1) I have checked your website and there seems to be some modification done to the menu. If I attempt to remove the sticky menu, your main menu disappears ass well. please revert your modifications to the menu to the theme default. If you do not have any modifications, then please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and try to use this code:
.td-affix .td-header-sp-logo{
display:none!important
}
This should only remove the sticky menu logo. Not the main menu as well. (It works as expected on my end but in your case it removes the main logo as well)

2)I have checked your logo but could not find anything weird:

Please provide more details as to how you want to skip the section between the 2 sizes

If want the 2 templates to be identical, you need to use the same template for them. If the menu has issues, then it could be a plugin conflict so please disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. Then test your menu again.

Unfortunately, our theme does not have this additional package for our Visual Composer plugin and we cannot say for sure that will work properly with our theme, sorry! If you want you can buy this and you can try it on your own risk if it will work or will not.

Duplicate images on smartlists usually are the result of using the photon feature of jetpack. If you use this feature please disable it as it is known to cause issues with our theme.
If the problem is still there, please try to disable all plugins except visual composer and clear your cache as other plugins could also conflict with the smartlists.

Our theme does not use another version for mobile devices. Your page will be the same one only styled differently. You need to set up your page on the desktop version and the mobile version will adapt to what you set in visual composer. I assume that is a post template not a homepage post element in visual composer.
If it’s post template 8, then you can use this code to deactivate the breadcrumbs:

.single_template_8 .entry-crumbs{
display:none!important;
}

This will only deactivate them in post style 8. If you want to deactivate them on another post style, you can duplicate the code and change the post style number.

This could be a number of things. you can first try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear your cache. There might be a plugin conflict that is affecting the design options. Please provide more details as to what you want to implement and where. The visual composer raw html elements do not accept php. This has to be implemented in the theme files.
About your plugin, we have not tested it and we cannot say for sure if it is compatible with our theme.

Please disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. Plugins are the number 1 reason for website issues. If the problem is still there after you disable the plugins, (and if you do not have customization made to the theme files) then please let us know so we can investigate this further.

The images usually disappear when you have an js error (mostly caused by plugin conflicts) Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer, clear cache and reset cdn if you use it.
Now your images shopuld display fine and you need to identify the conflicting plugins.

Unfortunately plugin conflicts are the number 1 reason people have problems with premium themes. This is the case with all premium themes as not all plugins are compatible. If a plugin gets updated and the code changed, it could create a conflict and break your website.
Please deactivate all your plugins except visual composer clear cache and reset cdn if you use it. Please keep in mind that you use the old version of our theme (version 4) and plugin compatibility issues will be more frequent in this version as wordpress and plugins get updated. Please try to disable all your plugins except visual composer and clear cache. There could be a plugin conflict preventing the css from applying.

I have checked your website and saw the problem with your sidebar. Also, I have checked your page source and I have noticed that you can use some untested plugins with our theme and that issue might be caused by them. Please try to disable all the active plugins, leave just Visual Composer and install only the plugins that come bundled with our theme and rule out the conflicting plugins. Please try this advice and let us know how it goes!

There are 2 ways of adding ads inside a smartlist. One is the php method where you can use a do_shortcode function and add it inside one of these files: http://screencast.com/t/RAU3ZEudH
Or you can use the visual composer shortcode from an ad box and place the ad directly inside the smartlist content for example this shortcode will grab the ad from the custom ad 1 spot:
[td_block_ad_box spot_id="custom_ad_1" spot_title="Advertisment"]
You just place it in text mode inside the content.
