I suspect this issue comes from your customizations which you have done and also, from your untested plugins. To rule out any conflicts, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugins which come bundled with our theme. Please try to bring your website to the default state or you can try to create a new install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check the results.

You will have to update the theme to the latest version of it which you found on the Theme Forest after you will log-in into your account. After you have downloaded the latest version of the theme, you will have to remove your old theme and install the new version of theme, using the FTP method, like this -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ Please notice that with this packet come bundled the latest version of required plugins -> Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1.

Please ensure that you have downloaded the latest version of the theme which has included all the required files and required plugins. -> Newspaper 7.2 and Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1. Please notice that the Visual Composer is part of our theme and the license of it come bundled with the theme packet and you will not have to buy any license for it. The update of the theme has been made only via FTP because this is the surest method in this regard. I suppose that you want to add your ads after every post when you are using the Blog mode (front page displays your latest posts), right? So, if you want to do that, you will have to use the do_shortcode method, create the shortcode using the Visual Composer and then add it in the loop.php file. First of all, you will have to add your custom ad code in your Custom Ad 1 area from Theme panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/8960iRYbP and then, using this snippet of the code > echo do_shortcode('[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1"]');

It would be possible that your untested plugins to interact with the theme and create a lot of unknown and odd issues.

I’m not quite sure how you want it exactly. As I understand it you want to place 3 block 7 elements inline (on a 3 column layout I assume) on all posts. For this you have to use a do_shortcode function and place the visual composer shortcodes in side it. The place the code in each post template you want to use the blocks on. If this is what you are looking for: http://screencast.com/t/EYW900UWqW then you can create the layout you want inside a page and then access classic mode and text mode and copy the shortcodes. Thne use them inside the do_shoprtcode function like so:

Unfortunately the mobile theme does not use visual composer so you have to re-create your pages in the mobile editor using the standard mce editor, not simply copy and paste the code from the desktop editor. Please read this guide: https://forum.tagdiv.com/the-mobile-theme/
The mobile theme will not render visual composer shortcodes. Do not use visual composer shortcodes in the mobile editor as they will simply show up on the front-end.

What version of theme do you have installed and what version of Visual Composer do you are using now? Please notice that the latest version of the theme is Newspaper 7.2 which come bundled with Visual Composer 4.12 and Social Counter 4.1. Please try to update your theme and then check the results.

I suspect your problem being from these types of plugins which are not tested with the theme and which might create a lot of unknown issues. Please try the theme without all of them and check the results. If your problem is still there after these changes, please try to make a new clean install from scratch with the latest version of the theme and check how it will work for you.

Unfortunately every demo has it’s own unique css style and in most cases the look cannot be recreated on other demos without substantial css coding as every demo is custom made and takes quite a bit of time. You are better of just installing the demo if you like the design.
If you are trying to recreate the top section of the video news homepage: http://screencast.com/t/ftQKvwtG you will have to add your visual composer elements in a full width row and set a background color from the row settings like so: http://screencast.com/t/rddkk49Fzm – http://screencast.com/t/lVBZqqHzvw
It will require a bit of css for positioning. You can add an extra class to the row and target the elements based on that specific class.

Unfortunately, our theme has not been designed to use the Visual Composer to edit the category pages, sorry! Please notice that is not a simple task and require to make some adjustments through code in order to achieve as you wish and all of these processes requires custom work. So, if you are not aware of the steps which are needed to take in this regard, please consider hiring a freelancer/developer to help you because we cannot provide customization services at the moment, sorry!

This type of function wpt_view_count, does not come from our theme code and do not request the admin-ajax.php I suspect it coming from your untested plugins or also you have some embedded code added to your theme which causes this. To rule conflicting plugins, please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer to active, clear all your caches and install only the plugin that comes bundled with our theme.
