I suppose that you are referring to the fact that when you are installing the mobile theme you will get 2 different editors -> the mobile editor, like this-> http://screencast.com/t/msRGBBqQx5cV and then if you scroll down you will see the Visual Composer editor, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/LQCXgMrJw Please notice that in the mobile editor you can edit the mobile page (only with text) because others Visual Composer elements will not be displayed on your mobile theme because the mobile plugin will not render the Visual Composer shortcodes. The structure of the page with our mobile theme installed is -> Big Grid will display the posts which are placed in Featured category, your desired text which you enter in the mobile editor and the related articles.

Please keep in mind that the mobile theme uses a predefined homepage you cannot change from the theme panel as it does not use visual composer at all. Your other pages besides the homepage (if they are created in visual composer) will not display anymore as you need to create a mobile version for theme as well using the second mce editor in page settings.

3) If you use the mobile theme, then things are a bit different here as the mobile theme does not use visual composer in order to get good loading speeds. You cannot esit the homepage as it’s predefined to show only a big grid with featured posts filtered (yopu need to add them to the ‘featured’ category ) and a latest articles element. All your pages that have been created using visual composer will have to be re-created for the mobile version using the secondary mce editor you can see in the back-end. basicaly you will have 2 versions of your pages.

Hi,
All pages will be empty if you created them with visual composer. It;s not a bug but the way the mobile theme works. you need to recreate your pages in the text editor for the mobile version without the use of visual composer. That is the reason why you now have a second mce editor in the back-end. The mobile theme gets it’s speed by not using visual composer at all.

Please ensure that you have the right version of Social Counter in order to achieve best results. So, if you have the latest version of Newspaper (v 7.0) you should have the Social Counter 4.0 and if you have Newspaper 6.7.2 version you should have 3.2 version. Please notice that in both cases you will have the Visual Composer 4.11.2 version. Try to clear all you caches and test in again and check the results.
So, please notice that our theme does not have tested the premium version of Revolution plugin and it is not available with our theme. All of the theme plugins are come bundled with our theme folder which you can download from Theme Forest. So, if you want to have the premium version of Revolution Slider you should but it but please keep in mind that we cannot say for sure if it will work or not with our theme because it was not tested with our latest version.

Please check the settings for this type of Visual Composer element from the panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/lty3vvPS1V and there you can see all the settings which you can do with this element. Please notice that you cannot write in this because this feature display you only the titles for your posts and you cannot change the structure of it but only through code if you want.

As a mention, our mobile theme does not use the Visual Composer and therefore, all your pages which are created with this composer will not be rendered in your mobile theme. This is just the behaviour of this plugin. The mobile theme will show you only the Big Grid, your desired text -> when will be added in your Mobile Editor from Visual Composer, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/yScETLv8a and the latest articles in the bottom of the page. So, please notice that the Big Grid will render you only the posts which are included in Featured category, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/stIfQqn0o Please notice that this is the goal for our mobile theme to be very fast and clear. If you are unhappy with this, you can disable it from the panel, like this -> http://screencast.com/t/ST8XuqHtyZh and then you will have the normal mobile responsive mode.

The sidebars can be added in 2 ways in our theme. The first way is through the widgets area. You can add a custom side-bar and add widgets to it and then set it to categories, posts or pages. Please follow this guide to see how this can be done: https://forum.tagdiv.com/sidebars-tutorial/

1)If you want to have the Back to top button for your Mobile layout, you have to use a bit of CSS code to do this. Please try the code below and place it in Theme panel->Custom CSS area.

2)Unfortunately, at the moment, this is the behaviour of our mobile theme. We work hard to add more improvements our theme and in next our updates we will try to develop this plugin to render and the Visual Composer shortcode.

3)Unfortunately, this type of plugin is not tested with our theme and we have no idea about the theme behaviour with this type of plugin on our new latest version.

Please ensure that you’re using the latest version of Visual Composer (4.11.2) because this was fully tested with the latest version of WordPress (4.5.2) and works as properly. If you are using an older version of Visual Composer, please notice that this will not work as expected with the WordPress 4.5.2 because of a conflict. Please update all your plugins to the latest versions, clear all your caches and test it again.

Please notice that our theme was fully tested in this regard before to be released and you should not have these type of errors. As you can see, the problems appear on your side and probably is caused by your settings.
So, first of all, please try to do a full backup to your data, according to this documentation here -> https://codex.wordpress.org/WordPress_Backups to rule out the way can loose all your data from your database and then try to do a fresh install only VIA FTP -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-the-theme-2/ because this is the surest method in this case. In the next step, you will have to disable ALL your plugins and leave just Visual Composer to active -> https://forum.tagdiv.com/how-to-update-visual-composer-plugin/ (for Newspaper 7 -> Visual Composer 4.11.2), clear all your caches, purge all CDN files if you are using CDN and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins and if you are using the Child theme, please try to switch to the main theme. So, please try to bring your old website to the default settings to rule out all the potential errors which could appear when you customize your side.

Unfortunately I could not access your site as it requires registration.
The issue you are facing is most likely caused by a conflicting plugin as our theme is compatible with the latest version of WP. Please disable all plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn files if you use it. Then check the site again and let us know if the problem is fixed.

Sorry for my misunderstanding. We recommend to disable all of them and then install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme to rule out the conflicting plugins. Also, for Newspaper 7 the plugins version are -> Social Counter 4.0, Visual Composer 4.11.2, WordPress 4.5.2.
