears, please help.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ‘)’ in td_config.php on line 9200

Hello,
Please let me know what footer template you use. You need to delete the element with a right-click; the option from the Theme panel is for the standard template. You can delete a element ith right-click or with drag & drop place it into the deleting red zone from the bottom right of the page.
Thank you!
Hi al-2, this can be done only editing the theme files, but this is not quite recomandated. So in this situation if you edit the d-standard-pack/Newspaper/includes/shortcodes/td_block_big_grid_slide.php you’ll edit the grid element – https://i.imgur.com/rx9j2L8.png also, each block is suing modules and those should be edit to add extra the excerpt so the one for that big grid slide is this one – wp-content/plugins/td-composer/legacy/Newspaper/includes/modules/td_module_slide.php
Thank you!
I have two custom post types (cpt_business and cpt_deal) on my website, each with its own set of custom fields managed by Advanced Custom Fields (ACF):
cpt_business: Managed by the “Business Information” ACF group.
cpt_deal: Managed by the “Deals Information” ACF group.
In the “Deals Information” ACF group, I have added a relationship field named related_business which links to posts of type cpt_business. This allows me to associate each cpt_deal post with a cpt_business post.
Objective
I aim to create a front-end form using tagDiv Composer that allows users to create or edit cpt_deal posts. This form should include the related_business relationship field so that users can select the associated cpt_business post when submitting or editing a deal.
Requirements
Front-End Form Integration: I need guidance on how to configure the front-end form in tagDiv Composer to include and handle the related_business ACF relationship field for cpt_deal posts.
Data Retrieval and Display: Additionally, I have a shortcode that needs to retrieve and display the contact information (country code and WhatsApp number) from the associated cpt_business post on the front-end, based on the related_business field.
Example Shortcode
Here is the shortcode I am using to display the WhatsApp link:
function smart_whatsapp_link_with_acf_shortcode($atts) {
$attributes = shortcode_atts(array(‘urlencode’ => ‘true’), $atts);
if (is_singular(array(‘cpt_business’, ‘cpt_deal’))) {
$page_url = get_permalink();
if (!validate_url($page_url) || !is_safe_protocol($page_url)) return ‘Invalid URL’;
$country_code = ”;
$phone_number = ”;
if (get_post_type() == ‘cpt_deal’) {
$related_business = get_field(‘related_business’);
if ($related_business) {
$country_code = get_field(‘country_code’, $related_business->ID);
$phone_number = get_field(‘whatsapp_number’, $related_business->ID);
}
} else {
$country_code = get_field(‘country_code’);
$phone_number = get_field(‘whatsapp_number’);
}
if (!$country_code || !$phone_number) return ‘Missing WhatsApp contact information’;
$phone_number = preg_replace(‘/[^0-9]/’, ”, $phone_number);
$message = “Hello! I’m interested in this deal listed on Shockvibes:\n\n”;
$encoded_message = ($attributes[‘urlencode’] === ‘true’) ? urlencode($message) . rawurlencode($page_url) : $message . $page_url;
$whatsapp_link = ‘https://wa.me/’ . $country_code . $phone_number . ‘?text=’ . $encoded_message;
return $whatsapp_link;
} else {
return ‘No WhatsApp link available’;
}
}
add_shortcode(‘smart_whatsapp_link_with_acf’, ‘smart_whatsapp_link_with_acf_shortcode’);
