@tricell Most probably a plugin conflicts with the theme’s javascript and that’s why you get this issue with mobile menu. I suggest to disable all you plugins except Visual Composer, clear all you caches and purge your files if you use CDN and check again if it the issue persist. If it works please enable your plugins one by one and see which one cause this problem and disable it or try to find an alternative.

Please check the guide “How to use Visual Composer” – https://forum.tagdiv.com/newsmag-how-to-use-visual-composer/ The tagDiv blocks were designed to be used only on blue highlighted columns. If you wan to use them in other types of columns you will custom modifications to adjust them.

Unfortunately, I cannot find any references to this script from theme files. Please provide your website URL so we can further inspect it closer and also, so I will be able to provide a more accurate response. First of all, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme and rule out any conflicting plugins.

I have inspected your website and I saw that you are using the mobile theme to display your posts to the mobile mode. Your page is created with Visual Composer and please notice that the mobile theme do not recognize the Visual Composer shortcodes and that’s why does not display anything. The visual composer plugin can only be updated through the theme releases. Please use this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/
As for the support we will provide it here on the forum. If there is a question that only they can answer, we will open a ticket ourselves at the plugin author’s site, but this was not the case in a long time.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have any such an option that allows you to make a Clipboard Button, sorry! The actual packet of Visual Composer does not include this feature, sorry! Exist an Add-on from Visual Composer which have this functionality, like this -> https://vc.wpbakery.com/addons/clipboard-addon/ Notice that this Add-on is not tested with our theme and we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with the theme, sorry!

Unfortunately, I do not know where this error occurs. I suspect your untested plugins which can interact with the theme core and cause a lot of unknown issues. Try to disable the untested plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins that come bundled with the theme packet and rule out any conflicting plugins. You can try the code below and place it in Theme panel ->Custom CSS area.

If the problem is still there, please make a new clean install from scratch and install the theme via FTP method because this is the surest way in this regard. The slider gallery works just fine on our end: http://demo.tagdiv.com/newspaper/td-post-aston-villa-beat-liverpool-to-join-arsenal-in-the-fa-cup-final/ If yours does not work like the on on our demo, then you probably have a js error affecting it. Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then test again. Also switch to the main theme if you use a child theme in order to rule out it;s interference. Please also disable any js optimization as well.

As for the second issue, it has since been fixed. You can access the forum now without any issues.

Please make sure you installed the the properly by using this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/install-via-ftp/ Then make sure you update your visual composer plugin to the latest version by following this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ and disable all other plugins except visual comsposrer, clear cache and reset cdn files.
If you use a child theme=, make sure you switch to the main theme to rule out any issues regarding the child theme.

Please make sure you use SEO yast to have control over what google shows in the search

If this is causedc by a plugin, you will hjave to disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files. Then have google rescan your site.
